Background

In theory, a pair of gears should have no side gaps during meshing, but actually, in order to compensate size change caused by machining, installation errors and temperature change and prevent the gears from being stuck, a certain tooth side gap is required to be reserved on the working surface of the gears, and the gear transmission mechanism has side gaps which are used for preventing the gears from being stuck due to errors and thermal change, but the side gaps simultaneously bring idle stroke to the mechanism while reversing, so that the mechanism cannot be accurately positioned;

(1) although the backlash eliminating gear of the existing rigidity adjusting mechanism can eliminate the backlash, the gear engagement condition is deteriorated due to the rigid connection method, other abnormal sounds are easily generated when the gear moves, and the dislocation angle of the two gears needs to adjust the circumferential positions of the two gears and then fix the two gears, so that the backlash eliminating gear is troublesome to process, wastes time and labor and has a complex structure.

the driving oil cylinder comprises a fixed block, a piston rod, a left oil cylinder pipe and a right oil cylinder pipe, the left oil cylinder pipe and the right oil cylinder pipe are respectively installed on two sides of the vertical lathe base through the fixed block, the piston rod is arranged between the left oil cylinder pipe and the right oil cylinder pipe, and a rack is arranged on the outer side of the piston rod;

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

As shown in fig. 1, the anti-backlash structure for the C-axis of the vertical lathe comprises a driving oil cylinder 1 and an eccentric device 2 which are matched, wherein the driving oil cylinder 1 is used for driving the eccentric device 2 to rotate, and the eccentric device 2 is connected with a gear transmission mechanism to eliminate a backlash;

the driving oil cylinder 1 comprises a fixed block 3, a piston rod 4, a left oil cylinder pipe 5 and a right oil cylinder pipe 6, the left oil cylinder pipe 5 and the right oil cylinder pipe 6 are respectively installed on two sides of a vertical lathe base through the fixed block 3, the piston rod 4 is arranged between the left oil cylinder pipe 5 and the right oil cylinder pipe 6, and a rack 7 is arranged on the outer side of the piston rod 4;

The working principle is as follows: the motor in the C-axis area of the vertical lathe is provided with a speed reducer, the output end of the speed reducer is provided with a motor gear, the motor gear drives a large gear on the vertical lathe to rotate, and a backlash eliminating structure needs to be arranged on the vertical lathe to eliminate backlash due to the fact that a gear side gap exists between the motor gear and the large gear. The speed reducer is arranged in an eccentric sleeve 8 of the anti-backlash structure, the left oil cylinder pipe 5 takes oil, and oil pressure drives the piston rod 4 to move, so that the eccentric sleeve 8 meshed with the piston rod moves together, the center distance between the eccentric sleeve 8 and the motor gear can be conveniently adjusted, and the backlash clearance between the motor gear and the large gear is eliminated.
