1. An automated apparatus for consumable cartridge storage and transfer, comprising: a lifting storage mechanism and a translation mechanism;

the lifting driving mechanism is arranged on the mounting plate and is positioned between the storage bin and the waste bin.

The automation device for consumable box storage and transfer according to claim 2, wherein limiting mechanisms are arranged on both sides of the opening at the lower part of the square-tube-shaped cavity, and each limiting mechanism comprises a mounting plate fixedly connected to the mounting plate, a guide rod fixedly connected to the inner side wall of the mounting plate, a limiting block slidably sleeved on the guide rod, a compression spring arranged between the guide rod and the limiting block, and an electromagnet fixedly connected to the mounting plate.

The automated consumable cartridge storage and transfer device of claim 2, wherein the lifting driving mechanism comprises a lifting motor fixedly connected to the mounting plate, a lifting screw rod in driving connection with an output shaft of the lifting motor, a lifting slider in threaded fit with the lifting screw rod, and a supporting column connected to the lifting slider, and the bottom end of the supporting column is fixedly connected to the middle of the lifting tray;
the lifting slide block is provided with a lifting position blocking piece, and the mounting plate is provided with a first photoelectric sensor, a second photoelectric sensor and a third photoelectric sensor from top to bottom at the side part of the lifting position blocking piece.
8. The automated apparatus for storing and transferring consumable cartridges of claim 1, wherein the consumable cartridge has a narrow top and a wide bottom, a cavity inside, and a plurality of storage wells for holding reaction cups and sample application heads formed on the top surface;
the left side surface and the right side surface of the consumable box are inclined surfaces, at least two protruding stop blocks are arranged on the two side surfaces of the consumable box, and the left side and the right side of the bottom edge of the consumable box are provided with outwards protruding edges;
when the consumable boxes are sleeved in a stacking manner, the convex stop block of the consumable box below contacts with the edge of the bottom edge of the consumable box above the convex stop block of the consumable box.

The automated apparatus for consumable cartridge storage and transfer of claim 1, wherein the translation mechanism comprises a left push plate, a first driving mechanism for driving the left push plate to move back and forth, a right push plate, a second driving mechanism for driving the right push plate to move back and forth, a left support plate, a right support plate, a guide plate arranged between the left support plate and the right support plate, a translation tray, and a third driving mechanism for driving the translation tray to move left and right between the left support plate and the right support plate.

The automated apparatus for consumable cartridge storage and transfer of claim 9, wherein the translation tray is provided with a first baffle higher than the inner upper surface of the translation tray on each of three sides, and the front side is free of baffles, forming a consumable cartridge inlet;

Background
In automatic check out test set, consumptive material use amount such as reaction cup and application of sample head is big, generally need adopt consumptive material box to save to supply to take. The present storage has new consumptive material box and the empty consumptive material box after using of reaction cup and application of sample head etc. to adopt the tiled formula to deposit more, and the single can save a small amount, and space utilization is low, needs artifical frequent change, has reduced work efficiency, hardly realizes big automatic supply in batches in the short time.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to an automated apparatus for storing and transferring consumable cartridges, which overcomes the above-mentioned shortcomings of the prior art.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: an automated apparatus for consumable cartridge storage and transfer, comprising: a lifting storage mechanism and a translation mechanism;
the lifting storage mechanism comprises a storage bin and a waste bin which are vertically arranged side by side, a lifting tray arranged at the bottom of the storage bin and the bottom of the waste bin, and a lifting driving mechanism for driving the lifting tray to reciprocate in the vertical direction; the lifting storage mechanism is used for realizing the transportation of the consumable boxes stored in the storage bin and the waste bin in the vertical direction;

Preferably, the storage bin and the waste bin are both square cylindrical cavities which are arranged along the vertical direction and can accommodate the consumable box, the square cylindrical cavities are formed by a plurality of mounting plates which are fixedly connected on the rack, and the front parts and the bottoms of the square cylindrical cavities are both open;
the lifting driving mechanism is arranged on the mounting plate and is positioned between the storage bin and the waste bin.
Preferably, the uncovered both sides of square tube type cavity lower part all are provided with stop gear, stop gear includes the rigid coupling and is in installation piece, rigid coupling on the mounting panel are in guide bar, slidable cover on the installation piece inside wall are established stopper, setting on the guide bar are in compression spring and rigid coupling between guide bar and the stopper are in electro-magnet on the installation piece.
Preferably, the limiting block is provided with a guide hole for inserting the guide rod, the outer end of the guide hole is expanded in the circumferential direction to form a spring hole, the compression spring is sleeved on the guide rod, and the inner end of the compression spring is arranged in the spring hole.

the lifting slide block is provided with a lifting position blocking piece, and the mounting plate is provided with a first photoelectric sensor, a second photoelectric sensor and a third photoelectric sensor from top to bottom at the side part of the lifting position blocking piece.
Preferably, the consumable box is narrow at the top and wide at the bottom, a cavity is arranged in the consumable box, and a plurality of storage holes for bearing the reaction cups and the sample adding heads are formed in the upper surface of the consumable box;
the left side surface and the right side surface of the consumable box are inclined surfaces, at least two protruding stop blocks are arranged on the two side surfaces of the consumable box, and the left side and the right side of the bottom edge of the consumable box are provided with outwards protruding edges;
when the consumable boxes are sleeved in a stacking manner, the convex stop block of the consumable box below contacts with the edge of the bottom edge of the consumable box above the convex stop block of the consumable box.
Preferably, the translation mechanism comprises a left push plate, a first driving mechanism for driving the left push plate to move back and forth, a right push plate, a second driving mechanism for driving the right push plate to move back and forth, a left support plate, a right support plate, a guide plate arranged between the left support plate and the right support plate, a translation tray and a third driving mechanism for driving the translation tray to move left and right between the left support plate and the right support plate.
Preferably, three side edges of the translation tray are respectively provided with a first baffle higher than the inner upper surface of the translation tray, and the front side edge is not provided with a baffle to form an inlet of the consumable box;
the side all is provided with the second baffle that is higher than its upper surface about left branch fagging and right branch fagging all form consumptive material box crossing on left branch fagging and the right branch fagging, the height and the width homogeneous phase of consumptive material box entry and consumptive material box crossing are the same, and all can hold consumptive material box.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the automatic device for storing and transferring the consumable material boxes can be used for placing and taking out a large number of consumable material boxes at one time, can realize automatic continuous one-by-one supply of new consumable material boxes and one-by-one automatic storage of used empty consumable material boxes, can prolong the replacement period and improve the efficiency;
the consumable box disclosed by the invention is stored in a three-dimensional manner, occupies a small volume, increases the storage quantity of the consumable box, effectively utilizes the space and is convenient to fetch and store.
