The hoisting mechanism comprises an arm folding cylinder, an amplitude cylinder, a base, a folding arm and a basic arm, wherein the base, the folding arm and the basic arm are sequentially hinged, two ends of the arm folding cylinder are respectively hinged with the base and the folding arm, and two ends of the amplitude cylinder are respectively hinged with the base and the basic arm.

Grooves are formed in the base and the folding arms, and the basic arm is arranged in the groove in a folded state; reducing the stowed state height.

When in a folded state, the connecting hinge point of the folding arm and the basic arm is lower than the bottom surface of the base; and a power arm of the amplitude variation cylinder in a retracting state is added.

Advantageous effects of the invention

The hoisting mechanism adopts the technical scheme that a base, a folding arm and a basic arm are sequentially hinged, and the movement position of the basic arm is accurately controlled by controlling the movement positions of a folding arm cylinder and a variable amplitude cylinder; when the folding mechanism is folded, the folding arm and the amplitude cylinder both tilt backwards, and the folding arm cylinder pulls the folding arm forwards and upwards from the base, so that the overall height of the folding state mechanism is reduced; when the mechanism is unfolded, the luffing cylinders have larger power arms in the pitching process of the basic arm, and the included angle between the folding arm and the luffing cylinder is small, so that the small force exerted by the folding arm cylinder and the luffing cylinder is ensured, and therefore large-range lifting with load can be realized.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be described more fully hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which some, but not all embodiments of the invention are shown and described, and which fall within the scope of the invention.

As shown in fig. 1-3, a hoisting mechanism with large-scale load lifting comprises a base 1, a folding arm cylinder 2, a folding arm 3, a variable amplitude cylinder 4 and a basic arm 5. The base 1, the folding arm 3 and the basic arm 5 are connected through the pin shaft 6 in sequence, the two ends of the folding arm cylinder 2 are connected to the base 1 and the folding arm 3 through the pin shaft 6, the two ends of the variable amplitude cylinder 4 are connected to the base 1 and the basic arm 5 through the pin shaft 6, and the movement positions of the folding arm cylinder 2 and the variable amplitude cylinder 4 are controlled to accurately control the movement position of the basic arm 5. When the folding arm is folded, the folding arm cylinder 2 extends out to drive the folding arm 3 to rotate backwards, the amplitude variation cylinder 4 retracts to drive the basic arm 5 to fall down, the folding arm 3 and the amplitude variation cylinder 4 both incline backwards, the folding arm cylinder 2 pulls the folding arm 3 from the base 1 to the front upper direction, and the basic arm 5 falls into the base 1 and the top surface of the folding arm cylinder 2 to be provided with a groove 7, so that the height in a folded state is reduced; at this time, the connecting hinge point of the knuckle arm 3 and the base arm 5 is lower than the bottom surface of the base 1, and the power arm of the luffing cylinder 4 in the stowed state can be increased. When a heavy object is dropped, the arm folding cylinder 2 extends out to drive the arm folding 3 to rotate backwards, and the amplitude changing cylinder 4 retracts to drive the front end of the basic arm 5 to drop.

As shown in figures 4-6, the crane with large-scale load lifting comprises a hoisting mechanism with large-scale load lifting, which is arranged on a crane chassis 8 through a rotary support 10, and a telescopic arm 9 is arranged in a basic arm 5 through a sliding block. When in lifting, the arm folding cylinder 2 retracts to drive the arm folding 3 to rotate forwards, the telescopic arm 9 extends out, the amplitude variation cylinder 4 extends out to drive the basic arm 5 to rise after the front end of the telescopic arm is connected with a heavy object, the rotary support 10 is started, and the heavy object is lifted to a specified position. The amplitude cylinder 4 retracts to drive the basic arm 5 to fall, and the arm folding cylinder 2 and the telescopic arm 9 are matched with the basic arm 5 to extend in a coordinated mode, so that the heavy objects are guaranteed to fall vertically.
