Background

In view of this, the present invention provides a preservative and a preparation method thereof, which can effectively promote the preparation of the preservative and improve the use effect of the preservative.

Preferably, the preservative granule further comprises sucrose, and the mass part of the sucrose is 3% -5% of the total mass of other components in the preservative granule; the sucrose can be used as a sweetening agent and a leavening agent to improve the mouthfeel of the baked food; and the sucrose can effectively inhibit the growth of harmful microorganisms and enhance the hardening degree of the preservative granules, so that the preservative granules can be better molded and play a role, and the using effect of the preservative is improved.

A method for preparing the preservative, which is used for preparing the preservative:
