Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of diesel engine lubricating systems, in particular to a throttling control lubricating system.

Background

The lubricating system of the diesel engine plays an important role in the running process of the diesel engine, and when the diesel engine works, most of transmission parts perform high-speed relative motion under a small clearance, such as a crankshaft main journal and a main bearing, a crank pin and a connecting rod bearing, a cam journal and a cam shaft bearing, a piston ring and a cylinder wall surface, various kinematic pairs and transmission gear pairs of a gas distribution mechanism and the like. The working surfaces of these parts are subject to intense friction when in motion, which not only increases the power consumption of the engine and accelerates wear of the working surfaces of the parts, but may also burn the working surfaces of the parts due to the heat generated by the friction, rendering the engine inoperative. It is therefore necessary to try to minimize the friction on the surfaces of the parts in order to ensure the proper functioning of the diesel engine. One of the effective measures for reducing friction is to add enough lubricating oil between the friction surfaces of the running parts and form an oil film with certain strength and thickness to separate the two friction surfaces, so that the metals are not in direct contact with each other, thereby greatly reducing friction loss.

The applicant finds that at least the following technical problems exist in the prior art: the traditional diesel engine lubricating system mainly adopts a pressure lubricating mode, a gear type oil pump sucks engine oil from an oil pan of a diesel engine through an oil suction pipe, the engine oil is pressurized and then enters a main oil duct through an engine oil cooler and an engine oil filter, oil is supplied to all lubricating points needing oil supply and piston cooling nozzles from the main oil duct, and meanwhile, a pre-oil supply pump is designed to facilitate pre-lubrication of the machine and extraction and replacement of engine oil waste oil before starting. Because all the lubricating points of the lubricating mode flow in from the main oil gallery, the pressure and flow control basically depend on throttling, and the problem of high engine oil consumption is caused by meeting the requirement of normal operation of the diesel engine.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a throttling control lubricating system to solve the technical problem that the oil consumption is high in the prior art. The technical effects that can be produced by the preferred technical scheme in the technical schemes provided by the invention are described in detail in the following.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

Preferably, the engine oil pump assembly comprises a filter screen, an oil suction pipe, an engine oil pump and a pressure reducing valve, one end of the oil suction pipe is connected with the filter screen and is positioned at the bottom of the oil pan of the diesel engine, the other end of the oil suction pipe is communicated with the engine oil pump, the engine oil pump is communicated with the oil supply pipe, and the pressure reducing valve is installed on the engine oil pump.

Referring to fig. 1, the embodiment provides a throttle control lubricating system, which includes an oil pump assembly, a filter assembly, a supercharger assembly, an oil cooler 5, an oil distribution block 6 and a thermostat 17, wherein the oil pump assembly is respectively communicated with an oil pan of a diesel engine and an oil supply pipe 4, and the oil pump assembly can pump oil in the oil pan of the diesel engine and deliver the oil to the oil supply pipe 4;

the oil supply pipe 4 is respectively communicated with the engine oil cooler 5 and the thermostat 17, the engine oil cooler 5 and the thermostat 17 are respectively communicated with the engine oil distribution block 6 through pipelines, the oil supply pipe 4 is divided into two oil paths, one path of engine oil needs to be cooled by the engine oil cooler 5 and then flows into the engine oil distribution block 6, the other path of engine oil can directly flow into the engine oil distribution block 6 after flowing through the thermostat 17, then the two oil paths are converged again, through the thermostat 17, most of the engine oil can directly flow into the engine oil distribution block 6 when the temperature of the engine oil is lower than the set temperature, a small part of the engine oil flows into the engine oil cooler 5, when the temperature of the engine oil reaches the set temperature, the oil path directly flowing into the engine oil distribution block 6 is gradually closed, the engine oil can completely flow into the engine oil cooler 5, so that the amount of cooling water can be saved, and the thermostat 17 can adjust the temperature of the engine oil according to actual conditions, the converged oil temperature reaches the optimal value of the use state;

the engine oil distribution block 6 is communicated with the filter assembly through a pipeline, the engine oil distribution block 6 introduces the engine oil into the filter assembly, and the engine oil filtered by the filter assembly is introduced back to the engine oil distribution block 6;

the filtered engine oil is distributed by the engine oil distribution block 6 and is respectively conveyed to a specific structure to be lubricated through a plurality of pipelines, one of the pipelines is communicated with the piston cooling nozzle 12 to ensure the pressure stability of the piston cooling engine oil, the other pipeline is communicated with the supercharger assembly, the lubricated supercharger assembly flows back to the oil pan of the diesel engine, the other pipeline is communicated with the main oil gallery 10 to lubricate structures such as a crankshaft, a connecting rod and a timing gear, and the other part of the structures is guided to the main lubricating oil gallery of a cylinder cover and is distributed to a rocker arm, a camshaft, an oil-gas separator 11 and the like, the distribution as required can be realized by a plurality of oil ways under the coordination treatment of the engine oil distribution block 6, the pressure stability is maintained, and the consumption of the engine oil is effectively reduced on the basis of meeting the normal operation requirement of the diesel engine.

As an optional implementation mode, the oil pump assembly comprises a filter screen 1, an oil suction pipe 2, an oil pump 3 and a pressure reducing valve 15, wherein one end of the oil suction pipe 2 is connected with the filter screen 1 and is located at the bottom of an oil pan of the diesel engine, the other end of the oil suction pipe 2 is communicated with the oil pump 3, the oil pump 3 is communicated with an oil supply pipe 4, the oil pump 3 can suck the oil in the oil pan of the diesel engine and convey the oil from the oil suction pipe 2 to the oil supply pipe 4 after being started, the pressure reducing valve 15 is installed on the oil pump 3, and the pressure reducing valve 15 can keep the oil pressure within a normal range, so that reasonable distribution of the oil is realized, and the oil consumption is reduced.

As an optional embodiment, the filter assembly comprises a filter head 7 and full-flow filters 8 which are connected, the number of the full-flow filters 8 is two, the two full-flow filters 8 are arranged side by side, the engine oil distribution block 6 is communicated with each full-flow filter 8 through a drainage pipeline and a return pipeline, the engine oil distribution block 6 introduces the engine oil into the filter assembly through the drainage pipeline, and introduces the engine oil filtered by the filter assembly back into the engine oil distribution block 6 through the return pipeline for subsequent distribution treatment;

In an optional embodiment, the filter assembly further comprises a filter bypass valve 18, the filter bypass valve 18 is arranged on the filter head 7, and when the full-flow filter 8 has a blockage problem and the like, the normal oil flow can be ensured by opening the filter bypass valve 18, so that the system can operate normally.

when the number of the supercharger bodies 13 is two, one supercharger body 13 is the same as that of only one supercharger body 13, the supercharger body 13 is respectively communicated with the engine oil distribution block 6 and the diesel engine oil pan through a pipeline, the engine oil lubricates the supercharger body 13 and flows back to the diesel engine oil pan, the other supercharger body 13 is respectively communicated with the filter assembly and the diesel engine oil pan through a pipeline, and the filter head 7 in the filter assembly is directly led out, and is lubricated and then led to the diesel engine oil pan;

when the number of the supercharger bodies 13 is two, the throttling control lubricating system further comprises an electro-hydraulic bypass valve 14, the electro-hydraulic bypass valve 14 is respectively communicated with the engine oil distribution block 6 and the diesel engine oil pan through pipelines, and part of the engine oil can pass through the electro-hydraulic bypass valve 14 and is used for controlling the supercharging pressure and keeping the supercharging pressure stable.
