The mounting support lug is fixed on the side suction tube 9 through welding, a bolt penetrates through a bolt through hole in the mounting support lug and then is fixed with the mounting seat 1, and the side suction tube 9 and the mounting seat 1 are fixed simply. The inlet 9-1 of the left and right suction cylinders 9 is respectively positioned at the opposite ends of the left auger 2 and the right auger 7, the suction cylinders 9 at each side are respectively communicated with the outlet end of the main suction cylinder 8 through a pipeline 10, and the outlet end 8-2 of the main suction cylinder 8 is connected with the suction pipe of the vacuum pump. The rear side in horizontal extension board 1-1 middle section is equipped with spacing breach 1-3 of a spacing main suction section of thick bamboo 8, the lower extreme in lower vertical extension board 1-2 middle section sets up the breach of stepping down 1-4, the entrance point of main suction section of thick bamboo 8 is crooked forward to extend spacing collude in the breach of stepping down 1-4 of vertical extension board 1-2, the rear side at horizontal extension board 1-1 left and right both ends sets up a via hole 1-6 respectively, the downside at the left and right both ends of lower vertical extension board 1-2 sets up side breach 1-5 respectively, the entrance point cooperation of side suction section of thick bamboo 9 is in this side breach 1-5, and the exit end of side suction section of thick bamboo 9 passes behind the via hole 1-6 of horizontal extension board 1-1 and communicates through pipeline 10 with the upper end of main suction section of thick bamboo 8. The gaps on the mounting seat 1 form positioning and limiting for the suction cylinder, so that the main suction cylinder 8 and the side suction cylinder 9 can be conveniently mounted, and the main suction cylinder 8 is matched with the limiting gaps 1-3 and the abdicating gaps 1-4, so that the compactness of the structure of the device can be improved, and the firmness of the structure is increased. When the main suction cylinder 8 is assembled, the main suction cylinder 8 is firstly clamped in the limiting notch 1-3 of the horizontal extension plate 1-1, then the guide sleeve 8-3 and the guide post 16 are aligned and the main suction cylinder 8 is pressed down until the bent inlet end of the main suction cylinder 8 hooks the abdicating notch 1-4 of the lower vertical extension plate 1-2, so that the main suction cylinder 8 is fixed on the mounting seat 1, and the normal work of the spring 7 is ensured, and the device can abdicating the bulge on the bottom plate of the carriage. The lower end of the lower vertical extension plate 1-2 is fixedly provided with a scraper 14, the scraper 14 is mainly used for scraping a small amount of residual powder which is not rolled by a packing auger, and the scraper 14 is made of felt or rubber. The scraper 14 of the felt is selected in the embodiment, the felt and the rubber have better cleaning effect on residual powder which is not rolled by the auger, and the scraper 14 of the felt or the rubber can automatically avoid bulges on the bottom plate of the carriage, so that the vibration of the device during working is reduced.

When in use, as shown in fig. 8, firstly, the length of the packing auger is selected according to the width of the transport compartment 18, the packing auger is arranged on the mounting base 1, and then the outlet 8-2 at the upper end of the main suction cylinder 8 is connected with the suction pipe of the vacuum pump. The device is then fixed to the lifting device 19-1 of the gantry 19, whereby the residual powder in the transport carriage 18 can be removed by the device. In operation, the ore transport carriage 18 moves forward together with the car and passes through the portal frame 19, and when the front end of the transport carriage 18 is just below the portal frame 19, the lifting device 19-1 of the portal frame 19 is controlled to drive the cleaning device to descend until the scraper 14 of the cleaning device contacts the bottom plate of the carriage. At the moment, in order to prevent the packing auger from colliding with the bulge of the carriage bottom plate, a little gap is reserved between the left packing auger and the carriage bottom plate and between the right packing auger and the carriage bottom plate. The working driving motor 3 can drive the left packing auger 2 and the right packing auger 7 to rotate through the chain transmission device 5, residual powder on the left side and the right side of the mounting base 1 can be sucked away by the left side suction cylinder 9 and the right side suction cylinder 9 under the action of the vacuum pump, and most of the residual powder can be rolled to the middle part by the left packing auger and the right packing auger and is sucked away by the main suction cylinder 8. In the process, the lower vertical extension plate 1-2 of the mounting base 1 can block the residual powder, so that the auger is ensured to effectively drive the residual powder, and the main suction cylinder 8 can efficiently suck the residual powder. And the residual powder which is not rolled up by the auger can be scraped away by the felt scraper 4 at the lower end of the vertical extension plate 1-2 under the mounting seat 1, so that the residual powder removing effect is good. Along with the movement of the transport carriage 18, the cleaning device can relatively clean the residual powder in the transport carriage 18 from front to back until the cleaning device is cleaned to the rearmost end of the transport carriage 18, and at the moment, the lifting device 19-1 of the portal frame 19 controls the cleaning device to ascend to give way for the moving out of the transport carriage 18. And when the next transport carriage 18 starts to enter the portal frame 19, repeating the steps. Therefore, the automatic cleaning of the residual powder in the ore transport carriage 18 is realized, the automation degree is improved, and various problems caused by manual cleaning are solved. The cleaning device has good cleaning effect on residual powder, has high cleaning efficiency and shortens the time of the transportation period. The residual powder can be quickly removed even by the freight train with a plurality of transport carriages, so that the delay time of the freight train for removing the residual powder is shortened, and great convenience is brought to the transport. When the device is used for transport carriages 18 with different sizes, the packing augers with different lengths can be replaced, and the device is good in universality.
