Background

The tin plate is a cold-rolled low-carbon steel sheet or strip plated on both sides with commercial pure tin, has the strength of steel in formability, also has the corrosion resistance, tin weldability and beautiful appearance of tin, and is an ideal material for packaging purposes. The surfaces of the tin plate are generally classified into eight forms of B, R1, R, R2, S1, S, M, S2 and the like, wherein the forms are the most popular types of B, R1, R and the like, and the surfaces of the forms are mostly used in the food can industry, so that the demand is high.

The coating of the high-grade beverage can adopts transparent priming paint in the printing and coating process, and the grain state on the surface of the tin plate can be clearly amplified after the printing is finished, so that the fineness and the uniformity of the grain on the surface of the tin plate become an important index for judging whether the high-grade beverage can is qualified or not. The only way for determining the surface texture of the tinning plate depends on the formulation of the flattening manufacturing process of the double-frame flattening machine.

The invention provides a control method of surface grains of a high-end beverage can, aiming at overcoming the defect that the control method of the surface grains is limited in the prior art, and researching a leveling process.

The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the following embodiments in order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the invention more comprehensible.

The leveler used by the invention is a double-frame four-roller dry leveler, the tin plate is a common tin-plated substrate, the thickness is 0.2mm-0.3mm, and the modulation degree range is T1-T5.

The working parameters of the temper mill are adjusted during production as follows:

(1) the technological requirements of the leveling machine working roll matching are as follows:

leveling a working roll of a No. 1 frame: adopting an electric spark texturing roller, and controlling the roughness Ra to be 1.45 +/-0.05 mu m;

leveling a working roll of a No. 2 frame: a grinding smooth roller is adopted, and the roughness Ra is controlled to be 0.45 +/-0.04;

(2) the grinding process requirement of the leveling roller of the leveling machine is as follows:

a 120-mesh grinding wheel with the particle size controlled between 100 and 125 is adopted, and the grinding material of the grinding wheel adopts white corundum (containing 97 to 99 percent of alumina grinding) or cubic boron nitride; the hardness of the grinding wheel is selected from the middle 2 grade;

(3) the rolling force control requirement is as follows:

the rolling force of the No. 1 rack temper mill is 5500 +/-500 KN, and the rolling kilometer number is less than or equal to 300 KM;

the rolling force of the 2# frame temper mill is 4000 +/-500 KN, and the rolling kilometer number is less than or equal to 200 KM;

(4) the roughness control requirement of the flat surface: the roughness Ra is 0.35 to 0.55 μm.

Referring to the grain state of the surface of the working roll and the tinned plate in the traditional process in fig. 1, the stripes are grinding grains with different depths and lengths on the surface of the leveling roll along the circumferential direction, the reason of the grain difference is caused by the time difference that grinding materials of a grinding wheel fall off in the grinding manufacturing process of the working roll, and after the rough grains with different depths are formed on the surface of the working roll, the rough grains are copied and directly copied on the surface of the tinned plate by rolling of a leveling machine. The invention provides a manufacturing method of surface grains of a high-end beverage can, and the manufacturing method can fundamentally solve the current situations of rough surface grains and uneven rolling grains on a plate surface of the high-end beverage can by designing a unique working roller matching scheme of a temper mill and effectively combining the temper mill with a rolling process, obtain a tinned plate without any surface grains and meet the process requirements of the high-end beverage can.
