Example 1

The polyester material in the material containing groove 35 is extruded into each extrusion hole under the action of the extruder.

Referring to fig. 4 and 5, a sealing groove 36 is formed in one side of the main plate 3 opposite to the material accommodating groove 35, the sealing grooves 36 are annularly arranged, two sealing grooves 36 are formed in the direction away from the axis of the main plate 3, and the cross section of each sealing groove 36 is arranged in a V shape. The seal groove 36 is used for placing a seal ring.

The sealing groove 36 is matched with the sealing ring, so that the sealing performance between the extruder body and the spinneret plate can be enhanced, and the possibility of leakage of the polyester material is reduced.

Referring to fig. 1 and 6, the molding hole includes a molding through groove 33 and two molding sub-grooves 34 symmetrically disposed about a length direction of the molding through groove 33, the molding sub-grooves 34 are located at a midpoint of a sectional length of the molding through groove 33, and the molding sub-grooves 34 communicate with the molding through groove 33.

The molding through groove 33 is used for molding the fiber body 1, and the molding auxiliary groove 34 is used for molding the fiber rib 2.

Referring to fig. 3 and 6, the feeding hole 31 communicates with the forming through groove 33, and the feeding hole 31 communicates with the forming auxiliary groove 34.

The implementation principle of the embodiment 2 is as follows: the polyester fiber is extruded into the feeding hole 31 by the extruder body, then passes through the transition hole 32, and is simultaneously extruded from the molding through groove 33 and the molding auxiliary groove 34, so that the fiber body 1 and the fiber convex strip 2 which are integrally arranged can be molded.
