背景技术

目前，船舶、车辆用的机油滤清器只是单一固定在滤座上，保养或更换此机油滤清器时只能先将发动机熄灭停机，待保养或更换完成后才能再开机运行，特别是对于在海上行驶的船舶来说有很大的风险，从而影响了发动机的工作效率，增加了使用成本。

发明内容

本发明的目的在于克服上述的不足，而提供一种能在不停机的状态下实现机油滤清器转换使用的便捷可换式机油滤清器总成。

本发明的目的通过如下的技术方案来实现：便捷可换式机油滤清器总成，包括滤座、机油滤清器，所述机油滤清器为两个而分别装在滤座的两侧形成并联式安装，在所述滤座内装有阀芯；在所述阀芯内部具有相对应的阀芯进油口与阀芯出油口，在所述滤座内部具有与阀芯进油口对应的滤座左进油通道和滤座右进油通道、与阀芯出油口对应的滤座左出油通道和滤座右出油通道，所述滤座左出油通道与滤座左进油通道和位于滤座左侧的机油滤清器对应相接，所述滤座右出油通道与滤座右进油通道和位于滤座右侧的机油滤清器对应相接。

所述阀芯的外端上设有转换凹槽而露出在滤座之外，在所述滤座上装有压环而对阀芯的外端进行定位。

采用本发明结构后，将两个机油滤清器与滤座采用并联式相联，在滤座内安装可以转换选择进油方向的阀芯，当旋动阀芯至左侧(或右侧)时，左侧(或右侧)的机油滤清器进油过滤，右侧(或左侧)的机油滤清器即可拆卸换下。将阀芯旋至中间位置，两个机油滤清器都能正常工作，其过滤效率远远大于一个机油滤清器的过滤效率，减少了发动机因为无油或油少而不能发动的情况，其安装拆卸方便简单，操作便捷省时省力。最终达到船舶、车辆用发动机不停机工作。从而降低保养成本，提高生产效益，降低发动机使用成本。

参照图1、图2、图3可知，本发明便捷可换式机油滤清器总成，包括滤座3、机油滤清器8，所述机油滤清器8为两个而分别(通过螺纹接头7旋装)装在滤座3的两侧形成并联式安装，在所述滤座3内装有阀芯4(阀芯上刻有进油方向)；在所述阀芯4内部具有相对应的阀芯进油口10与阀芯出油口11，在所述滤座3内部具有与阀芯进油口10对应的滤座左进油通道12和滤座右进油通道13、与阀芯出油口11对应的滤座左出油通道14和滤座右出油通道15，所述滤座左出油通道14与滤座左进油通道12和位于滤座左侧的机油滤清器对应相接，所述滤座右出油通道15与滤座右进油通道13和位于滤座右侧的机油滤清器对应相接。

所述阀芯4的外端上设有转换凹槽9而露出在滤座3之外，在所述滤座3上装有压环1(由螺钉2固定)而对阀芯4的外端进行定位。

本发明可使用扳手对着阀芯外端上的转换凹槽9而对阀芯的方向进行转换，当旋动阀芯至左侧时，滤座左出油通道14与滤座左进油通道12分别和阀芯4的阀芯出油口11与阀芯进油口10对应相通，则左侧的机油滤清器进油过滤，右侧的机油滤清器即可拆卸换下。当左侧的机油滤清器需要更换时，则旋动阀芯至右侧，滤座右出油通道15与滤座右进油通道13分别和阀芯4的阀芯出油口11与阀芯进油口10对应相通，使机油流入右侧的机油滤清器过滤，换下左侧的机油滤清器。当左侧、右侧两个机油滤清器都不需要更换时，就将阀芯旋至中间位置，阀芯4的阀芯出油口11与滤座左出油通道14、滤座右出油通道15均对应相通，阀芯4的阀芯进油口10与滤座左进油通道12、滤座右进油通道13均对应相通，使机油流向两侧的机油滤清器过滤。其操作简单快捷而不用熄灭发动机，降低了船舶在海上运行时停船的风险，实现发动机不间断、不停机的工作状态。
