Background

The zinc pot air knife is an important device of a galvanizing unit, nitrogen is sprayed to the surface of strip steel subjected to zinc liquid immersion plating of a zinc pot by an air knife air cavity, so that the weight of a zinc layer on the surface of the strip steel is uniformly adjusted, however, in the production process, due to the relationship of air flow of the air knife, part of the zinc liquid is sprayed to the edge of the air knife and is solidified to generate zinc slag, air knife stripes appear, and the product quality is seriously influenced, so that the cleaning of the edge of the air knife is very important.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a scraper blade assembly for cleaning a zinc pot air knife cavity, which can quickly and effectively clean the upper and lower surfaces in the air knife cavity, a knife lip and zinc dross outside the knife lip, has high automation degree, does not need manual scraping, and ensures the operation safety. In addition, the cleaning effect of zinc slag can be improved, and the good surface quality of the strip steel product is ensured.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a scraper blade assembly for cleaning a zinc pot air knife cavity, comprising: a first doctor blade mounted on a blade holder, the first doctor blade comprising:

a fixing portion through which the first doctor blade is mounted on the holder;

the vertical face part extends downwards from the fixing part vertically, and an included angle formed between the vertical face part and the fixing part is an obtuse angle α;

and the first blade and the second blade respectively transversely extend from the bottom of the U-shaped groove of the vertical surface part to one side facing the fixing part.

Compared with the prior art, the scraper blade assembly for cleaning the zinc pot air knife cavity has the following beneficial effects:

Detailed Description

The doctor blade assembly for zinc pot air knife chamber cleaning according to the invention will be further explained and illustrated with reference to the drawings and the specific examples of the present description, which, however, should not be construed as unduly limiting the technical solution of the invention.

Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a doctor blade assembly for zinc pot air knife cavity cleaning, which is provided by the invention and is arranged on a knife rest under certain embodiments. As can be seen from fig. 1, in some embodiments, the doctor blade assembly for zinc pot air knife cavity cleaning according to the present invention may comprise: a first scraper blade 1, a second scraper blade 2 and a third scraper blade 3, all mounted on a blade holder 4.

As can be seen with further reference to fig. 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, in some embodiments, the first scraper blade 1 may include a fixing portion 11, an inverted U-shaped elevation portion 12, a first blade 13 and a second blade 14, wherein the fixing portion 11 is formed with a long waist hole 111 so that when the first scraper blade 1 is mounted on the tool holder 4 by bolts 8 passing through the long waist hole 111 and corresponding bolt holes (not shown) on the tool holder 4, the position of the first scraper blade 1 may be adjusted as needed so as to ensure that the first scraper blade 1 is closely attached to the lip of the air knife lip 5 and ensure the cleaning effect, the elevation portion 12 extends vertically downward from the fixing portion 11 and functions to clean zinc dross generated by splashing on the lip of the air knife lip 5 due to zinc liquid and zinc dross adhering to the lip 5 after being cleaned from the inside the air knife cavity 6, so as to ensure that the lip 5 is cleaned, in some preferred embodiments, the fixing portion 12 extends along a vertical direction 3512 to avoid an obtuse angle with the lip 12L 35 of the fixing portion 35, so as to avoid the lip 12 extending along a full-side of the fixing portion 3512.

In addition, the first blade 13 and the second blade 14 both transversely extend from the bottom of the U-shaped groove of the vertical surface portion 12 to the side facing the fixing portion 11, so that the first blade 13 and the second blade 14 can clean the zinc dross in the air knife cavity 6. The first blade 13 and the second blade 14 are arranged in a non-coplanar manner so as to clean zinc dross on the upper and lower surfaces of the knife chamber 6 of the air knife. Specifically, the first blade 13 is disposed to contact the upper surface a of the air-knife chamber 6 so as to clean the upper surface a of the air-knife chamber 6 by the first blade 13, and the second blade 14 is disposed to contact the lower surface B of the air-knife chamber 6 so as to clean the lower surface B of the air-knife chamber 6 by the second blade 14. Of course, in other embodiments, the first blade 13 may be arranged to contact the lower surface B of the air-knife chamber 6 and the second blade 14 may be arranged to contact the upper surface a of the air-knife chamber 6.

It should be noted that in some preferred embodiments, the extension length L2 of the first and second blades 13, 14 in the transverse direction is greater than the platform length L1 in the knife cavity 6, thereby ensuring that the first and second blades 13, 14 provide full cleaning of the upper and lower surfaces of the knife cavity 6. As can be seen from fig. 1, 7 and 8, in some embodiments, the second doctor blade 2 may include a fixing portion 21 for fixing the second doctor blade 2 to the holder 4 and a blade portion 22 extending from the fixing portion 21, wherein the fixing portion 21 may be formed with a long-waist hole 211 so that when the second doctor blade 2 is mounted to the holder 4 by bolts 9 passing through the long-waist hole 211 and corresponding bolt holes (not shown) in the holder 4, the position of the second doctor blade 2 may be adjusted as needed to ensure that the second doctor blade 2 is closely attached to the outer surface of the upper side of the air knife cavity, thereby ensuring the cleaning effect.

Furthermore, in some embodiments, the third doctor blade 3 may have the same structure as the second doctor blade 2. The second scraper blade 2 and the third scraper blade 3 are respectively arranged on two sides of the first scraper blade 1, are arranged oppositely, and are vertically arranged relative to the first scraper blade 1. In some preferred embodiments the blade portions 22 of the second doctor blade 2 and the blade portions (not shown) of the third doctor blade 3 are arranged in a splayed manner opposite to each other in order to provide a certain cushioning effect.

It should be noted that the second scraper blade 2 and the third scraper blade 3 mainly serve two purposes, namely, on one hand, cleaning the zinc dross outside the upper side of the air knife cavity, and on the other hand, supporting the air knife cavity to prevent the first scraper blade 1 from being damaged due to friction and vibration during the transverse movement (i.e., along the length direction of the air knife lip 5) cleaning operation.

Furthermore, in some embodiments, the material of the first doctor blade 1, the second doctor blade 2 and the third doctor blade 3 may be copper alloy so as not to damage the coating on the surface of the air knife.

Therefore, the scraper blade assembly for cleaning the zinc pot air knife cavity occupies a small space in structure, and can effectively prevent the problem of equipment damage caused by interference among the scraper blade assembly, the air knife and baffle equipment.
