1. A method for constructing concrete on a pavement of a field is characterized by comprising the following steps:

Background

The airport runway system is the most basic and important component of an airport, a runway surface is mostly made of cement concrete, and the performance of the airport runway surface can directly influence the passing of airplanes and the overall management of the airport.

The pavement concrete is paved in an open-air environment in a large area, and bears the long-term damage effects of climate and environment, such as repeated temperature strain, dry-wet cycle, freeze-thaw cycle and the like, the skid resistance of the pavement is reduced in the long-term use process, when the local damage occurs, the repair is needed, the overall management and operation of an airport are affected, and otherwise, potential safety hazards exist.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a concrete construction method for a pavement of a field, which has the advantages of enhancing the skid resistance and the durability of the pavement of the field.

The above object of the present invention is achieved by the following technical solutions:

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The invention discloses a concrete construction method for a pavement of a field, which comprises the following steps:

s1: erecting a template; s2: calibrating a mold; s3: spreading; s4: vibrating; s5: leveling: s6: making a concrete surface; s7: constructing a joint; s8: curing the concrete; s9: and (5) removing the template and cutting and pouring seams.

Referring to fig. 1, in step 1, a steel-wood combined template is adopted as a template, the form is a female rabbet, poured concrete is a male rabbet, in the erecting process, a bin dividing line is designed on a pavement base layer according to pavement concrete, drilling holes in the base layer are adopted for erecting a template, steel rods are drilled, the template is fixed by using adjustable draw hooks, the template plane is ensured to be accurate and firm, wood pad strips are used for template connecting joints, and the wood pad strips are flush with the inner side of the template, so that the template is ensured to be compact and smooth, and phenomena such as gap, dislocation, unevenness and the like cannot occur. The thickness of the wood gasket is 10mm, so that the joint is conveniently penetrated, and the angle adjustment is prevented when the concrete slab is broken because the joint at the edge of the template is not in place; in order to prevent the honeycomb pitted surface of the edge of the concrete plate caused by slurry leakage, the lower edge of the template is sealed by mortar or blocked by asphalt felt, and the joint of the template is caulked by putty. In step 7, the construction joint adopts a construction joint of a dowel bar, and the position of the construction joint is matched with the designed sub-bin. The adjacent construction joints are not in the same section, and the arranged dowel bars are vertical to the joint walls and are not warped or inclined. The joint filling material is constructed by adopting a cold filling method. The pouring depth is 3cm, and when the depth of the slot is more than 3cm, a foam plastic rope can be filled in the slot to be used as a substrate material. The surface of the pouring material is slightly lower than the surface of the concrete slab. Before crack pouring, the crack cleaning machine is used for thoroughly cleaning sundries in the crack and dust on the wall of the crack, and the air compressor is used for blowing the sundries out of the crack through high pressure, so that a clean and dry opening in the crack is ensured. The filling of the joint compound must be done in a dry state in the slot, and the joint compound should be full and uniform, adhere tightly to the wall of the alkaline slot and be impermeable to water.

After the above steps are completed, the subsequent protection measures, such as frost heaving prevention and corrosion prevention, should be made. The construction water control is enhanced, rainwater is drained in time, and the higher part of the underground water adopts a precipitation measure, so that adverse factors of frost heaving caused by people are reduced as much as possible; the management of the crack pouring construction is enhanced, the quality of the crack pouring is improved, and frost heaving caused by rainwater flowing into the foundation from the pavement crack is avoided.
