Background

An accumulator is an energy storage device in a hydropneumatic system. The energy in the system is converted into compression energy or potential energy to be stored at a proper time, and when the system needs the energy, the compression energy or the potential energy is converted into hydraulic energy or air pressure and the like to be released, and the energy is supplied to the system again. When the system pressure is increased instantaneously, it can absorb the energy of the part to ensure the pressure of the whole system is normal.

Most of the existing piston energy accumulators are not provided with buffer devices, and the piston can impact an end cover in large-flow operation time, so that abnormal sound is generated, great influence is generated on the service life of the end cover and the piston of the end cover, meanwhile, in the use process, the seal on the piston can be abraded due to long-time oil shortage friction, the movement distance of the piston is changed, and the service life of the piston energy accumulator is influenced.

The side edge of the piston 14 is provided with a radial oil injection hole 14-2, hydraulic oil is injected into the radial oil injection hole 14-2 to supply oil to the supporting ring 11, the two-way seal 12 and the one-way seal 13, so that the lubricating effect is achieved, the friction is reduced, and abnormal sound is eliminated.
