Background

The plum syrup is a traditional summer-heat relieving beverage, has the characteristics of removing oil and greasiness, stimulating appetite and tonifying spleen and good taste, can remove diseases and keep healthy and strong after being drunk frequently, can prevent a drinker from ingesting excessive sugar, and is a rare health-care beverage in hot summer. However, the current plum syrup belongs to decoction and is inconvenient to carry.

In view of the above, the present invention is particularly proposed.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a plum syrup effervescent tablet which is convenient to carry, short in disintegration time and stable in property, and can obtain a plum syrup with good taste after being dissolved.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the following embodiments, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

In one aspect of the invention, the invention provides a plum syrup effervescent tablet, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 200-800 parts (for example, 200 parts, 400 parts, 600 parts or 800 parts, etc.) of smoked plum, 100-500 parts (for example, 100 parts, 200 parts, 300 parts, 400 parts or 500 parts, etc.) of hawthorn, 50-200 parts (for example, 50 parts, 100 parts, 150 parts or 200 parts, etc.) of jujube, 10-100 parts (for example, 10 parts, 20 parts, 40 parts, 60 parts, 80 parts or 100 parts, etc.) of menthol, 20-100 parts (for example, 20 parts, 40 parts, 60 parts, 80 parts or 100 parts, etc.) of passion fruit, 1600-1900 parts (for example, 1600 parts, 1700 parts, 1800 parts or 1900 parts, etc.) of citric acid, and 400-500 parts (for example, 400 parts, 420 parts, 440 parts, 460 parts, 480 parts or 500 parts, etc.) of sodium carbonate.

(a) uniformly mixing hawthorn powder, red date powder, sodium carbonate, lactose, a sweetening agent and half of the formula amount of plum powder, then adding 80-95% ethanol solution, uniformly mixing, performing wet granulation to prepare first wet granules, drying the first wet granules at 50-70 ℃, wherein the drying time is 1-3 hours, so that the moisture content is less than 5% after the ethanol solution is completely evaporated, and then finishing granules by using a 16-mesh sieve to obtain first granules;

(b) uniformly mixing citric acid, glucose, maltodextrin and half of the formula amount of plum powder, then adding 85-95% ethanol solution, uniformly mixing, performing wet granulation to obtain a first wet granule, drying the first wet granule at 50-70 ℃, drying for 1-3 hours, completely evaporating the ethanol solution, and sieving with a 16-mesh sieve to obtain a second granule;

(c) and respectively weighing the essence, the passion fruit powder, the menthol powder and the magnesium stearate according to the formula ratio, respectively adding the essence, the passion fruit powder, the menthol powder and the magnesium stearate into the first granules by adopting an equivalent progressive method, then mixing the mixture with the second granules for 30 minutes, and tabletting to obtain the plum syrup effervescent tablet.
