As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 6, a surrounding plate 21 is fixed on the rear side surface of the end plate 20, the surrounding plate 21 and the end plate 20 together form a recycling channel, and the recycling channel is used for recycling redundant powder falling from the opening of the powder filling pipe 18 so as to reduce dust pollution in a workshop. In addition, the end plate 20 comprises a connecting part positioned on the left side of the inclined leaning plate 2, and the connecting part is fixedly connected with the push plate 15-1 of the material pushing cylinder 15, so that the material pushing cylinder 15 can drive the whole inclined leaning type powder filling seat to move back and forth conveniently.

As shown in fig. 4, 5, and 6, the detection sensor 16 is mounted on the left side of the reclining plate 2, and an exposure hole 2-1 (shown in fig. 3) for exposing a signal end of the detection sensor 16 is provided on the reclining plate 2, and both the detection sensor 16 and the exposure hole 2-1 are provided at the rear end of the reclining plate 2. The detection sensor 16 is used for detecting whether the leaned powder filling seat has the valve pocket 5 or not, so that the filling of the powder is controlled by detecting whether the valve pocket 5 is arranged or not.

The inclined leaning type powder filling seat further comprises a supporting plate, the supporting plate is hinged to the bottom of the inclined leaning plate 2, specifically, the bottom plate 14 is provided with a second joint 9, and the supporting plate is hinged to the bottom of the side plate 2 through the second joint 9. Wherein the second joint 9 is an adjustable joint with adjustable length, and the second joint comprises a U-shaped joint.

Wherein the support plate is provided with a supporting surface which is positioned at the right side of the side plate 2 and is used for supporting the valve bag 5, and the support plate is also provided with an extension section which extends to the left side of the side plate 2. Specifically, the supporting plate comprises a supporting plate body 3 and a fixing rod 4 fixedly connected with the supporting plate body 3, the supporting surface is the upper surface of the supporting plate body 3, and an avoiding groove 3-1 for avoiding a U-shaped connector of the second connector 9 is formed in the supporting plate body 3; the extension section is formed by a part of the fixing rod 4, the fixing rod 4 further comprises a fixing section fixed on the lower side surface of the supporting plate body 3, the supporting plate is hinged with the second joint 9 through the fixing rod 4, the second joint 9 is hinged with the supporting plate, and the extension section of the fixing rod 4 penetrates through a groove formed by a U-shaped connector of the second joint 9.

The leaning type powder filling seat further comprises a bag unloading power mechanism, the bag unloading power mechanism is a bag unloading cylinder 6 in the embodiment, and the bag unloading cylinder 6 comprises a bag unloading telescopic rod 6-1 used for outputting direct-acting power. Unload bag cylinder 6 and install on fixed plate 10 through fixing base 11, consequently unload bag cylinder 6 through fixing on fixed plate 10 and indirect realization is fixed on inclined backup plate 2, set up the mounting hole respectively on fixing base 11 and fixed plate 10, fixing base 11 passes the mounting hole through the bolt and installs on fixed plate 10 with the nut cooperation, and the interval between above-mentioned fixed plate 10 and the curb plate 2 forms the installation space who is used for mounting nut, realizes unloading bag cylinder 6's demountable installation. Wherein, the mounting holes on the fixed seat 11 and the fixed plate 10 are all unthreaded holes for bolts to pass through, and at least two groups of mounting holes 10-1 on the fixed plate 10 are arranged along the up-down direction so as to adjust the up-down position of the bag unloading cylinder 6.

In addition, the bag unloading telescopic rod 6-1 is in transmission connection with the supporting plate, specifically, the bag unloading telescopic rod 6-1 is connected with a weighing sensor 7, the other end of the weighing sensor 7 is connected with a first joint 8, and the first joint 8 is hinged with the extension section of the fixing rod 4 to form a lever structure and control the movement of the supporting plate. The support plate has a discharging station which rotates downwards to be far away from the inclined leaning surface to discharge the valve bag 5 and a supporting station which rotates upwards to be matched with the inclined leaning surface to support the valve bag 5. In addition, the first joint 8 is an adjustable joint with adjustable length, the first joint 8 comprises a U-shaped joint, and the extension section of the fixing rod 4 penetrates through a groove formed by the U-shaped joint of the first joint 8.

The specific structure of the first joint 8 and the second joint 9 may be two sleeves which are mutually inserted, the side wall of at least one sleeve is provided with a plurality of jacks, the total length of the two sleeves is changed by the matching of the bolts and different jacks, or the outer sleeve is in threaded connection with a jackscrew, and after the matching total length of the two sleeves is changed, the inner sleeve is tightly fixed by the jackscrew; or, the concrete structure can also be an intermediate joint and sleeves connected at the two ends of the intermediate joint through reverse threads, and the two sleeves can be close to or far away from each other through rotating the intermediate joint, so that the total length is changed.

The working principle of the leaning type powder filling seat is as follows:

when powder needs to be filled into the valve bag 5, the valve bag 5 needs to be placed on a valve bag powder filling seat, specifically, the bag unloading cylinder 6 drives the bag unloading telescopic rod 6-1 to extend, so that the supporting plate is turned upwards to a supporting station for supporting the valve bag 5, after the valve bag 5 is placed on the valve bag powder filling seat, the pushing cylinder 15 drives the valve bag powder filling seat to move backwards through the pushing plate 15-1, the powder filling pipe 18 is inserted into an opening of the valve bag 5, the valve bag 5 is fixed on the powder filling pipe 18 by utilizing the jacking pressure of the bag pressing cylinder 17, and when the detection sensor 16 detects that the valve bag 5 is installed in place, powder filling is started. When the weight detected by the weighing sensor 7 reaches the standard, powder filling is stopped, the bag pressing air cylinder 17 loosens the valve bag 5, the material pushing air cylinder 15 pushes the valve bag powder filling seat to move forwards through the push plate 15-1, the valve bag 5 is separated from the powder filling pipe 18, then the bag unloading air cylinder 6 drives the bag unloading telescopic rod 6-1 to contract, the supporting plate is turned downwards to an unloading station, the valve bag 5 falls down along the inclined backup plate 2 which is obliquely arranged, and the heads of the valve bag 5 falling on the conveying belt 22 are conveyed in the same direction in an aligned mode.

According to the valve bag packaging machine, the inclined backing plate and the supporting plate are arranged, and the supporting plate is hinged to the bottom plate of the inclined backing plate to support the valve bag, so that the structure of the whole powder filling seat is simplified, and the valve bag packaging machine is convenient to process and manufacture. Simultaneously, under the effect of oblique backup plate, the head of the valve bag of unloading all towards the neat range of the same direction neatly, the askew phenomenon in east down west can not appear, has solved among the prior art because of filling the powder seat and set up the curb plate including two vertical settings, leads to its structure complicated to and lead to the askew phenomenon in east down west easily appearing in the valve bag that falls, be unfavorable for subsequent arrangement and the problem of stack.

In other embodiments of the packaging machine, the bag unloading power mechanism and the bag pressing power mechanism can also be hydraulic cylinders.

In other embodiments of the packaging machine, the supporting plate may not be hinged to the bottom of the inclined backing plate, but may be directly movably connected to the bottom of the inclined backing plate, and the supporting plate is horizontally moved in a direction perpendicular to the inclined backing plate, at this time, the bag unloading power mechanism is located on the left side of the inclined backing plate, and the bag unloading telescopic rod is fixedly connected to the supporting plate so as to drive the supporting plate to move linearly.

In other embodiments of the packaging machine, the supporting plate can also be directly fixed at the bottom of the inclined backing plate, and at the moment, a bag unloading power mechanism is not needed, and the valve bag filled with the powder can be manually moved away from the filling seat.

In other embodiments of the packing machine, the valve bag detecting sensor and the exposing hole may be provided not at the rear end of the reclining plate but at an intermediate position of the reclining plate.

In other embodiments of the packaging machine, the valve pocket detection sensor may not be installed, in which case the valve pocket may be checked by field personnel for installation and control of powder filling.

In other embodiments of the packaging machine, the back side of the end plate may not have a surrounding plate fixed thereon, i.e. a recycling channel for collecting the excess powder is not formed, and at this time, the device may be separately equipped to recycle the excess powder.

In other embodiments of the packaging machine, the rear end of the reclining plate may not be fixed to the end plate disposed perpendicular to the reclining plate, in which case the installation position of the valve pockets needs to be manually controlled.

In other embodiments of the packaging machine, the pushing plate of the pushing cylinder may be directly and fixedly connected to the reclining plate without providing an end plate at the rear end of the reclining plate.

In other embodiments of the packaging machine, no matter whether the rear end of the inclined plate is provided with a fixed end plate, the material pushing cylinder can not be fixedly connected with the inclined powder filling seat, and the material pushing cylinder pushes the valve bag.

In other embodiments of the packaging machine, the mounting may simply be a straight obliquely arranged plate welded to the top plate.

In other embodiments of the packaging machine, the bag pressing mechanism may not be mounted on the mounting base, but directly on the reclining plate, which then needs to be set higher.

In other embodiments of the packaging machine, the bag pressing power mechanism is not arranged, but a rubber expansion pipe is arranged at the head of the powder filling pipe, when powder is filled, the rubber expansion pipe is inserted into the opening of the valve bag, and the rubber expansion pipe is expanded by utilizing compressed air, so that the rubber expansion pipe is clamped at the opening of the valve bag, and the purpose of fixing the valve bag is achieved.

In other embodiments of the packaging machine, neither a bag pressing power mechanism nor a rubber expansion tube may be provided, but the valve bag may be fixed by manual assistance at the initial stage of powder filling.

In other embodiments of the packaging machine, the packaging machine may be adapted for other types of packages, such as open-mouth bags, depending on the particular form of the powder filling tube.

The embodiment of the leaning type powder filling seat in the invention is as follows: the specific structure of the inclined powder filling seat is the same as that of the inclined powder filling seat in the above embodiment, and will not be repeated here.
