The working principle of the invention is as follows: in an original state, the second stripping sheets 7 in the four stripping assemblies are supported at the lower side of the tray 4 at the bottommost layer to realize the longitudinal limit of the laminated tray 4, the laminated tray 4 is arranged between the limiting plates 3 to realize the transverse limit through the laminated tray 4, when the trays 4 need to be fed to a production line below one by one in a detection manner, the driving air cylinder 12 can be driven to act, the driving strips and the stripping strips 11 connected with the driving strips are driven to move through the joint bearings 14, the first connecting plates 9 and the second connecting plates 10 at two ends of the stripping strips 11 rotate around the corresponding first rotating shafts 5, the corresponding movement is transmitted to the other two stripping assemblies, the second stripping sheets 7 synchronously rotate out from the bottom of the tray 4 at the last layer, meanwhile, the first stripping sheets 6 rotate to the lower side of the tray 4 at the last layer to realize that the tray 4 at the last layer falls from the falling hole 2 at the lower part to the production line at the lower part, thereby realize range upon range of tray 4's separation operation, whole mechanism compact structure, and can match the use with other mechanisms wantonly, comparatively nimble convenient.
