Therefore, research personnel at home and abroad are always dedicated to develop an inorganic ecological breeding feed sterilizing agent which has good modification effect on nutritional breeding excrement, low production cost, strong engineering usability and low requirement on equipment conditions, can efficiently and quickly inactivate pathogenic bacteria, can modify the nutritional breeding excrement into aquaculture feed, meets the requirement of coordinated development of economic construction and ecological civilization in China, and can solve the problem of resource utilization of the breeding excrement in a large scale.

The principles and features of this invention are described below in conjunction with embodiments, which are included to explain the invention and not to limit the scope of the invention.

Wyoming-type bentonite: a carrier for inactivating a key component of pathogenic bacteria. The wyoming bentonite has good interlayer structure and carrier space, and can fully meet the occurrence and filling requirements of various key components. The mixing amount of the purified bentonite is less than 5 percent, the space of the carrier is small, the component occurrence condition is not met, the sterilizing agent can not normally play a role, the variety of inactivated bacteria is few, the effect is poor, if the mixing amount of the bentonite is more than 10 percent, the carrier is too much, the dispersion of the surfactant to the sterilizing component is not facilitated, the homogenization of the sterilizing agent is not facilitated, and the industrial popularization and the cost rise are obvious.

Active lime powder: the sterilizing agent ecological reconstruction system alkali matrix is used for controlling the alkaline environment of the whole sterilizing agent modification system. Benzalkonium chloride: benzalkonium chloride belongs to a non-oxidizing bactericide, has broad-spectrum and high-efficiency sterilization and algae killing capability, can effectively control the propagation of bacteria and algae and the growth of slime, has good slime stripping effect and certain dispersion and permeation effects, and simultaneously has certain deoiling and deodorizing capability and corrosion inhibition effect. The component has a strong effect in the later effect of the sterilizing agent, and the sterilizing effect in a later solution system is not ideal if the mixing amount of the component is too small, and the cost is too high if the mixing amount is too large.

The sterilization auxiliary agent comprises polymeric ferrous sulfate and polyvidone: the two are used in a matching way, the matching ratio is 1:1, and the key components for pathogen inactivation in a solid or semisolid system are mainly used for improving the mineralization of a sterilizing agent material, reducing the interface reaction heat of each material and reducing the dry shrinkage index of the material, and are also providers of system sterilizing components. The dispersant comprises calcium lignosulfonate and OP-X: the two are surfactants which mainly play a role in dispersing, can reduce the surface tension and promote the dispersing effect of various components in a system. The mixing ratio of the two is 1:3, the surface tension is not obviously reduced when the mixing amount is too low, the viscosity in the system is increased when the mixing amount is too high, the uniformity index of material bonding is influenced, and the cost is obviously increased.
