The housing 34 is composed of a bearing holder for holding the bearing 33 and a housing main body, and a screw for fixing the bearing holder to the housing main body and a screw for fixing the speed reducer to the equipment are not overlapped in position in the circumferential direction of the speed reducer.

In the present invention, by providing the first oil seal member 35 and the second oil seal member 36, the sealing property can be improved; meanwhile, an opening is formed between the first oil seal part 35 and the second oil seal part 36, so that dye or lubricant passing through any one of the oil seal parts can flow out radially outwards under the action of rotating centrifugal force, the dye is prevented from entering the inside of the speed reducer, and the service life of the speed reducer body 1 is ensured.

In the present invention, the first oil seal member 35 and the second oil seal member 36 may have the same configuration, and the first oil seal member 35 and the second oil seal member 36 may be arranged symmetrically with respect to a plane orthogonal to the axis of the output shaft 32 as a reference plane. Therefore, the manufacturing and installation operations can be simplified, and the cost can be reduced; and simultaneously, a better sealing effect is obtained. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and for example, the first oil seal member 35 and the second oil seal member 36 may be configured differently as needed.

In the present invention, the first oil seal member 35 and the second oil seal member 36 each include a point contact portion 39 and a surface contact portion 40. Among them, the surface contact portion 40 has a better sealing effect than the point contact portion 39, but also causes severe abrasion due to its poor flexibility. While the point contact 39 has a poorer sealing effect than the surface contact 40, but the degree of wear is relatively small due to its good flexibility. The oil seal member of the present invention includes both the point contact portion 39 and the surface contact portion 40, and not only can obtain a good sealing effect, but also can reduce the degree of wear to improve the service life of the oil seal member.

In the present invention, the first oil seal member 35 and the second oil seal member 36 may be disposed in opposite directions. The surface contact portion 40 of the first oil seal member 35 is located on the output shaft 32 end side of the point contact portion 39, and the point contact portion 39 of the second oil seal member 36 is located on the output shaft 32 end side of the surface contact portion 40. Thus, the two oil seal components are arranged in opposite directions, so that the sealing effect is further improved; and the degree of wear can be reduced to improve the service life of the oil seal component.

In the present invention, each of the first oil seal member 35 and the second oil seal member 36 may include a plurality of point contact portions 39 arranged at intervals in the axial direction. By providing the plurality of point contact portions 39, not only the sealing effect can be improved, but also the degree of wear can be further reduced, and the service life of the oil seal member can be improved.

In the present invention, the surface of the output shaft 32 is a surface having electroless nickel treatment. Thus, by this electroless nickel treatment, the smoothness of the output shaft 32 can be improved, the friction between the output shaft 32 and the first and second oil seal members 35 and 36 can be reduced, and the degree of wear of the oil seal members can be reduced, providing a service life of the oil seal members.

In the present invention, the housing 34 may be composed of a bearing holder for holding the bearing 33 and a housing main body, and the inner surface of the bearing holder for holding the bearing 33 may be an anodized surface. Thus, the anodic oxidation treatment can improve corrosion resistance and prolong the service life of the component.

In the present invention, the housing 34 may be composed of two parts, i.e., a bearing holder for holding the bearing 33 and a housing main body, and the screw for fixing the bearing holder for holding the bearing 33 to the housing main body and the screw for fixing the reduction gear to the equipment may be positioned so as not to overlap each other in the circumferential direction of the reduction gear. This makes it possible to reduce the axial dimension and to reduce the size of the speed reducer.

According to the improved speed reducer structure, the outer wall of the casing of the speed reducer body is coated with the continuous cool fabric, the casing of the speed reducer body is basically a metal casing, so that the casing of the speed reducer body is hot after long-term work or direct sunlight, and is not convenient for operators to carry, assemble or disassemble, and after the outer wall of the speed reducer body is coated with the continuous cool fabric, the heat dissipation effect can be improved, the operators can operate the speed reducer body conveniently, the situation that the work is affected by scalding the hand of the casing of the speed reducer body is avoided, and the work safety and convenience are improved; the continuous cool feeling fabric comprises a fabric base layer woven by cool feeling terylene and a water-based polyurethane coating coated on the surface of the fabric base layer, wherein the cool feeling terylene comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:

the cool polyester fiber doped with the mica powder is adopted in the invention, and has the characteristics of firmness, durability, good elasticity, difficult deformation, corrosion resistance, insulation, stiffness, smoothness and the like, and the moisture conductivity of the cool polyester fiber is relatively less influenced by the mica powder due to the low moisture absorption performance of the cool polyester fiber. The invention solves the problem of poor moisture conductivity of the polyester fiber, does not pay attention to the property of the fiber, but pay attention to the structure of the fabric. The moisture conductivity of the fabric is influenced by the moisture absorption of single fibers and the moisture transmission efficiency among the fibers, and the problem is not noticed yet. According to the invention, the surface of the fabric is coated with the water-based polyurethane coating, so that the water-based polyurethane can enable single polyester fibers to form efficient physical connection, and moisture can be diffused through the polyurethane coating, thereby improving the moisture diffusion efficiency among the fibers.

The coating treatment of the waterborne polyurethane coating is different from the hydrophilic finishing of common polyester fibers, the polyester has poor hygroscopicity but not poor moisture conductivity, the hydrophilic finishing of the polyester refers to that the hydrophilic finishing agent is bonded with the surface of the polyester so that the surface has hydrophilic groups, the dyne value of the surface of the polyester is changed so that the polyester is easily soaked by water, and then the polyester is diffused and evaporated in the polyester, so that the moisture absorption and removal performance is improved. The waterborne polyurethane coating of the invention also has the effect of polyester surface modification, and can improve the moisture absorption rate of polyester fibers by the same mechanism, but the improvement degree is not as good as that of the common organosilicon hydrophilic finishing agent from the aspect of the mechanism. The more important function of the waterborne polyurethane coating is to form physical bridges among single fibers, so that moisture can span among the single fibers through the polyurethane coating, thereby greatly improving the moisture diffusion efficiency, namely the moisture conductivity.

The preparation method of the cool polyester comprises the following steps: mixing the raw materials for forming the cool polyester, feeding the mixture into a screw extruder for melting, then spraying the mixture through spinneret orifices on a spinneret plate, cooling the mixture by air, and then performing an elasticizing process to obtain the cool polyester.

The manufacturing method of the continuous cool feeling fabric comprises the following steps:

(1) adding 100 parts by weight of polytetramethylene glycol, 40-50 parts by weight of toluene diisocyanate and 0.1-0.5 part by weight of organic tin catalyst into a round-bottom flask, heating to 80-120 ℃, and keeping the reaction for 3-4 hours to prepare a polyurethane prepolymer;

(2) adding 40-60 parts by weight of organic solvent and 10-20 parts by weight of hydrophilic chain extender into the polyurethane prepolymer, reacting at the temperature of 50-60 ℃ for 2-3h, and then adding 100 parts by weight of water and 1-2 parts by weight of silane coupling agent to prepare the waterborne polyurethane coating;

(3) weaving the cool terylene into a fabric base layer, soaking the fabric base layer into the waterborne polyurethane coating according to the bath ratio of 1:10-12 for 30-60min, taking out the cool terylene, and drying in an oven at 60-80 ℃ to obtain the continuous cool fabric.

The properties of the aqueous polyurethane coating are varied, and not all aqueous polyurethane coatings can meet the requirements of the present invention. Therefore, the invention provides the waterborne polyurethane coating and a method for coating the waterborne polyurethane coating on a fabric base layer, namely a manufacturing method of the continuous cool fabric. The water-based polyurethane coating prepared by the method can improve the hydrophilicity of the fiber surface, fill the gaps among the fibers and effectively improve the moisture transmission efficiency among the fibers, thereby obviously improving the moisture absorption of the polyester fibers and solving the problem of poor moisture absorption of cool polyester.
