Starting 4 servo motors B, driving 4 transmission shafts and 4 travelling wheels to rotate to 4 travelling wheel axes through 4 speed reducers B, 4 worms, 4 worm wheels, 4 worm wheel shafts and 4U-shaped support frames to be vertical to the datum line, simultaneously starting 4 servo motors A, driving 4 travelling wheels to simultaneously rotate at the same speed through 4 speed reducers A and 4 transmission shafts, and moving the double-roller type heavy mining dumper wheel mounting machine integrally along the datum line (tire axis);

2) moving in a direction perpendicular to the reference line

Starting 4 servo motors B, driving 4 transmission shafts and 4 travelling wheels to rotate to 4 travelling wheel axes parallel to the datum line through 4 speed reducers B, 4 worms, 4 worm wheels, 4 worm wheel shafts and 4U-shaped support frames, simultaneously starting 4 servo motors A, driving 4 travelling wheels to simultaneously rotate at the same speed through 4 speed reducers A and 4 transmission shafts, and moving the double-roller-supporting type heavy-duty mining dumper wheel mounting machine integrally along the direction vertical to the datum line;

3) turn at minimum radius

When the two travelling wheels on the left side drive the roller type heavy mining dump truck wheel mounting machine to move forwards integrally, and the two travelling wheels on the right side drive the double roller type heavy mining dump truck wheel mounting machine to move backwards integrally, the double roller type heavy mining dump truck wheel mounting machine rotates in situ with the minimum radius integrally; when the two traveling wheels on the left side drive the wheel mounting machine of the double-roller type heavy mining dump truck to integrally move backwards, and the two traveling wheels on the right side drive the wheel mounting machine of the double-roller type heavy mining dump truck to integrally move forwards, the wheel mounting machine of the double-roller type heavy mining dump truck integrally rotates reversely in situ with the minimum radius;

4) moving in an oblique direction

When starting 4 servo motor B, through 4 reduction gears B, 4 worms, 4 worm wheels, 4 worm wheel axles and 4U-shaped support frames drive 4 transmission shafts and 4 walking wheels rotate 4 walking wheel axes and all become a certain angle with the datum line, 4 servo motor A is started simultaneously, drive 4 walking wheels through 4 reduction gears A and 4 transmission shafts and rotate with fast simultaneously, the whole certain angle direction removal of following with the datum line of following of heavy mining dump truck wheel mounting plate of two bearing roller formula, two heavy mining dump truck wheel mounting plates of bearing roller formula still have the slant function of moving promptly.

Further, the wheel mounting machine of the double-roller type heavy mining dump truck has the wheel rotating function of the heavy mining dump truck:

the servo motor D drives the carrier roller A to rotate through the speed reducer D; the servo motor C drives the B to rotate through the speed reducer C; when the servo motor D and the servo motor C are started at the same speed in the same direction, the carrier roller A and the carrier roller B simultaneously drive the wheels of the heavy mining dump truck to rotate, the wheels of the heavy mining dump truck drive the compression roller A and the compression roller B to rotate, and the compression roller A and the compression roller B rotate passively.

Furthermore, the wheel mounting machine of the double-roller type heavy mining dump truck has the functions of lifting and lowering the wheels of the heavy mining dump truck:

and starting a lifting servo motor, and driving the supporting and pressing roller system, namely the wheels of the heavy mining dump truck to lift together through a lifting speed reducer and a lifting nut.

Further, the servo motor A, the servo motor B, the lifting servo motor, the servo motor C, the servo motor D, the electric cylinder A and the electric cylinder B are all electrically connected with the electric control system.

Furthermore, the servo motor A, the servo motor B, the lifting servo motor, the servo motor C and the servo motor D are all internally provided with encoders and are provided with band-type brakes.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

1. according to the wheel mounting machine of the double-carrier roller type heavy mining dump truck, the driving wheel system, the truck body system, the carrier roller clamp system and the electric control system are matched with one another, so that the wheel mounting machine has the functions of moving in any direction and rotating in various radiuses, has the function of rotating wheels of the heavy mining dump truck, has the function of lifting wheels of the heavy mining dump truck, and achieves mechanization of tire assembly of the heavy mining dump truck.

3. The wheel mounting machine of the double-roller type heavy mining dump truck provided by the invention can improve the tire mounting efficiency and ensure the consistency of the mounting quality and the production beat.

In conclusion, the technical scheme of the invention can solve the problems that in the prior art, the wheel installation difficulty on the assembly line of the heavy mining dump truck is very high, and the online installation adopts the crown block and the auxiliary tool to install, so that the labor cost is high, the installation beat is difficult to control, the labor intensity is high, and the installation quality consistency is poor.

Based on the reason, the invention can be widely popularized in the industrial fields of mounting wheels on a heavy-duty mining dump truck assembly line by using a wheel mounting machine and the like.
