The production process of the threaded water filling port of the automobile water tank is characterized in that the water filling port consists of a water filling cup and an air outlet pipe and is characterized in that: the process is sequentially prepared from the following steps of cutting, cleaning, stretching, trimming, threading, curling, shearing, punching, polishing, inspecting, welding, detecting, galvanizing and packaging, and comprises the following specific process steps:

1) cutting: cutting the sheet material of the water adding cup and the pipe material of the air outlet pipe group by a shearing machine according to the specification of the product;

2) cleaning: removing impurities and an oxidation layer on the sheared sheet stock in the step 1 by using a polishing machine, removing the oxidation layer and the impurities on the air outlet pipe by using 320-mesh abrasive paper, and simultaneously removing burrs at the shearing position to achieve the effects of smooth surface of the sheet stock, no pit, no black skin and smooth surface of the air pipe;

11) welding: welding the qualified cup-shaped sheet material and the air outlet pipe material together by using a brazing machine;

12) and (3) detection: detecting whether the welding position of the water filling port leaks water or not through an air tightness test;

13) galvanizing: galvanizing the qualified water outlet;

14) packaging: and drying and packaging the galvanized water filling port.

3) stretching: brushing oil on the surface of the cleaned sheet stock, placing the sheet stock in a mold for stretching to form a cup-shaped sheet stock, brushing oil on the surface of the pipe for 5-8 s/time, 1 piece at a time, placing the air outlet pipe in the mold for stretching to form a pipeline with an annular bulge on the surface of the air outlet pipe;

4) trimming: putting the cup-shaped sheet material stretched in the step 3 into an edge cutting machine for edge cutting for 3-5 s/time, 1 piece each time;

5) threading: putting the cup-shaped sheet stock with the cut edges in the step 4 into a die for positioning, and punching internal threads on the surface of the sheet stock by a thread press for 4-6 s/time, wherein 1 piece is formed each time;

6) edge curling: putting the cup-shaped sheet material with the internal threads obtained in the step 5 into a curling machine to be pressed into a step skirt belt for 3-5 s/time, 1 piece each time;

7) shearing: putting the cup-shaped sheet material with the step skirts prepared in the step 6 into a shearing machine for shearing, shearing a notch on the skirts on the outermost layer, and folding the skirts at the position of the notch to form a rotary hem for 4-6 s/time, wherein 1 piece is formed each time;

8) punching: punching the bottom of the cup-shaped sheet material prepared in the step 7, punching a water inlet hole firstly to enable the water inlet to be provided with a protective edge for 4-6 s/time, and punching an air outlet pipe mounting hole for 3-5 s/time, 1 piece each time, on the side wall of the cup-shaped sheet material;

9) polishing: polishing the processed cup-shaped sheet material by using abrasive paper, removing punching burrs, correcting the punching position, and removing oil stains on the cup-shaped sheet material and the pipe material of the air outlet pipe;

10) and (4) checking: the cup-shaped sheet material and the air outlet pipe obtained in the step 9 are checked and paired by using a height gauge and other detection tools, and the important sizes of the product are within the range, namely the product is qualified;

11) welding: welding the qualified cup-shaped sheet material and the air outlet pipe material together by using a brazing machine;

12) and (3) detection: detecting whether the welding position of the water filling port leaks water or not through an air tightness test;

13) galvanizing: galvanizing the qualified water outlet;

14) packaging: and drying and packaging the galvanized water filling port.

Detailed Description

The threaded water filling port of the automobile water tank shown in fig. 1-2 is composed of a water filling cup 1 and an air outlet pipe 2, wherein a water inlet hole is formed in the bottom of the water filling cup 1, an outwardly extending protective edge is formed in the wall of the water inlet hole, a stepped skirt belt 13 is arranged on the water filling cup 1, the stepped skirt belt 13 covers the opening of the water filling cup 1, a notch 12 is formed in the stepped skirt belt 13, the air outlet pipe 2 is inserted into the side face of the water filling cup 1, and one end, away from the water filling cup 1, of the air outlet pipe 2 is provided with an annular protrusion 21, and the process sequentially comprises the following steps of cutting, cleaning, stretching, edge cutting, thread rolling, shearing, punching, polishing, checking, welding, detecting, galvanizing and packaging, and the threaded water filling port:

1) cutting: cutting the sheet material of the water adding cup 1 and the pipe material of the air outlet pipe 2 group by a shearing machine according to the specification of the product;

5) threading: placing the cup-shaped sheet material with the cut edges in the step 4 into a die for positioning, punching internal threads on the surface of the sheet material by using a thread press, wherein the punching depth is 2mm, the position of the next cup-shaped material is adjusted in sequence for 5 s/time, and the punching depth is 1 time per time, and the counter-clockwise rotation is 60 degrees after each punching;

6) edge curling: putting the cup-shaped sheet material with the internal threads obtained in the step 5 into a curling machine to be pressed into a step skirt belt 13 for 4 s/time, 1 piece each time;

7) shearing: putting the cup-shaped sheet material with the step skirts 13 prepared in the step 6 into a shearing machine for shearing, shearing a notch 12 on the skirts on the outermost layer, and folding the skirts at the position of the notch 12 to form a rotary folding edge for 5 s/time, wherein 1 piece is formed each time;

8) punching: punching the bottom of the cup-shaped sheet material prepared in the step 7, punching a water inlet hole firstly to enable the water inlet 11 to be provided with a protective edge for 5 s/time, and punching an installation hole of an air outlet pipe 2 for 4 s/time, wherein 1 piece is punched at each time;

9) polishing: polishing the processed cup-shaped sheet material by using abrasive paper, removing punching burrs, correcting the punching position, and removing oil stains on the cup-shaped sheet material and the pipe material of the air outlet pipe 2;

10) and (4) checking: the cup-shaped sheet material obtained in the step 9 and the pipe material of the air outlet pipe 2 are checked and paired by using a height gauge and other detection tools, and the important sizes of the product are within the range, namely the product is qualified;

11) welding: welding the qualified cup-shaped sheet material and the air outlet pipe 2 together by using a brazing machine;

12) and (3) detection: detecting whether the welding position of the water filling port leaks water or not through an air tightness test;

13) galvanizing: galvanizing the qualified water outlet;

14) packaging: and drying and packaging the galvanized water filling port.

In this example, the threaded filler of the radiator is made of aluminum alloy.
