1. A filter, comprising:

the oil inlet and the oil outlet are communicated to the outer wall of the shell; and the number of the first and second groups,

The filter according to claim 1, wherein the side portion of the first housing and the side portion of the second housing are formed with a first engagement surface and a second engagement surface which abut against each other, respectively, and one of the first engagement surface and the second engagement surface is provided with an internal thread, and the other is provided with an external thread which is engaged with the internal thread to screw the first housing and the second housing.

The filter of claim 2, wherein the first engagement surface is provided with the external thread, the second engagement surface is provided with the internal thread, and the first engagement surface is provided with an annular projecting section projecting therefrom so as to cover a port edge of the second housing when the internal thread is engaged with the external thread.

4. A filter as claimed in claim 2, wherein one of said first and second engagement faces is convexly provided with an annular step, said annular step being concavely provided with an annular recess;

the filter also comprises a sealing element which is embedded in the annular groove and is abutted against the other one of the first joint surface and the second joint surface.

The filter of claim 1, wherein the filter assembly comprises an upper clamping plate, a lower clamping plate, and a filter paper and a filter cartridge clamped between the upper clamping plate and the lower clamping plate, the filter paper is arranged around the periphery of the filter cartridge, the filter paper is communicated with the oil inlet, and the filter cartridge is communicated with the oil outlet, so that oil can enter from the oil inlet, sequentially pass through the filter paper and the filter cartridge, and then flow out from the oil outlet.

The filter of claim 5, wherein the oil inlet and the oil outlet are spaced apart from each other at the bottom of the second housing, the bottom of the second housing is provided with a first annular protrusion protruding inward, the first annular protrusion is disposed around the oil outlet, and the lower clamp plate is formed with a through hole communicating the filter cartridge with the oil outlet;

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of engine filtration, in particular to a filter.

Background

The filter means a fitting functioning to filter foreign substances or gas through filter paper. Generally referred to as an automobile filter, is an accessory of an engine. The filter has different filtering functions including oil filter, fuel filter, air conditioner filter, etc. For example, in an oil filter, the oil filter is located in an engine lubricating system, and an oil pump is located upstream of the oil filter, and parts of the engine which need to be lubricated are located downstream of the oil filter, so that oil pumped by the oil pump is filtered and then delivered to parts to be lubricated.

The traditional filter does not produce the oil exposure phenomenon in order to guarantee the filter in the course of the work, generally wraps up filter element group spare with a monoblock casing, but such filter dismantles inconveniently when maintaining or repairing, and the in-process of dismantling makes the residual oil in the filter leak easily, causes the polluted environment to the recycle nature of residual oil is relatively poor.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides a filter, which aims to solve the problem that the existing filter is easy to leak oil during maintenance.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a filter including:

the oil inlet and the oil outlet are communicated to the outer wall of the shell; and the number of the first and second groups,

the filter assembly is arranged in the accommodating cavity, the accommodating cavity forms a filter passage at the position of the filter assembly, and the filter assembly is used for filtering oil flowing through the filter passage.

Optionally, the filter assembly includes an upper clamp plate, a lower clamp plate, and filter paper and a filter cartridge clamped between the upper clamp plate and the lower clamp plate, the filter paper is arranged around the periphery of the filter cartridge, the filter paper is communicated with the oil inlet, the filter cartridge is communicated with the oil outlet, so that oil can enter from the oil inlet, sequentially pass through the filter paper and the filter cartridge, and then flow out from the oil outlet.

Detailed Description

The filter means a fitting functioning to filter foreign substances or gas through filter paper. Generally referred to as an automobile filter, is an accessory of an engine. The filter has different filtering functions including oil filter, fuel filter, air conditioner filter, etc. For example, in an oil filter, the oil filter is located in an engine lubricating system, and an oil pump is located upstream of the oil filter, and parts of the engine which need to be lubricated are located downstream of the oil filter, so that oil pumped by the oil pump is filtered and then delivered to parts to be lubricated.

The traditional filter does not produce the oil exposure phenomenon in order to guarantee the filter in the course of the work, generally wraps up filter element group spare with a monoblock casing, but such filter dismantles inconveniently when maintaining or repairing, and the in-process of dismantling makes the residual oil in the filter leak easily, causes the polluted environment to the recycle nature of residual oil is relatively poor.

In view of the above, the present invention provides a filter, and fig. 1 to 4 show an embodiment of a filter according to the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1 to 2, in the present embodiment, the filter 100 includes a housing and a filter assembly 3, the housing includes a first housing 1 and a second housing 2 detachably connected to each other to form a receiving cavity, and the receiving cavity is provided with an oil inlet 22 and an oil outlet 23 communicated to an outer wall of the housing; the filter assembly 3 is arranged in the accommodating cavity, the accommodating cavity forms a filter passage at the position of the filter assembly 3, and the filter assembly 3 is used for filtering oil flowing through the filter passage.

It should be noted that, the first housing 1 and the second housing 2 both have side walls to be arranged in a cylinder with one end closed, and two ends of the filter assembly 3 are respectively accommodated in the first housing 1 and the second housing 2, so that when the first housing 1 or the second housing 2 is detached, the other corresponding side wall of the second housing 2 or the side wall of the first housing 1 is arranged outside the filter assembly 3 in a surrounding manner, so as to prevent oil from dropping to other positions outside the housing.

In the technical scheme provided by the invention, the shell of the filter 100 is composed of the first shell 1 and the second shell 2 which are detachably connected, and the first shell 1 and the second shell 2 are surrounded to form the accommodating cavity for accommodating the filter assembly 3, so that when any one of the shells is detached, the other shell can be used for accommodating the oil which flows down from the filter element assembly, the oil is prevented from dripping to the ground to cause environmental pollution, and the oil falling into the shell can be conveniently recycled, thereby saving resources.

The lateral part of first casing 1 with the lateral part of second casing 2 corresponds and is formed with first composition surface 11 and the second composition surface 21 of mutual butt, first composition surface 11 with one of them seting up the internal thread of second composition surface 21, and wherein another seting up the external screw thread, the external screw thread with the internal thread cooperatees, with the spiro union is fixed first casing 1 with second casing 2.

In this embodiment, the side of the first casing 1 and the side of the second casing 2 are correspondingly formed with a first joint surface 11 and a second joint surface 21 which are abutted against each other, that is, a casing is sleeved on the outer side of another casing, one of the first joint surface 11 and the second joint surface 21 is provided with an internal thread, and the other is provided with an external thread, which is matched with the internal thread to fix the first casing 1 and the second casing 2 by screwing, so that the first casing 1 and the second casing 2 can be disassembled.

In the present embodiment, one of the first engagement surface 11 and the second engagement surface 21 is provided with a protruding annular step 13, and the annular step 13 is provided with a recessed annular groove; the filter 100 further comprises a sealing element 4, wherein the sealing element 4 is embedded in the annular groove and abuts against the other one of the first joint surface 11 and the second joint surface 21, and the sealing element 4 is arranged in the annular groove, so that the sealing element 4 cannot fall off when the first shell 1 and the second shell 2 are disassembled, and the filter is convenient to install again. Specifically, in this embodiment, the annular step 13 is disposed on the first housing 1, the first housing 1 and the second housing 2 are disposed in the engine in a vertical direction, the first housing 1 is disposed upward, the second housing 2 is disposed downward, and the sealing member 4 is disposed on the first housing 1, so that when the first housing 1 is disassembled, the sealing member 4 is taken out together to facilitate the replacement of the filter assembly 3.

In this embodiment, the filter assembly 3 includes an upper clamp plate 31, a lower clamp plate 32, and a filter paper 33 and a filter cartridge 34 clamped between the upper clamp plate 31 and the lower clamp plate 32, the filter paper 33 is disposed around the periphery of the filter cartridge 34, the filter paper 33 is communicated with the oil inlet 22, the filter cartridge 34 is communicated with the oil outlet 23, so that oil enters from the oil inlet 22, sequentially passes through the filter paper 33 and the filter cartridge 34, and then flows out from the oil outlet 23, so as to filter the oil flowing into the accommodating cavity, and the filtered oil flows to a component needing lubrication.

Further, referring to fig. 3, the oil inlet 22 and the oil outlet 23 are disposed at the bottom of the second housing 2 at an interval, a first annular protrusion 24 is disposed at the bottom of the second housing 2 in an inward protruding manner, the first annular protrusion 24 is disposed around the oil outlet 23, the lower clamp plate 32 is formed with a through hole 321 communicating the filter cartridge 34 with the oil outlet 23, the filter assembly 3 is elastically and telescopically mounted in the accommodating cavity in an up-down direction, the lower clamp plate 32 is disposed toward the first annular protrusion 24 and is driven to expand and contract in a direction close to or away from the first annular protrusion 24, when the lower clamp plate 32 is separated from the first annular protrusion 24, the oil inlet 22 is directly communicated with the oil outlet 23, the filter assembly 3 is elastically and telescopically mounted in the accommodating cavity in an axial direction of the filter cartridge 34, when the lower clamp plate 32 is pressed against the first annular protrusion 24, the filter assembly 3 is in a filtering state, that is, oil entering the accommodating cavity from the oil inlet 22 flows through the filter paper and the filter cartridge and then flows out from the oil outlet 23, and when the lower clamp plate 32 and the first annular protrusion 24 are separately arranged, the filter assembly 3 is in an oil return state, that is, oil entering the accommodating cavity from the oil inlet 22 directly flows out from the oil outlet 23 from the gap between the lower clamp plate 32 and the first annular protrusion 24, so as to ensure the normal oil requirement of each component.

In this embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 4, the bottom of the lower plate 32 is provided with a second annular protrusion 322 protruding outward, the second annular protrusion 322 surrounds the periphery of the via hole 321, the second annular protrusion 322 is inserted into the inner side of the first annular protrusion 24, and the sidewall of the second annular protrusion 322 is provided with a through hole 322a formed along the circumferential direction. When the engine is over-protected or the filter assembly 3 is blocked, the oil pressure at the lower end of the accommodating cavity is too high to jack the filter assembly 3 upwards, so that the through hole 322a on the lower clamping plate 32 is exposed, and the oil directly flows through the through hole 322a from the oil inlet 22 and then directly flows out from the oil outlet 23.

The filter 100 further comprises a spring member 5, the spring member 5 is disposed between the upper clamping plate 31 and the top of the first casing 1, and the spring member 5 extends and retracts along the accommodating cavity in the up-down direction, so that the filter assembly 3 can move in the accommodating cavity in the up-down direction. Of course, the filter assembly 3 can be elastically and telescopically installed in the accommodating cavity in various manners, in another embodiment, the filter assembly 3 and the first housing 1 can be connected by a rubber member, and in yet another embodiment, the filter assembly 3 and the first housing 1 can be connected by a telescopic rod. Through spring member 5's connected mode in this application, simple structure, and the equipment of also being convenient for, in this application, the top of punch holder 31 still is provided with a mounting groove, for spring member 5 holds and establishes, in order to save space.

The bottom of second casing 2 is equipped with the connection interface to the evagination, the inside wall of connecting the interface is equipped with the internal thread, in order to be used for with on filter spiro union to oil circuit pipeline or other equipment, wherein, the internal thread of connecting the interface with locate the internal thread screw thread direction of second composition face 21 department is opposite setting, in order to prevent unscrewing first casing 1 or during second casing 2, it also is unscrewed simultaneously to connect the interface.
