Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following description of the drawings.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cover pushing device for steel drum printing comprises a cover discharging and conveying part 1, a cover pushing part 2, a cover connecting part 3 and a cover conveying belt 4, wherein the cover discharging and conveying part 1 is a conveying belt in a drying room, pattern iron frames are uniformly arranged on the conveying belt, and the back surface of a cover is obliquely and downwards leaned against the pattern iron frames. The cover pushing component 2 and the cover connecting component 3 are respectively arranged at two sides of the cover discharging and conveying component 1, the cover conveying belt 4 is connected with the cover connecting component 3, the cover pushing component 2 can push out a cover on the cover discharging and conveying component 1 and is received by the cover connecting component 3, and the back of the cover is obliquely conveyed downwards in the cover connecting component 3.

The cover pushing component 2 comprises a cover detection sensor 21, a cover pushing driving device 22 and a pushing head 23, wherein the cover detection sensor 21 can be a proximity switch and is fixedly arranged on one side of the cover discharging and conveying component 1 through a support to detect whether the cover passes through or not. The cap pushing driving device 22 may be an air cylinder, and is fixedly mounted on one side of the can cap discharging and conveying component 1 through a bracket, and may be located on the same side as the can cap detection sensor 21, the pushing head 23 is fixedly mounted at an output end of the air cylinder, the cap pushing driving device 22 drives the pushing head 23 to reciprocate, and the pushing head 23 is located on one side of the can cap discharging and conveying component 1. Therefore, when the tank cover sensor detects the tank cover, the cap pushing driving device drives the pushing head to push the tank cover out of the side face of the tank cover discharging and conveying component.

The cap-pushing drive means 22 drives the trajectory obliquely upward. Thereby, the tank cover can be more easily pushed out from the tank cover discharge conveying member.

In addition, the pushing head 23 is fixedly wrapped with a soft cushion 24. Therefore, the cushion is arranged, so that the effect of buffering and protecting the edge of the tank cover from being abraded when the tank cover is pushed is achieved.

The cover connecting component 3 comprises a slide way 31, a support rod 32 and a transition conveying plate 33, the slide way 31 is fixedly arranged on one side of the transition conveying plate 33 through a support, the support rod 32 is fixedly arranged on the inclined upper part of the slide way 31, the transition conveying plate 33 is fixedly arranged below the support rod 32, and the tank cover conveying belt 4 is connected with the transition conveying plate 33. Therefore, after the cover is pushed out, the cover can roll on the slide way, the support rod plays a supporting role, the cover can be in an inclined state in a rolling mode, the back face of the cover is inclined downwards, the front face of the cover is inclined upwards, the front face of the cover is protected from being abraded, and the cover can slide down along the self gravity to lie flat through the transition conveying plate.

The edge of one side of the slide way 31 facing the front side of the tank cover is provided with a baffle plate, and the baffle plate can prevent the tank cover from lying down due to the inclined state when rolling on the slide way, so that the supporting effect is achieved.

A buffer cushion 34 is fixedly arranged above one end of the slide way 31 far away from the tank cover discharging and conveying component 1. Therefore, the buffer pad has the functions of limiting the tank cover and protecting the buffer.

When the can lid is conveyed in the lid abutting member 3, the back surface of the can lid is inclined downward. Thereby, the front side can be protected against wear during transport.

The protection rod 35 is arranged above the slide rail 31, the protection rod 35 can be fixedly installed through a support, the protection rod 35 is arranged corresponding to the support rod 32, and when the cover lid is inclined in the cover connecting component 3 to be conveyed, the cover lid is arranged between the protection rod 35 and the support rod 32. Therefore, the cover can be prevented from toppling forwards when rolling on the slide way, so that the cover can face downwards to cause wear of the cover.

Cover conveyer belt 4 includes a pair of conveyor belt, and transition conveyer plate 33 includes arc 331 and extension board 332, and arc 331 passes through support fixed mounting between bracing piece 32 and slide 31, and extension board 332 level sets up, and extension board 332 is connected with arc 331 lower extreme department integrated into one piece, and slide 31 is located extension board 332 one side, and slide 31 tip export and extension board 332 side fixed connection, a pair of conveyor belt set up respectively in extension board 332 both sides.
