Background

An amphibious vehicle is a special vehicle which can run on land like a normal automobile and can also run in water. Most of the conventional gearboxes are clutch gearboxes which use clutches for clutching or clutch reduction gearboxes which combine a clutch and a gear. There is no drive gearbox that integrates a water jet propulsion pump for travel on water with a gearbox for travel on land.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provides the amphibious vehicle transmission transfer case which has the advantages of one machine with multiple outputs and capability of working on water and land.

The purpose of the invention is achieved by the following technical scheme: the transmission transfer case of the amphibious vehicle mainly comprises a case body, a main input shaft and an input coupling assembly; an input coupling assembly driven by a diesel engine flywheel is fixed on a main input shaft, a main clutch shell is fixedly arranged on the main input shaft, a piston, a main return spring, a main inner friction plate and a main outer friction plate are arranged in the main clutch shell, and the main inner friction plate and the main outer friction plate form a main clutch;

the gear on the main clutch shell is meshed with a left transmission gear fixedly arranged on a left transmission shaft, and the left transmission gear is simultaneously meshed with a left oil pump gear fixedly arranged on a left oil pump shaft;

the gear on the main clutch shell is also meshed with a right transmission gear fixedly arranged on a right transmission shaft, the right transmission gear is simultaneously meshed with the gear on the right clutch shell, the right clutch shell is fixedly arranged on a right oil pump shaft, a right piston, a right return spring, a right outer friction plate and a right inner friction plate are arranged in the right clutch shell, and the right outer friction plate and the right inner friction plate form a right clutch;

the main inner friction plate and the main outer friction plate are pressed through the movement of the piston, namely the main clutch is combined, power is transmitted to an input shaft of the gearbox from the main input shaft, the input shaft of the gearbox is rotated and drives an input coupling of the gearbox to rotate together, and a land walking gearbox connected to the rear end of the input coupling of the gearbox starts to work, so that the land walking working condition is realized;

the right outer friction plate and the right inner friction plate are pressed through the motion of the right piston, namely, the right clutch is combined, so that the driving gear of the water pump rotates and drives the output gear of the water pump to rotate together, power is output to the external water jet propulsion pump through the output shaft of the water pump and the output coupling of the water pump at the shaft end, and the working condition of water traveling is realized.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention only uses a diesel engine (prime motor) to input power, and realizes that one input drives four outputs under the transmission of each transmission shaft and each gear, namely two high-power oil pump outputs, a land walking gearbox output and a water jet propulsion water pump output; under the control of a control valve of the transfer case, two working modes of land walking and water advancing can be completed; can be popularized and applied to the transmission field of the amphibious vehicle.
