the filtering component comprises a filtering box, the bottom of the right side of the filtering box is communicated with the bottom end of the cooling pipe, a filtering layer is arranged inside the filtering box, a sealing cover is fixedly arranged at the top of the filtering box, and a guiding pipe fitting is communicated with the top of the sealing cover;

the liquid storage assembly comprises a liquid storage tank filled with hydraulic oil, the bottom of the liquid storage tank is communicated with a liquid inlet pipe fitting, and the right side of the liquid storage tank is communicated with the output end of the suction pump through a conveying pipe;

simultaneously, through the water with the inside cooling back temperature increase of cooler bin 411, by inside water drainage pipe 414 channels into to soaking groove 5, realize waste water utilization, and use the warm water directly to soak the work piece can be effectual with its outside oil stain separation, and then improved and soaked the cleaning performance, and through the reuse to the warm water, can save the direct warm water that adds operation, the water resource of not only having practiced thrift, but also realize the thermal recovery reutilization function to hydraulic oil.

Second embodiment

Referring to fig. 5, fig. 6 and fig. 7, according to a first embodiment of the present invention, a high safety hydraulic machine with hydraulic oil cooling and heat recovery is provided, and a second embodiment of the present invention provides another high safety hydraulic machine with hydraulic oil cooling and heat recovery, wherein the second embodiment does not hinder the independent implementation of the technical solution of the first embodiment.

Specifically, the invention provides another high-safety hydraulic machine with hydraulic oil cooling and heat recovery, which is characterized in that:

and through setting up this promotion structure 9, when needs take out the inside work piece of depositing container 11, mainly used upwards promotes and deposits container 11, make it separate from soaking groove 5, realize that automatic will deposit container 11 and take out the operation, manual operation has been saved, because soak the inside water that fills in groove 5, and when artifical manual taking out, need spend very much effort could take out it, and then can realize depositing container 11 and soaking groove 5 separation fast through this promotion structure 9, it is more convenient when taking out the work piece, it is more laborsaving.
