A hot water recovery pipe 500 is connected between the circulation pipe 300 and the tank inlet/outlet pipe 210, and a hot water recovery valve 501 is installed on the hot water recovery pipe 500.

The circulation pipe 300 is also connected with a drain pipe 600 for discharging cold water to the cold water tank, and the drain pipe 600 is provided with a pot drain valve 601.

The cold water inlet pipe 400, the cold water pump 401, the circulation pipe 300, and the tank water inlet and outlet pipe 210 together constitute a tank water injection pipe for injecting water into the hot water tank 200.

The sterilization pot device further comprises a heat exchanger 700, the circulating pipeline 300 is connected with a first fluid inlet 701 of the heat exchanger 700 through a circulating pump 301 and a first pot water inlet pipe 111, and a first fluid outlet 702 of the heat exchanger is connected with a pot water inlet pipe (the first pot water inlet pipe 111 is connected during water bath sterilization, and the second pot water inlet pipe 112 is connected during spray sterilization).

The second fluid inlet 703 of the heat exchanger 700 is connected to the cold water inlet pipe 400 via an indirect cooling cold water inlet pipe 710, and the second fluid outlet 704 is connected to the cold water reservoir. And a heat exchanger indirect cooling valve 711 is arranged on the indirect cooling water inlet pipe 710.

The boiler water outlet pipe 120, the circulating pipeline 300, the circulating pump 301, the heat exchanger first fluid inlet 701, the heat exchanger first fluid outlet 702 and the boiler water inlet pipe jointly form a heat exchanger first fluid circulating pipeline; the cold water inlet pipe 400, the cold water pump 401, the heat exchanger second fluid inlet 703, the heat exchanger second fluid outlet 704 and the cold water pool jointly form a heat exchanger second fluid circulation pipeline.

After the water injection is finished, the water inlet and outlet valve 211 of the tank is closed, the water outlet valve 121 of the pot is opened to enable the water in the sterilization pot 100 to circulate through the water bath sterilization circulation pipeline, and the temperature rising valve 131 of the pot is opened to enable the temperature in the pot to rise to the sterilization temperature, wherein the temperature is controlled by the pot temperature sensor 102.

After the temperature rise is completed, the pot temperature rise valve 131 is closed. When the temperature in the pot is lower than the sterilization temperature, the pot temperature-raising valve 131 is opened, and is automatically closed when reaching the upper temperature limit until the sterilization constant temperature is finished.

After the sterilization is finished, the first boiler inlet valve 113 and the boiler temperature raising valve 131 are closed, the hot water recovery valve 501 is opened, and the hot water sterilized in the boiler is recovered to the hot water tank 200 through the hot water recovery pipeline.

And after recovery, closing the circulating pump 301 and the hot water recovery valve 501, opening the cold water inlet valve 402 and the cold water pump 401, and injecting cooling water into the pot through the water bath cooling pipeline, wherein the injection amount is displayed and controlled by the pot liquid level sensor 101.

After the cold water injection is finished, the cold water inlet valve 402 and the cold water pump 401 are automatically closed, the circulating pump 301 and the first pot water inlet valve 113 are opened, and the cold water circulates in the pot through the water bath sterilization circulating pipeline to cool the product. The temperature after the temperature reduction is displayed and controlled by the pot temperature sensor 102.

After the temperature reduction is finished, the first boiler water inlet valve 113 is closed, the boiler water outlet valve 601 is opened, and the temperature reduction water in the boiler is discharged to the cold water pool through the boiler water outlet pipeline. After the cooling water in the pan is drained, the pan outlet valve 121, the circulating pump 301 and the pan drain valve 601 are closed.

And opening the pot door 104 to take out the product, and ending the water bath type sterilization process. The water bath type sterilization process of the next pot is the same as the above.

2. Steam type sterilization process:

when the materials to be sterilized enter the sterilizer 100 from the door 104, the door 104 is closed. The big boiler exhaust valve 141 is opened, the boiler temperature-rising valve 131 is opened, and after the cold air in the boiler is exhausted, the big boiler exhaust valve 141 is closed, and the temperature in the boiler is continuously raised. When the temperature in the pot reaches the set sterilization temperature, the pot temperature-raising valve 131 is closed and controlled by the pot temperature sensor 102, when the temperature in the pot is lower than the sterilization temperature, the pot temperature-raising valve 131 is opened again and automatically closed when the temperature is reached, and the temperature difference between the upper temperature and the lower temperature is +/-0.5 ℃ until the sterilization constant temperature is finished.

The condensed water generated during sterilization is drained through the pan outlet pipe 120 and the drain pipe 160.

After sterilization is finished, a cold water inlet valve 402 and a cold water pump 401 are opened, cooling water is injected into the pot through a water bath cooling pipeline, and the injection amount is displayed and controlled by a pot liquid level sensor 101.

After the cold water injection is finished, the cold water inlet valve 402 and the cold water pump 401 are closed, the circulating pump 301 and the first pot water inlet valve 113 are opened at the same time, and the cold water circulates in the pot through the water bath sterilization circulating pipeline to cool the product.

The temperature after the temperature reduction is displayed and controlled by the pot temperature sensor 102.

After the temperature reduction is finished, the first boiler water inlet valve 113 is closed, the boiler water outlet valve 601 is opened, and the temperature reduction water in the boiler is discharged to the cold water tank through the boiler water outlet pipeline. After the cooling water in the pan is drained, the circulating pump 301 and the pan drain valve 601 are closed.

And opening the pot door 104 to take out the product, and ending the steam sterilization process. The next steam sterilization process is the same as above.

3. Spray type sterilization process

The cold water pump 401 and cold water inlet valve 402 are turned on, and the tank inlet/outlet water valve 211 is automatically turned on, and a set small amount of water is injected into the hot water tank 200 through the tank water injection pipeline until the sterilization pot is circulated, the injection amount being displayed and controlled by the tank liquid level sensor 202.

After the water injection is completed, the cold water pump 401 and the cold water inlet valve 402 are closed, the tank outlet valve 231 and the tank temperature raising valve 221 are opened, and when the temperature of the water in the tank is raised to about 80 to 90 degrees, the tank temperature raising valve 221 and the tank outlet valve 231 are closed, and the temperature thereof is automatically controlled by the tank temperature sensor 203. The temperature rise of a small amount of water in the hot water tank 200 is finished.

When a product to be sterilized enters the sterilization pot 100 from the pot door 104, the pot door 104 is closed, the second pot water inlet valve 114, the pot water inlet and outlet valve 211 and the circulating pump 301 are opened, hot water at 80 to 90 degrees in the pot is injected into the sterilization pot 100 through the heat exchanger 700 and the spraying pipe 150 under the action of the circulating pump 301 through the spraying pipeline, and the injection amount is displayed and controlled by the pot liquid level sensor 101.

After the water injection is finished, the water inlet and outlet valve 211 of the pot is closed, the water outlet valve 121 of the pot is opened, the water in the pot is circulated through the spraying circulation pipeline, the temperature rising valve 131 of the pot is opened, the temperature in the pot is raised to the sterilization temperature, and the temperature is controlled by the pot temperature sensor 102. After the temperature rise is completed, the pot temperature rise valve 131 is closed.

When the temperature in the pot is lower than the sterilization temperature, the pot temperature-raising valve 131 is opened again, and is closed when the temperature is reached until the sterilization constant temperature is finished.

After the sterilization is finished, the sterilization water in the pot is continuously circulated, so that the product in the pot is prevented from being cracked when being cooled, the heat exchanger is used for slowly cooling, and the specific process is as follows:

and the heat exchanger indirect cooling valve 711 and the cold water pump 401 are started, and hot water in the pot exchanges heat with cold water in a second fluid circulation pipeline of the heat exchanger through the first fluid circulation pipeline of the heat exchanger, so that the temperature in the pot is indirectly and slowly reduced.

After the temperature reduction is finished, the heat exchanger indirect temperature reduction valve 711, the cold water pump 401 and the second boiler water inlet valve 114 are closed, the hot water recovery valve 501 and the circulating pump 301 are opened, and the sterilization hot water in the boiler is recovered to the hot water tank 200 through the hot water recovery pipeline.

The sterilized water returns to the hot water tank 200 and then is automatically heated to 80 to 90 ℃ for the next pot to be used. After recovery is completed, the circulation pump 301, the hot water recovery valve 501 and the boiler outlet valve 121 are closed. And opening the pot door 104 to take out the product, and ending the spray type sterilization process. The next spraying type sterilization process is the same as the above.

In the invention, the temperature is slowly reduced through the heat exchanger, so that the method is not limited to a spray type sterilization process, and is also suitable for a water bath type sterilization process.
