The working principle is as follows: when the oil filter is used, firstly, a motor 19 drives a rotary screw rod 20 on a workbench 10 to control and adjust the distance between a second limiting piece 24 and a first limiting piece 13, so as to fix an oil filter to be tested, then, an oil storage cavity 4 and an oil containing cavity 3 are arranged in a box body 2 designed and installed on a bottom plate 1, oil in the oil containing cavity 3 is led into the oil filter to be tested by an oil pump 7 through a first oil outlet pipe 6 and a second oil outlet pipe 9, then, a second valve 26 is closed, oil is discharged through an internal valve of the oil filter after a period of time, the oil is discharged into the oil containing cavity 3 through an oil discharge pipe 16, whether impurities exist in the oil treated by the oil filter is observed through a window 29, then, the flow can be regulated through the first valve 25 and the second valve 26, when the flow passing through the oil filter reaches a specified flow, the inlet-outlet pressure difference of the oil filter is measured according to a numerical value displayed on a differential pressure gauge 18, the device has the advantages of reasonable overall design, simple operation, convenient use, good use effect and the like.
