Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of machining, in particular to a punching machine tool.

Background

In the production process of the machine, the parts making up the machine need to be machined, and the machining refers to a process of changing the external dimension or performance of a workpiece by a mechanical device, and the machining can be divided into cutting machining and pressure machining according to the difference of machining modes.

Referring to fig. 4, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the movable mechanism 14 includes a movable part 141 mounted on the inner wall of the collecting casing 8 through a second elastic member 142, the punching part 32 moves into the collecting casing 8 along with the progress of punching, and presses the second elastic member 142 downward, when the punching part 32 is reset, the second elastic member 142 drives the movable part 141 and the punching waste thereon to shake, so that the punching waste slides and disperses on the inner wall of the bottom of the collecting casing 8, thereby avoiding the accumulation of the punching waste.

As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the second elastic member 142 is a spring, a rubber column, or the like, and in this embodiment, the second elastic member 142 is a spring.

As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the side of the movable part 141 close to the punching part 32 is an arc-shaped surface, which ensures that the punching waste can slide down to the inner wall of the bottom of the collecting housing 8 when the movable part 141 shakes.
