fully mixing wheat flour, potato powder and poria cocos powder in a mixer to obtain mixed powder A;

mixing corn starch, white granulated sugar and edible salt, adding warm water which is 2 times of the total weight of the corn starch, the white granulated sugar and the edible salt, and stirring until the corn starch, the white granulated sugar and the edible salt are completely dissolved to obtain a mixed liquid material B;

adding the mixed liquid material B into the mixed powder material A, and adding water until the water content of the mixture is 35% to obtain a mixed material C;

mixing corn starch, white granulated sugar and edible salt, adding warm water which is 1.5 times of the total weight of the corn starch, the white granulated sugar and the edible salt, and stirring until the corn starch, the white granulated sugar and the edible salt are completely dissolved to obtain a mixed liquid material B;

adding the mixed liquid material B into the mixed powder material A, and adding water until the water content of the mixture is 28% to obtain a mixed material C;

tabletting the mixed material C by adopting two tabletting processes, wherein the thickness of the prepared tablet is 1.1 mm;

cutting the pressed sheet into regular square blank sheets by a square cutting knife, and frying in an oil pan at 175 ℃ for 17 s;

Weighing 54 parts of wheat flour, 19 parts of corn starch, 19 parts of potato powder, 6 parts of poria cocos powder, 6 parts of white granulated sugar and 1.2 parts of edible salt, wherein the particle sizes of the wheat flour, the corn starch, the potato powder and the poria cocos powder are all 27 meshes;

fully mixing wheat flour, potato powder and poria cocos powder in a mixer to obtain mixed powder A;

mixing corn starch, white granulated sugar and edible salt, adding warm water which is 1.5 times of the total weight of the corn starch, the white granulated sugar and the edible salt, and stirring until the corn starch, the white granulated sugar and the edible salt are completely dissolved to obtain a mixed liquid material B;

adding the mixed liquid material B into the mixed powder material A, and adding water until the water content of the mixture is 32% to obtain a mixed material C;

tabletting the mixed material C by adopting two tabletting processes, wherein the thickness of the prepared tablet is 1.1 mm;

cutting the pressed sheet into regular square blank sheets by a square die cutter, and frying in an oil pan at 180 ℃ for 17 s;

and filtering the fried potato chips, and naturally cooling to obtain the composite potato chips with the health-care function.

The compound potato chips obtained in examples 1 to 6 of the present invention were fed back to the pilot plant, and the results are shown in table 1:
