The invention aims to provide an antioxidant broad-spectrum bacteriostatic agent which is simple in preparation process and safe and edible and a preparation method thereof. The invention utilizes ascorbic acid and hydrogen peroxide systems to couple lysozyme and tea polyphenol, plays the antibacterial and antioxidant roles of the two, and prepares the antioxidant broad-spectrum bacteriostatic agent so as to meet the requirements of the fields of food, medicine and the like.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:

and 4, step 4: and (3) placing the lysozyme-tea polyphenol composite system obtained in the step (3) into a freeze dryer for freeze drying to obtain a lysozyme-tea polyphenol copolymer, wherein the lysozyme-tea polyphenol copolymer is the antioxidant broad-spectrum bacteriostatic agent.
