As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the positioning structure of the car trunk carpet in the present embodiment includes a trunk carpet assembly 1 and a trunk storage box assembly 2, at least two positioning pins 3 are disposed on the back of the trunk carpet assembly 1, at least two positioning slots 21 are disposed on the trunk storage box assembly 2, and the positioning pins 3 and the positioning slots 21 are in one-to-one correspondence.

Preferably, the positioning pin 3 comprises a base 31 and a positioning pin body 32 disposed on the base 31, and the base 31 is connected with the trunk carpet assembly 1, as shown in fig. 1 and 3.

Preferably, the locating pin body 32 is a quadrangular frustum structure with rounded corners, as shown in fig. 3.

Preferably, the locating pin body 32 is externally covered with a rubber injection molded layer. The rubber layer of moulding plastics is through the secondary mode assembly of moulding plastics to locating pin body 32 on, avoid producing the friction abnormal sound with 2 of suitcase storing box assemblies.

Preferably, at least three threaded counterbores are provided in the base 31, and the base 31 is connected to the trunk carpet assembly 1 by fastening screws 4, as shown in fig. 1 and 3.

In this embodiment, two positioning pins 3 are symmetrically disposed on the left and right corners of the back rear portion of the trunk carpet assembly 1, as shown in fig. 1. Correspondingly, the positioning slot holes 21 are arranged on the left and right corners of the rear part of the storage box assembly 2 of the trunk, as shown in fig. 2, the space is saved, and the space of the storage box is not occupied.
