1. A washing machine, characterized by comprising:

an outer cylinder;

A washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 2 to 6 further comprising a sealing window gasket of the glass door and/or a detergent box and/or a dispensing line communicating with the detergent box, the sealing window gasket being partially folded to form a corrugated passage, the corrugated passage and/or the detergent box and/or the dispensing line communicating with the storage chamber, a power unit driving the medium to carry cleaning particles into the corrugated passage and/or the detergent box and/or the dispensing line to self-clean the corresponding location,

the control method comprises the steps that the washing machine controls the power device to start, the washing machine controls the conduction control mechanism to conduct the collection cavity, the power device drives media to carry cleaning particles into the outer barrel to carry out self-cleaning, and the washing machine controls the conduction control mechanism to cut off the collection cavity and collect the cleaning particles in the storage cavity.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of washing machines, and particularly relates to a washing machine and a control method.

Background

Dirt brought by washing water, free substances of washing powder, cellulose of clothes, organic matters of human bodies and dust brought by the clothes are often remained in the washing machine, and the washing machine is relatively humid, so that good environment is provided for propagation of bacteria, bacteria are bred, and peculiar smell is generated in the washing machine.

The washing machine comprises an inner barrel and an outer barrel coaxially arranged outside the inner barrel, washing water passes through water holes in the inner barrel to realize series flow between the inner barrel and the outer barrel, so that dirt between interlayers of the inner barrel and the outer barrel is seriously remained, serious secondary pollution is easily caused to clothes, and the human health is harmed.

At present, the residual area of dirt can be reduced by designing the inner barrel into a hole-free inner barrel, but the residual area can be remained in an interlayer of the inner barrel and the outer barrel and can also be remained in the folds of the sealing window gasket, a water inlet hose, a detergent box and other parts which are difficult to clean, and particularly in summer, peculiar smell is still obvious, so that great trouble is brought to users.

The present invention has been made in view of this situation.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a washing machine and a control method.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:

a washing machine comprising:

an outer cylinder;

the particle storage device is provided with a storage cavity communicated with the outer cylinder, and cleaning particles are contained in the storage cavity;

and the power device is communicated with the outer barrel/the storage cavity and drives the medium to carry the cleaning particles into the outer barrel for self cleaning.

The power device is a blower device; the air outlet end of the air blowing device is communicated with the storage cavity, the power device drives air to enter the storage cavity to carry cleaning particles into the outer barrel,

or the air inlet end of the air blowing device is communicated with the outer cylinder, and the power device sucks air in the outer cylinder to form airflow so as to suck the cleaning particles in the storage cavity into the outer cylinder.

The air outlet end of the air blowing device is communicated with the storage cavity, the air inlet end is communicated with the outer barrel,

or the air inlet end of the air blowing device is communicated with the outer barrel, and the air outlet end of the air blowing device is communicated with the storage cavity; the power device drives the medium to carry the cleaning particles to circulate between the outer cylinder and the storage cavity;

preferably, the storage cavity is communicated with the outer barrel through a conveying air duct; the air outlet end of the air blowing device is communicated with the storage cavity, the air inlet end is communicated with the outer cylinder through an air return duct,

or the air inlet end of the air blowing device is communicated with the outer barrel, and the air outlet end of the air blowing device is communicated with the storage cavity through an air return duct; the conveying air duct and the return air duct form a circulating air duct.

The particle collecting device is arranged on the conveying air duct and/or the return air duct and is provided with a collecting cavity, and the collecting cavity is communicated with the conveying air duct and/or the return air duct and is used for collecting cleaning particles;

preferably, the air outlet end of the air blowing device is communicated with the storage cavity, the air inlet end of the air blowing device is communicated with the outer barrel through a return air duct, the particle collecting device is arranged on the return air duct, and the collecting cavity is communicated with the return air duct.

A conduction control mechanism capable of conducting/cutting off the collection cavity is arranged in the collection cavity, the conduction control mechanism cuts off the collection cavity to collect the cleaning particles in the collection cavity,

or the circulating air duct is provided with an auxiliary channel and a switching mechanism, two ends of the auxiliary channel are respectively communicated with the circulating air ducts on two sides of the particle collecting device, the switching mechanism is arranged at the joint of the auxiliary channel and the circulating air duct, and the switching mechanism switches between the conduction of the circulating air duct and the auxiliary channel;

preferably, the conduction control mechanism is a filter plate/filter screen, the filter plate/filter screen is arranged between two communication ports communicated with the collection cavity and the return air duct, the filter plate/filter screen is movably connected with the collection cavity, and the filter plate/filter screen is switched between the two communication ports communicated with the return air duct and used for cutting off/conducting the collection cavity;

more preferably, the filter plate/screen is slidably connected to said particle collection means.

A conduction control mechanism capable of conducting/cutting off the storage cavity is arranged in the storage cavity, and the conduction control mechanism cuts off the storage cavity to collect the cleaning particles in the storage cavity;

preferably, the conduction control mechanism is a filter plate/filter screen, the filter plate/filter screen is arranged between a communication port of the storage cavity and the outer cylinder and a communication port of the storage cavity and the air blowing device, the filter plate/filter screen is movably connected with the storage cavity, and the filter plate/filter screen is switched between cutting off/conducting the two communication ports;

preferably, the filter plate/filter screen is slidably connected to the storage chamber;

more preferably, the washing machine is a drum washing machine, a pulsator washing machine or a washing and drying all-in-one machine.

The washing machine also comprises a sealing window gasket of the glass door and/or a detergent box and/or a throwing pipeline communicated with the detergent box, the sealing window gasket is partially folded to form a corrugated channel, the corrugated channel and/or the detergent box and/or the throwing pipeline are communicated with the storage cavity, a power device drives a medium to carry cleaning particles into the corrugated channel and/or the detergent box and/or the throwing pipeline to carry out self-cleaning on the corresponding part,

preferably, the conveying air duct is provided with a branch passage corresponding to the fold passage and/or the detergent box and/or the feeding pipeline, and the air outlet end of the branch passage is communicated with the corresponding fold passage and/or the detergent box and/or the feeding pipeline;

more preferably, the return air duct is provided with a return air branch corresponding to the corrugated channel and/or the detergent box and/or the dispensing pipeline, and an air inlet end of the return air branch is respectively communicated with the corrugated channel and/or the detergent box and/or the dispensing pipeline.

A control method of a washing machine, the washing machine comprising:

an outer cylinder;

the particle storage device is provided with a storage cavity communicated with the outer cylinder, and cleaning particles are contained in the storage cavity;

a power device which is communicated with the outer cylinder/the storage cavity,

the control method comprises the steps that the washing machine is started by a power device, and the power device drives a medium to carry cleaning particles into the outer barrel for self-cleaning.

The washing machine also comprises a particle collecting device arranged on the conveying air duct and/or the return air duct, the particle collecting device is provided with a collecting cavity, a conduction control mechanism capable of conducting/cutting the collecting cavity is arranged in the collecting cavity,

the control method comprises the steps that the washing machine controls the power device to start, the washing machine controls the conduction control mechanism to conduct the collection cavity, the power device drives media to carry cleaning particles into the outer barrel to carry out self-cleaning, and the washing machine controls the conduction control mechanism to cut off the collection cavity and collect the cleaning particles in the storage cavity.

A conduction control mechanism capable of conducting/cutting off the storage cavity is arranged in the storage cavity;

the control method comprises the steps that the washing machine controls the power device to start, the conduction control mechanism conducts the storage cavity, the power device drives a medium to carry cleaning particles in the storage cavity to enter the outer barrel for self cleaning, the washing machine controls the conduction control mechanism to cut off the storage cavity, and the conduction control mechanism intercepts the cleaning particles in the storage cavity.

After adopting the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. by arranging the particle storage device and the power device, the power device is utilized to drive the medium to carry the cleaning particles in the particle storage device into the outer cylinder, and the cleaning particles collide and rub with dirt and mould to realize self-cleaning;

2. cleaning particles are collected by arranging a particle collecting device or arranging a conduction control mechanism in the storage cavity, so that the cleaning particles can be used repeatedly;

3. the storage cavity is communicated with the fold channel of the sealing window gasket and/or the detergent box and/or the putting pipeline, so that multiple parts of the washing machine can be cleaned, and the areas where dirt remains and bacteria grow are reduced.

4. The washing machine can effectively prevent the residual of dirt and peculiar smell in the washing machine, has good reliability, meets the requirements of users, and effectively improves the satisfaction of the users.

The self-cleaning portion referred to herein is not limited to the inner wall of the tub, but also includes a sealing window gasket forming a closed washing space together with the tub and the glass door of the washing machine, and other structures communicating with the tub, such as: the detergent box and the like, therefore, the aim of cleaning the corresponding parts by using the cleaning particles can be achieved as long as the power device drives the parts which can be reached by the medium entering the outer cylinder.

By taking self-cleaning of the wall of the outer cylinder as an example for explanation, the particle storage device 102 and the power device are arranged, the power device is used for driving the medium to carry the cleaning particles 115 in the particle storage device 102 into the outer cylinder 100, the cleaning particles 115 collide and rub with the wall of the outer cylinder 100, dirt and mold on the wall of the cylinder are removed, self-cleaning of the wall of the barrel is achieved, stubborn dirt can be removed, and the cleaning effect is better.

The control method of the washing machine comprises the steps that the washing machine is started by a power device, and the power device drives a medium to carry cleaning particles 115 into the outer barrel 100 to carry out barrel wall self-cleaning.
