the second connecting plates (42) are provided with a plurality of second round holes (421) matched with the connecting shafts (43), and the second round holes (421) are arranged along the length direction of the second connecting plates (42).

The flow dividing device of claim 2, wherein the frame body (10) further comprises a support shaft (14) for supporting the upper cover plate (11) and the lower cover plate (12), the support shaft (14) is disposed between the two roller assemblies (20), one end of the support shaft (14) is connected to the upper cover plate (11), and the other end is connected to the lower cover plate (12).

The invention relates to the field of coal mining, in particular to a flow dividing device.

Background

Some materials are produced and processed in the process of often involving sorting of the materials to remove impurities in the materials, such as: coal gangue is often mixed in the mined coal, and affects the post-treatment of the coal, so that the coal gangue needs to be removed as clean as possible.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a flow dividing device to solve the problem that the flow to be divided needs to be divided in the prior art.

To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a flow dividing apparatus, including: the device comprises a frame body and two rows of roller assemblies arranged on the frame body;

the frame body is provided with a shunting starting end;

the two rows of the roller assemblies are branched outwards from the position close to the diversion starting end and are arranged in two rows, the included angle between the two rows of the roller assemblies is an acute angle, and the roller assemblies are used for dredging the shunted objects and enabling the shunted objects to be gradually arranged in rows from the diversion starting end.

Optionally, the frame body comprises an upper cover plate, a lower cover plate and a connecting block, and two ends of the connecting block are respectively connected with the upper cover plate and the lower cover plate; the two rows of the roller assemblies are arranged between the upper cover plate and the lower cover plate.

Optionally, the connecting block is located the pointed end of support body to have two reposition of redundant personnel faces, two contained angle between the reposition of redundant personnel face is the acute angle, two one end of following roller components all leans on the connecting block.

Optionally, a first shunt roller is arranged at the tip end of the frame body, and two ends of the first shunt roller are respectively arranged on the upper cover plate and the lower cover plate and can rotate relative to the frame body; the crossing position of the two shunting surfaces is positioned on the cross section of the first shunting roller.

Optionally, each of the roller assemblies comprises: the device comprises a swing frame and a plurality of second shunt rollers arranged on the swing frame; a plurality of the second shunt rollers are arranged in parallel in sequence and are positioned in the same plane, and one ends of the two swing frames are hinged with the frame body, so that the two roller assemblies can rotate relative to the frame body.

Optionally, the swing frame includes a top swing plate, a rotation shaft and a bottom swing plate, the top swing plate, the rotation shaft and the bottom swing plate are sequentially and fixedly connected and form a "U" shaped structure, each of the two ends of the second shunt roller is respectively hinged to the top swing plate and the bottom swing plate and can be opposite to the swing frame to rotate, and the rotation shaft is hinged to the frame body.

Detailed Description

In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention can be more clearly understood, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. The specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the described embodiments of the invention, are within the scope of the invention.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment provides a flow dividing device, including: the device comprises a frame body 10 and two rows of roller assemblies 20 arranged on the frame body 10; wherein, the frame body 10 has a diversion starting end; wherein, the initial end of the diversion is the position indicated by A in FIG. 3, and it can be seen from FIG. 3 that the whole diversion device is in a "V" shape. The two rows of the roller assemblies 20 are branched into two rows from the position close to the diversion starting end to the outside, the included angle between the two rows of the roller assemblies 20 is an acute angle, and the roller assemblies 20 are used for dredging the shunted objects and enabling the shunted objects to be gradually distributed in rows from the diversion starting end. Referring to fig. 7 and 8, a schematic diagram of the diversion device disposed on the conveyor belt for diversion is shown, in this embodiment, the diverted material is coal 70 with coal gangue, the diversion device is disposed on the bracket 60, and the bottom of the diversion device is flush with the conveyor belt 50, the bracket 60 is fixed relative to the conveyor belt 50, and when the conveyor belt 50 drives the coal 70 with coal gangue to move, the coal 70 with coal gangue is divided into two rows by the diversion device, so that the coal 70 with coal gangue is more easily identified and sorted. Since the roller assembly 20 can be in rolling friction with the coal 70 with coal gangue, the abrasion of the roller assembly 20 is reduced.

The greater the angle between the two rows of roller assemblies 20, the greater the distance between the two rows of separated articles and, at the same time, the greater the resistance received by the dispensing device, and the greater the wear. The specific value of the included angle between the two rows of roller assemblies 20 can be designed by those skilled in the art according to the needs.

Referring to fig. 4 in combination, in a specific embodiment, the frame body 10 includes an upper cover plate 11, a lower cover plate 12 and a connecting block 13, wherein two ends of the connecting block 13 are respectively connected to the upper cover plate 11 and the lower cover plate 12; two rows of the roller assemblies 20 are disposed between the upper cover plate 11 and the lower cover plate 12. The upper cover plate 11 and the lower cover plate 12 can protect two rows of roller assemblies 20, so that fine coal cinder is prevented from entering the slits of the roller assemblies 20, and the problem of blocking of the roller assemblies 20 is reduced.

In the above embodiment, the connecting block 13 is located at the diversion starting end of the frame body 10 and has two diversion surfaces 131, an included angle between the two diversion surfaces 131 is an acute angle, and one end of each of the two rows of the roller assemblies 20 leans against the connecting block 13. The connecting block 13, in addition to having the function of connecting the upper cover plate 11 and the lower cover plate 12, also plays an initial shunting function for the shunted objects, and the included angle between the shunting surfaces 131 may be equal to or unequal to the included angle between the two rows of roller assemblies 20.

Further, in order to reduce the impact of the objects to be shunted on the connecting block 13, a first shunt roller 30 is disposed at a shunting start end of the frame body 10, and two ends of the first shunt roller 30 are respectively disposed on the upper cover plate 11 and the lower cover plate 12 and can rotate relative to the frame body 10; the intersection of the two diverging surfaces 131 is located on the cross section of the first diverging roller 30. With the above arrangement, the object to be split can flow toward the splitting surface 131 side under the rotation of the first splitting roller 30 after hitting the first splitting roller 30, thereby improving the splitting effect.

Further, the frame body 10 further includes a supporting shaft 14 for supporting the upper cover plate 11 and the lower cover plate 12, the supporting shaft 14 is disposed between the two roller assemblies 20, one end of the supporting shaft 14 is connected to the upper cover plate 11, and the other end is connected to the lower cover plate 12. The support shaft 14 may make the structure of the frame body 10 more stable. The number of the supporting shafts 14 may be plural according to the length of the upper cover plate 11 and the lower cover plate 12, and in this embodiment, two supporting shafts 14 are provided, wherein one supporting shaft 14 is provided at the end portions of the upper cover plate 11 and the lower cover plate 12 as far as possible and away from the connecting block 13, and if plural supporting shafts 14 are provided, the distance between the plural supporting shafts 14 should be arranged as uniformly as possible.

Referring to fig. 5 in combination, each of the roller assemblies 20 includes: the device comprises a swing frame 21 and a plurality of second shunt rollers 22 arranged on the swing frame 21, wherein the second shunt rollers 22 can rotate relative to the swing frame 21; a plurality of the second split rollers 22 are arranged in parallel in sequence and are located in the same plane, and one end of each of the two swing frames 21 is hinged to the frame body 10, so that the two roller assemblies 20 can rotate relative to the frame body 10. Through the scheme, the swing frame 21 is hinged to the frame body 10, so that the roller assemblies 20 can rotate relative to the frame body 10, and the included angle between the two roller assemblies 20 can be adjusted more conveniently.

Specifically, the swing frame 21 includes an upper swing plate 211, a rotating shaft 212, and a lower swing plate 213, the upper swing plate 211, the rotating shaft 212, and the lower swing plate 213 are sequentially and fixedly connected to form a "U" shaped structure, two ends of each of the second shunt rollers 22 are respectively hinged to the upper swing plate 211 and the lower swing plate 213, and can rotate relative to the swing frame 21, and the rotating shaft 212 is hinged to the frame body 10. Of course, the swing frame 21 may be replaced by other structural forms according to design requirements, and is not specifically described herein.

In order to adjust the included angle between the two roller assemblies 20, an angle adjusting assembly 40 is disposed between the two roller assemblies 20 for adjusting the included angle between the two roller assemblies 20. The angle adjusting assembly 40 can be any structural form as long as it can adjust the included angle between the two roller assemblies 20, and in the embodiment, the angle adjusting assembly 40 adopts the following structure:

referring to fig. 6, the angle adjustment assembly 40 includes a first connection plate 41, a second connection plate 42, and a connection shaft 43; the first connecting plate 41 and the second connecting plate 42 are respectively hinged to the two roller assemblies 20, the first connecting plate 41 and the second connecting plate 42 are hinged together through the connecting shaft 43, and an end of the connecting shaft 43 is disposed on the frame body 10, so that the connecting shaft 43 is radially constrained. Wherein, the roller assembly 20 is provided with hinge shafts 23, and the first connecting plate 41 and the second connecting plate 42 are both hinged on the roller assembly 20 through the corresponding hinge shafts 23.

In a preferred embodiment, the first connecting plate 41 is provided with a plurality of first round holes 411 for matching with the connecting shafts 43, and the plurality of first round holes 411 are arranged along the length direction of the first connecting plate 41; the second connecting plates 42 are respectively provided with a plurality of second round holes 421 used for being matched with the connecting shafts 43, and the plurality of second round holes 421 are arranged along the length direction of the second connecting plates 42. The connecting shaft 43 can adjust the included angle between the two roller assemblies 20 by changing the different first round hole 411 and second round hole 421. The arrangement mode has simple structure and convenient regulation and control.
