Then inserting the auxiliary teeth into the gaps left after the main teeth are folded, enabling the small holes on the auxiliary teeth to be superposed with the small holes reserved on the main teeth, inserting bolts into the superposed small holes, then fixedly connecting the main teeth and the semi-circular arcs of the main teeth into a whole, closing the semi-circular arcs of the whole fixedly connected by the auxiliary teeth and the semi-circular arcs of the auxiliary teeth into the periphery of the main rod, aligning the small holes on the small rectangles of the semi-circular arcs of the main teeth with the small holes on the small rectangles of the semi-circular arcs of the auxiliary teeth, then inserting the bolts, and then locking the bolts on the main rod by nuts; and finally, locking the auxiliary teeth and the main teeth by using the female lock, and enabling the main teeth to clamp the auxiliary teeth.

All the triangular teeth for starting dishes are fixed on the main rod by adopting the method.

The stop block is a cuboid, and one surface of the cuboid is arc-shaped; the dog adopts the preparation of pouring steel mould, stretches out two screws in the arcwall face department of dog, on the mobile jib, the mounted position of dog, along the axle central line horizontal design two holes of mobile jib, insert the hole of mobile jib with two screws that stretch out on the dog, adopt the nut to fix on the mobile jib.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the manufacturing cost of the dish lifting rack bar can be greatly reduced, single replacement of the dish lifting triangular teeth after being abraded can be realized, and the maintenance cost is saved.

Then, the quarter circular arc of the main tooth 3-1, which is close to the opposite folding edge, is butted with the quarter circular arc of the semi-circular arc 3-2 of the main tooth, which is not provided with a small rectangle, and the quarter circular arcs are fixedly connected in a welding mode; and butting the quarter circular arc at the bevel edge of the auxiliary tooth 3-3, which is close to the right triangle, with the quarter circular arc at the position of the semi-circular arc 3-4 of the auxiliary tooth, which is not provided with a small rectangle, and fixedly connecting in a welding manner.

Then inserting the auxiliary teeth 3-3 into the gaps left after the main teeth 3-1 are folded, enabling the small holes on the auxiliary teeth 3-3 to coincide with the small holes reserved on the main teeth 3-1, inserting bolts into the coincident small holes, then closing the whole semicircular arc formed by fixedly connecting the main teeth 3-1 and the main teeth semicircular arc 3-2 to the periphery of the main rod 1, closing the whole semicircular arc formed by fixedly connecting the auxiliary teeth 3-3 and the auxiliary teeth semicircular arc 3-4 to the periphery of the main rod 1, enabling the small holes on the small rectangle of the main teeth semicircular arc 3-2 to be aligned with the small holes on the small rectangle of the auxiliary teeth semicircular arc 3-4, then inserting the bolts, and then locking the bolts on the main rod 1 by nuts; and finally, the auxiliary teeth 3-3 and the main teeth 3-1 are locked by the female lock, and the auxiliary teeth 3-3 are clamped by the main teeth 3-1.

All the dish-starting triangular teeth 3 are fixed on the main rod 1 by adopting the method.
