1. A flow diversion apparatus, comprising: the device comprises a frame body (10) and two rows of roller assemblies (20) arranged on the frame body (10);
the frame body (10) is provided with a shunting starting end;
the roller assemblies (20) in two rows are branched outwards from the position close to the diversion starting end to form two rows, the included angle between the roller assemblies (20) in the two rows is an acute angle, and the roller assemblies (20) are used for dredging the shunted objects and enabling the shunted objects to be gradually distributed in rows from the diversion starting end.

The flow dividing device according to claim 1, wherein the frame body (10) comprises an upper cover plate (11), a lower cover plate (12) and a connecting block (13), and two ends of the connecting block (13) are respectively connected with the upper cover plate (11) and the lower cover plate (12); the two rows of the roller assemblies (20) are arranged between the upper cover plate (11) and the lower cover plate (12).

The flow dividing device according to claim 2, wherein the connecting block (13) is located at the flow dividing starting end of the frame body (10) and has two flow dividing surfaces (131), an included angle between the two flow dividing surfaces (131) is an acute angle, and one end of each of the two rows of roller assemblies (20) is abutted against the connecting block (13).

A flow dividing device according to claim 3, wherein a first flow dividing roller (30) is arranged at a flow dividing starting end of the frame body (10), and two ends of the first flow dividing roller (30) are respectively arranged on the upper cover plate (11) and the lower cover plate (12) and can rotate relative to the frame body (10); the crossing position of the two diversion surfaces (131) is positioned on the cross section of the first diversion roller (30).

A device according to claim 2, wherein each roller assembly (20) comprises: the device comprises a swing frame (21) and a plurality of second shunting rollers (22) arranged on the swing frame (21); a plurality of the second shunt rollers (22) are sequentially arranged in parallel and are positioned in the same plane, and one ends of the two swing frames (21) are hinged with the frame body (10), so that the two roller assemblies (20) can rotate relative to the frame body (10).

The flow dividing device according to claim 5, wherein the swing frame (21) comprises an upper swing plate (211), a rotating shaft (212) and a lower swing plate (213), the upper swing plate (211), the rotating shaft (212) and the lower swing plate (213) are sequentially and fixedly connected to form a U-shaped structure, two ends of each second flow dividing roller (22) are respectively hinged to the upper swing plate (211) and the lower swing plate (213) and can rotate relative to the swing frame (21), and the rotating shaft (212) is hinged to the frame body (10).

the first connecting plate (41) and the second connecting plate (42) are hinged to the two roller assemblies (20) respectively, the first connecting plate (41) and the second connecting plate (42) are hinged together through the connecting shaft (43), and the end of the connecting shaft (43) is arranged on the frame body (10) so that the connecting shaft (43) is radially constrained.

A flow dividing device according to claim 8, wherein the first connecting plate (41) is provided with a plurality of first circular holes (411) for cooperating with the connecting shaft (43), the plurality of first circular holes (411) being arranged along the length of the first connecting plate (41);
the second connecting plates (42) are provided with a plurality of second round holes (421) matched with the connecting shafts (43), and the second round holes (421) are arranged along the length direction of the second connecting plates (42).

The flow dividing device of claim 2, wherein the frame body (10) further comprises a support shaft (14) for supporting the upper cover plate (11) and the lower cover plate (12), the support shaft (14) is disposed between the two roller assemblies (20), one end of the support shaft (14) is connected to the upper cover plate (11), and the other end is connected to the lower cover plate (12).

The invention relates to the field of coal mining, in particular to a flow dividing device.
Background
Some materials are produced and processed in the process of often involving sorting of the materials to remove impurities in the materials, such as: coal gangue is often mixed in the mined coal, and affects the post-treatment of the coal, so that the coal gangue needs to be removed as clean as possible.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a flow dividing device to solve the problem that the flow to be divided needs to be divided in the prior art.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a flow dividing apparatus, including: the device comprises a frame body and two rows of roller assemblies arranged on the frame body;
the frame body is provided with a shunting starting end;
the two rows of the roller assemblies are branched outwards from the position close to the diversion starting end and are arranged in two rows, the included angle between the two rows of the roller assemblies is an acute angle, and the roller assemblies are used for dredging the shunted objects and enabling the shunted objects to be gradually arranged in rows from the diversion starting end.
Optionally, the frame body comprises an upper cover plate, a lower cover plate and a connecting block, and two ends of the connecting block are respectively connected with the upper cover plate and the lower cover plate; the two rows of the roller assemblies are arranged between the upper cover plate and the lower cover plate.
Optionally, the connecting block is located the pointed end of support body to have two reposition of redundant personnel faces, two contained angle between the reposition of redundant personnel face is the acute angle, two one end of following roller components all leans on the connecting block.
Optionally, a first shunt roller is arranged at the tip end of the frame body, and two ends of the first shunt roller are respectively arranged on the upper cover plate and the lower cover plate and can rotate relative to the frame body; the crossing position of the two shunting surfaces is positioned on the cross section of the first shunting roller.
Optionally, each of the roller assemblies comprises: the device comprises a swing frame and a plurality of second shunt rollers arranged on the swing frame; a plurality of the second shunt rollers are arranged in parallel in sequence and are positioned in the same plane, and one ends of the two swing frames are hinged with the frame body, so that the two roller assemblies can rotate relative to the frame body.
Optionally, the swing frame includes a top swing plate, a rotation shaft and a bottom swing plate, the top swing plate, the rotation shaft and the bottom swing plate are sequentially and fixedly connected and form a "U" shaped structure, each of the two ends of the second shunt roller is respectively hinged to the top swing plate and the bottom swing plate and can be opposite to the swing frame to rotate, and the rotation shaft is hinged to the frame body.
Optionally, an angle adjusting assembly is arranged between the two roller assemblies and used for adjusting an included angle between the two roller assemblies.
Optionally, the angle adjusting assembly comprises a first connecting plate, a second connecting plate and a connecting shaft;
the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate are hinged with the two roller assemblies respectively, the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate are hinged together through the connecting shaft, and the end part of the connecting shaft is arranged on the frame body so that the connecting shaft is radially constrained.
Optionally, the first connecting plate is provided with a plurality of first round holes for matching with the connecting shafts, and the plurality of first round holes are arranged along the length direction of the first connecting plate;
the second connecting plate is provided with a plurality of second round holes used for being matched with the connecting shaft, and the second round holes are arranged along the length direction of the second connecting plate.
Optionally, the frame body further comprises a supporting shaft for supporting the upper cover plate and the lower cover plate, the supporting shaft is arranged between the two roller assemblies, one end of the supporting shaft is connected with the upper cover plate, and the other end of the supporting shaft is connected with the lower cover plate.
