1. A pipe production apparatus, comprising:

the placing device (1) is used for placing the pipe fitting;

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of pipe fitting production, in particular to pipe fitting production equipment.

Background

The pipe fitting is a general name of parts in a pipeline system which play roles in connection, control, direction change, flow distribution, sealing, supporting and the like. When an existing pipe fitting is produced, a long pipe fitting needs to be cut into a plurality of short pipe fittings, burrs are generated at the cut of the cut pipe fitting, and the cut pipe fitting needs to be subjected to deburring treatment. The existing deburring device can only carry out deburring treatment on the end face of the cut of the pipe fitting, and the burrs at the edge of the inner wall and the outer wall of the cut of the pipe fitting cannot be treated, so that the existing deburring device is not enough.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problems and provide a pipe fitting production device.

the first driving device is used for driving the placing device to rotate;

the second driving device is used for driving the placing device to move up and down and enabling the fastening mechanism to be abutted against the limiting piece to act;

the third driving device is used for driving the grinding device to move up and down;

a first time relay;

a second time relay;

an inductor;

and a controller.

Preferably, the placing device comprises an outer barrel, a plurality of supporting rods and a first inner barrel, and the supporting rods are connected with the outer barrel and the first inner barrel.

Preferably, the fastening mechanism comprises a second inner barrel, a first elastic element, a push rod with one end being a round table, two clamping blocks, two push blocks and two second elastic elements, the first elastic element is arranged between the placing device and the second inner barrel, the push rod is arranged on the second inner barrel, the push blocks are arranged on the clamping blocks, the second elastic elements are arranged between the placing device and the push blocks, and the push blocks can move on the placing device.

Preferably, the top end of the second inner barrel is higher than the placing device by a certain distance.

Preferably, the straight rod and the connecting plate are both provided with fixing rings.

Preferably, a frame is also included.

Preferably, the two ends of the frame are provided with shielding devices, and the shielding devices are used for shielding the two ends of the frame.
