The laser composite welding has the characteristics of high penetration, low heat, high speed and the like, and has excellent gap tolerance and metallographic control, high welding strength and toughness and higher fatigue resistance are obtained by smaller heat input and thermal deformation, the machining precision of a welded groove is high in the laser composite welding, the groove precision is ensured by an edge milling process method of an edge milling machine in the prior art, in the edge milling process of the jointed board, the jointed board is generally arranged on a pressure frame, the pressure frame is provided with a clamping structure for positioning the jointed board, and the clamping structure can move back and forth to adjust the position of the jointed board, so that the jointed board of the pressure frame does not need to be provided with an adjusting structure moving back and forth in the edge milling process, and because an edge milling device in the prior art can generally adjust milling cutters in six directions of up and down, left and right and front and back, the structure is complex, and the operation procedures are more, the edge milling machine is not suitable for the edge milling process of the jointed boards, and has more operation processes and low edge milling efficiency when in use.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides an edge milling device for a groove of a jointed board, which can be suitable for the edge milling process of the jointed board on a pressure frame of a ship on the basis of meeting the requirement of laser hybrid welding on the processing precision of the groove, and has less edge milling construction process and small labor intensity of workers; another object of the present invention is to provide a pressure frame.

In order to achieve the aim, the invention provides a groove edge milling device for jointed boards, which comprises a support, a left-right moving mechanism and a lifting mechanism, wherein the left-right moving mechanism and the lifting mechanism are arranged on the support;

the support is provided with a horizontal slideway extending in the left-right direction, and the left-right moving mechanism comprises a first bottom plate arranged on the horizontal slideway in a sliding manner and a first driving mechanism for driving the first bottom plate to slide;

the first bottom plate is provided with a lifting slide rail extending in the vertical direction, the lifting mechanism comprises a second bottom plate arranged on the lifting slide rail in a sliding mode, the first bottom plate is provided with a second driving mechanism, and the second driving mechanism is connected with the second bottom plate to drive the second bottom plate to slide;

the milling cutter device is arranged on the second bottom plate.

Preferably, the first driving mechanism comprises a first motor fixedly arranged on the first bottom plate, a rack parallel to the horizontal slideway is further arranged on the support, an output shaft of the first motor is connected with a gear, and the gear is matched with the rack.
