1. An oil filled body orthotic device, comprising:

the oil heater comprises a machine frame, a heating device and a control device, wherein a positioning station for placing an oil heater body is formed on the machine frame;

at least one orthotic form, each said orthotic form having a corresponding target orthotic site on said inflatable body;

at least one power output mechanism, one of the reshaping dies is mounted at the output end of each power output mechanism, each power output mechanism is configured to be mounted on the machine frame around the oil heater body layout positioned at the positioning station, and under the power of each power output mechanism, each reshaping die reshapes the target reshaping position on the oil heater body.

2. The orthopedic device of claim 1, wherein at least one of the orthotics comprises:

the first side reshaping die is provided with a reshaping space matched with the shape of one toothed side of the oil heater body in a positioned and placed state, wherein the toothed side is formed by the oil heater sheets in a parallel distribution mode, and the reshaping space is used for reshaping the toothed side;

and the second side reshaping die is provided with a reshaping space matched with the shape of the toothed other side of the oil heater body in a positioned and placed state, wherein the toothed other side is formed by the oil heater sheets in a parallel distribution mode, and the reshaping space is used for reshaping the toothed other side.

3. The orthopedic device of oil filled body according to claim 2,

the positioning station is configured to position the oil heater body placed therein in a first direction;

and when the first side reshaping die and the second side reshaping die are used for simultaneously reshaping the oil heater body placed in the positioning station, the oil heater body placed in the positioning station is positioned in a second direction, wherein the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction.

4. The orthopedic device of claim 2, wherein at least one of the orthotics comprises:

the first lug reshaping die, the second lug reshaping die, the third lug reshaping die and the fourth lug reshaping die are used for performing extrusion reshaping on the first lug, the second lug, the third lug and the fourth lug which are distributed at the four corners of the oil heater body in a one-to-one correspondence manner when the first side reshaping die and the second side reshaping die perform simultaneous reshaping on the oil heater body placed in the positioning station.

5. The orthopedic device of oil filled body according to any one of claims 2-4, wherein at least one of the orthotics comprises:

and the top reshaping die is provided with a reshaping space matched with the shape of the toothed top of the oil heater body in a positioned and placed state, wherein the shape of the toothed top is formed by the parallel distribution of the oil heater sheets, and the reshaping space is used for reshaping the toothed top.

6. The orthopedic device of oil filled body according to claim 5,

the first side reshaping die, the second side reshaping die and the top reshaping die respectively form an reshaping space, the oil sheet reshaping channels correspond to the oil sheet forming channels, and the introduction ports of the oil sheet reshaping channels are V-shaped.

7. The orthopedic device of claim 1, wherein the power take-off mechanism is an air cylinder or an electric cylinder.

8. The oil filled body orthotic device according to claim 1, further comprising:

the power output mechanisms are respectively connected with the controller;

an orthopedic actuation button coupled to the controller.

Technical Field

The application belongs to the technical field of oil heater body shape righting, and particularly relates to an oil heater body shape righting device.

Background

The oil heater body is mainly composed of oil heater sheets, the oil heater sheets are mutually butted and welded into an integral structure in the production process, and deformation of different degrees can occur after high-temperature welding and can possibly occur in each oil heater sheet due to the fact that the oil heater sheets are thin in the welding process and are cooled after high-temperature welding. In the prior art, the deformation position of an oil heater body is forcibly straightened manually. Specifically, the number of oil heater sheets of a common oil heater body is generally 9 to 15, and in general, a plurality of oil heater sheets which need to be reshaped on the oil heater body are often provided, and when reshaping is performed in an artificial manner, the following problems exist: firstly, artifical orthopedic work load is great, orthopedic operation time is long, secondly under the artifical orthopedic, orthopedic deviation is difficult to hold, probably leads to orthopedic result to be difficult to satisfy the deviation requirement, and then leads to having the quality flaw.

Disclosure of Invention

To overcome the problems in the related art at least to a certain extent, the present application provides an oil heater body shape righting device, which helps to improve the shape righting efficiency and the shape righting quality of the oil heater body.

In order to achieve the purpose, the following technical scheme is adopted in the application:

the application provides an orthopedic device of oil spit of fland body, includes:

the oil heater comprises a machine frame, a heating device and a control device, wherein a positioning station for placing an oil heater body is formed on the machine frame;

at least one orthotic form, each said orthotic form having a corresponding target orthotic site on said inflatable body;

at least one power output mechanism, one of the reshaping dies is mounted at the output end of each power output mechanism, each power output mechanism is configured to be mounted on the machine frame around the oil heater body layout positioned at the positioning station, and under the power of each power output mechanism, each reshaping die reshapes the target reshaping position on the oil heater body.

Further, at least one of the orthotics comprises:

the first side reshaping die is provided with a reshaping space matched with the shape of one toothed side of the oil heater body in a positioned and placed state, wherein the toothed side is formed by the oil heater sheets in a parallel distribution mode, and the reshaping space is used for reshaping the toothed side;

and the second side reshaping die is provided with a reshaping space matched with the shape of the toothed other side of the oil heater body in a positioned and placed state, wherein the toothed other side is formed by the oil heater sheets in a parallel distribution mode, and the reshaping space is used for reshaping the toothed other side.

Further, the positioning station is configured to position the oil heater body placed therein in a first direction;

and when the first side reshaping die and the second side reshaping die are used for simultaneously reshaping the oil heater body placed in the positioning station, the oil heater body placed in the positioning station is positioned in a second direction, wherein the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction.

Further, at least one of the orthotics comprises:

the first lug reshaping die, the second lug reshaping die, the third lug reshaping die and the fourth lug reshaping die are used for performing extrusion reshaping on the first lug, the second lug, the third lug and the fourth lug which are distributed at the four corners of the oil heater body in a one-to-one correspondence manner when the first side reshaping die and the second side reshaping die perform simultaneous reshaping on the oil heater body placed in the positioning station.

Further, at least one of the orthotics comprises:

and the top reshaping die is provided with a reshaping space matched with the shape of the toothed top of the oil heater body in a positioned and placed state, wherein the shape of the toothed top is formed by the parallel distribution of the oil heater sheets, and the reshaping space is used for reshaping the toothed top.

Further, the orthopedic spaces formed by the first side orthopedic model, the second side orthopedic model and the top orthopedic model respectively have oil sheet orthopedic channels corresponding to the formation of each oil sheet, and the introduction ports of the oil sheet orthopedic channels are V-shaped.

through the orthopedic device of oil spit of fland body that this application provided, the orthopedic mould can form unified orthopedic standard, utilizes the power take off that power take off mechanism provided, and the orthopedic mould is orthopedic to the orthopedic position of target on the oil spit of fland body, can realize quick standardization orthopedic, and then helps promoting orthopedic efficiency and orthopedic quality of the oil spit of fland body.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be described in detail below. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present application and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the examples given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present application provides an orthopedic device for an oil filled body, including:

a frame 11, which is formed with a positioning station 12 for placing the oil heater body (in fig. 1, the mark 12 is formed by the cooperation of three positioning blocks pointed by three dotted arrows);

at least one orthotic form (13a, 13b, 13c, 13d, 13e), each said orthotic form 13 having a corresponding targeted orthotic site on said oil body;

at least one power take-off (14a, 14b, 14c, 14d, 14e), one straightening die being mounted to the output end of each power take-off (14a corresponding to mounting 13a, 14b corresponding to mounting 13b, 14c corresponding to mounting 13c, 14d corresponding to mounting 13d, 14e corresponding to mounting 13e in fig. 1 to 3), each power take-off being configured to be mounted to the frame 11 around the arrangement of the oil bodies positioned at the positioning station 12, so that each straightening die straightens the target straightening portion on each oil body under the power of each power take-off.

In particular, the above embodiment aims to improve the reshaping efficiency and the reshaping quality of the oil heater body by adopting the oil heater body reshaping device to replace manual strong straightening reshaping of the oil heater body. In the oil spit of fland body orthopedic device, the support and the bearing function that frame 11 realized can be with each part assembly of oil spit of fland body orthopedic device on frame 11 to frame 11 still can provide independent location correction protection space for the oil spit of fland body, in order to promote the security of rectifying the operation. The shape correcting die can form a unified shape correcting standard, and the shape correcting die corrects the target shape correcting part on the oil heater body by utilizing the power output provided by the power output mechanism, so that the rapid standardized shape correcting can be realized. In a specific application, the shape correcting die and the configured power output mechanisms form an integral structure, and each power output mechanism is arranged and assembled around the oil heater body positioned at the positioning station 12, so that the shape correcting die 13 at the output end of each power output mechanism 14 can be aligned to a target shape correcting part on the oil heater body, and further, under the power pushing of each power output mechanism, each shape correcting die corrects the target shape correcting part on the oil heater body. In practical applications, the power output mechanism may employ a cylinder in the related art or an electric cylinder, and the cylinder is illustrated in fig. 1.

For the orthopedic model, the present application will be further described with reference to fig. 1 to 3, and it should be noted that fig. 1 shows the oil heater body in a horizontal positioning state, and in a specific application, the oil heater body may also be in a vertical positioning state.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in one embodiment, at least one of the orthotics includes:

a first side reshaping die 13a, which is formed with a reshaping space matched with the shape of one toothed side of the oil heater body in a positioned and placed state, wherein the toothed side is formed by the oil heater sheets in a parallel distribution manner, and is used for reshaping the toothed side;

and a second side reshaping die 13b which is formed with a reshaping space matched with the shape of the toothed other side of the oil heater body in the positioned and placed state, wherein the toothed other side is formed by the parallel distribution of the oil heater sheets, and is used for reshaping the toothed other side.

Specifically, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the first side straightening die 13a and the second side straightening die 13b are oppositely arranged around the oil heating body in the horizontal positioning state at the left and right sides, so as to straighten the two toothed sides of the oil heating body in the horizontal positioning state. Meanwhile, the first side reshaping die 13a is provided with a reshaping space matched with the shape of one toothed side of the oil heater body in the positioned and placed state, which is formed by the parallel distribution of the oil heater sheets, so that the one side can be reshaped integrally at one time, and similarly, the second side reshaping die 13b is provided with a reshaping space matched with the shape of the other toothed side of the oil heater body in the positioned and placed state, which is formed by the parallel distribution of the oil heater sheets, so that the other side can be reshaped integrally at one time, the reshaping time of the two sides can be greatly shortened, and the reshaping efficiency is preferably improved.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in a specific application, the orthopedic space formed by each of the first side orthopedic model 13a and the second side orthopedic model 13b has an oil sheet orthopedic channel 101 corresponding to each oil sheet formation, and the introduction port of the oil sheet orthopedic channel 101 is V-shaped, so that the deformed oil sheet can be introduced into the corresponding oil sheet orthopedic channel 101 for orthopedic purposes.

Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment, the positioning station 12 is configured to position the oil heater body placed therein in a first direction;

and when the first side reshaping die 13a and the second side reshaping die 13b reshape the oil filled body placed in the positioning station 12 at the same time, the oil filled body placed in the positioning station 12 is positioned in a second direction, wherein the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction.

Specifically, the positioning station 12 shown in fig. 1 performs positioning constraint on the oil heater body in a first direction (the front-back direction is shown in fig. 1), while the positioning constraint on the oil heater body is not performed in a second direction (the left-right direction is shown in fig. 1), and the first side reshaping die 13a and the second side reshaping die 13b perform constrained positioning on the oil heater body in the second direction while reshaping the oil heater body, in a specific application, the positioning station 12 does not perform positioning constraint on the oil heater body in the second direction, and therefore reshaping blockage-free positioning blockage in the second direction can be achieved.

Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment, at least one of the orthotics includes:

first, second, third and fourth lug orthotics 13d, 13e (the first and second lug orthotics 13d, 13e are disposed at both ends of the front side, and the third and fourth lug orthotics are disposed at both ends of the rear side, respectively, but not shown in fig. 1, and for the third and fourth lug orthotics and their respective corresponding power output mechanisms, reference may be made to fig. 2 and 3), respectively, for performing extrusion orthotics on the first, second, third and fourth lugs distributed at four corners of the oil body by the first and second orthotics 13a, 13b at the same time when the oil body placed in the positioning station 12 is simultaneously subjected to the orthopedic orthotic.

Specifically, under the orthopedic coordination of the first side orthopedic model 13a and the second side orthopedic model 13b, the first side orthopedic model 13a and the second side orthopedic model 13b go deep into the tooth-shaped side of the oil heater body, so as to provide pressure support for ear orthopedic, and the four ear orthopedic models respectively and correspondingly extrude and orthopedic the ears at the four corners of the oil heater body. As shown in fig. 1, the cylinders on the two sides drive the respective reshaping dies to compress the oil heater body inwards, so that the first reshaping die 13a and the second reshaping die 13b enter the oil heater body cooling fin to reshape, and meanwhile, the accurate positioning is realized, and then the cylinders corresponding to the lug positions of the four corners of the oil heater body drive the respective lug reshaping dies to extrude and reshape the four lugs.

Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment, at least one of the orthotics includes:

and a top reshaping die 13c which is formed with a reshaping space matched with the shape of the toothed top of the oil heater body in the positioned and placed state, wherein the toothed top is formed by the oil heater sheets in a side-by-side distribution mode, and is used for reshaping the toothed top.

Specifically, referring to fig. 1, the top straightening die 13c is disposed to face the top of the oil heater body in the horizontal positioning state, and the top straightening die 13c straightens the toothed top of the oil heater body in the horizontal positioning state under the downward power pushing of the corresponding power output mechanism 14 c. Similarly, the top reshaping die 13c forms a reshaping space matched with the shape of the toothed top of the oil heater body in the positioning state, which is formed by the parallel distribution of the oil heater sheets, so that the top of the oil heater body in the lying and positioning state can be reshaped integrally at one time, the top reshaping time can be greatly shortened, and the reshaping efficiency can be improved better.

In a specific application, as for the shape righting space formed by the top reshaping die 13c, referring to fig. 2 and 3, there is an oil sheet reshaping channel corresponding to each oil sheet formation, and the introduction port of the oil sheet reshaping channel is V-shaped, so that the deformed oil sheet can be introduced into the corresponding oil sheet reshaping channel deeply for the shape righting purpose.

Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in one embodiment, the orthopedic device for oil filled bodies further includes:

a controller 15 to which the power output mechanisms (14a, 14b, 14c, 14d, 14e) are connected, respectively;

an orthopedic actuation button (16a, 16b) coupled to the controller 15.

In particular, the orthopedic activation buttons can be arranged in two spaced apart relation to provide for the user to operate one orthopedic activation button each with both hands. In practical application, two orthopedic starting buttons are required to be pressed simultaneously, so that orthopedic operation can be started, double-stage safety guarantee is realized, and misoperation during single orthopedic starting button is prevented.

For the controller 15, a PLC may be used in practical applications to perform a multi-output control.

Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in one embodiment, the orthopedic device for oil filled bodies further includes:

and an emergency stop button 17 connected with the controller 15.

Specifically, the emergency stop button 17 can be arranged at the right hand position of the human body in the operation area of the oil heater body shape righting device, so that the emergency stop button 17 can be conveniently pressed in the shortest time when a user stands in front of the oil heater body shape righting device, and the oil heater body shape righting device can be immediately stopped.

Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in one embodiment, the orthopedic device for oil filled bodies further includes:

and a safety light barrier (comprising a light emitting part 18a and a light receiving part 18b) connected with the controller 15, wherein the safety light barrier (18a, 18b) is arranged at the operation opening of the frame 11.

Specifically, the light emitting portion 18a of the safety grating is installed at one side of the operation opening of the housing 11, and correspondingly, the light receiving portion 18b of the safety grating is installed at the other side of the operation opening of the housing 11, and when there is no barrier (for example, a human body) therebetween, the detection light emitted from the light emitting portion is received by the light receiving portion, and when a barrier is present between the two, at least a part of the detection light emitted from the light emitting portion is blocked by the barrier, so that the light receiving portion does not receive the detection light from the blocked portion, thereby triggering immediate stopping of the orthopedic operation being performed by the control oil body orthopedic device or triggering the implementation of the function of prohibiting the start of the orthopedic start button, such as, when a user puts the oil heater body into the positioning station 12 or takes the oil heater body out of the positioning station 12, the safety grating is in a state of detecting a human body, and the realization of the starting function of the orthopedic starting button is forbidden.
