1. A tank assembly for use with a cleaning appliance, the tank assembly comprising:

a box body;

the vibration module is arranged in the box body, and the gravity center position of the vibration module and the gravity center position of the box body are arranged in a deviating manner;

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of cleaning, in particular to cleaning equipment and a box body assembly thereof.

Background

At present, various cleaning apparatuses have been widely used, which are apparatuses for cleaning objects, including cleaning robots. However, the cleaning effect of the current cleaning equipment is poor, and improvement is needed.

Disclosure of Invention

It is a primary object of the present invention to provide a tank assembly to improve the cleaning effect of a cleaning appliance.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a box assembly for a cleaning device, comprising a box, a vibration module and a cleaning module; the vibration module is arranged in the box body, and the gravity center position of the vibration module and the gravity center position of the box body are arranged in a deviating way; the cleaning module is installed at the lower end of the box body. .

In some embodiments of the present invention, the vibration source center of the vibration module is located higher than the center of gravity of the box body.

Compared with the prior art, the cleaning equipment and the box body thereof have the advantages that the vibration module drives the box body to vibrate, and the cleaning module is effectively driven to clean objects, so that the cleaning effect can be effectively improved.

The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.

The box body assembly provided by the invention is applied to the cleaning equipment 1 and is connected with the equipment body 20 of the cleaning equipment 1 through the box body assembly.

By way of example and not limitation, the box assembly may move with the apparatus body 20 under the movement of the apparatus body 20, and the object is moved and cleaned by the cleaning module of the box assembly.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the present invention, the box assembly includes a box 10, a vibration module 30 and a cleaning module 40, the vibration module 30 is installed in the box 10, and the cleaning module 40 is installed at the lower end of the box 10, and the vibration module 30 drives the box 10 to vibrate, so as to effectively drive the cleaning module 40 to clean objects, thereby effectively improving the cleaning effect.

For example, when the cleaning module 40 performs a cleaning operation on a path along which the cleaning device 1 moves, the vibration of the casing 10 adds another axial cleaning wiping action to the cleaning module 40, thereby improving the cleaning effect. The other axial direction may be a direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the cleaning device.

The case 10 is formed with a chamber, and the device modules having different functions can be mounted for different requirements by providing the chamber inside the case 10.

In addition, the vibration module 30 is disposed to be deviated from the center of gravity of the cabinet 10, so that the vibration amplitude of the cabinet can be increased based on the vibration of the cabinet, thereby further improving the cleaning effect. By way of example and not limitation, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the chamber is formed with a vibration station, the vibration module 30 is installed in the chamber and fixed in the vibration station, the vibration station is used to fix and position the vibration module 30, and when the vibration module 30 performs a vibration action, the vibration module is fixed in the vibration station, so that the box 10 can be driven to vibrate; the vibration source center of the vibration module 30 is offset from the center of gravity of the box 10, and is different from the center of gravity of the box 10.

The vibration source center of the vibration module 30 deviates from the gravity center position of the box body 10, and when the vibration source center works in a vibration mode, the amplitude of the box body 10 can be increased; when the vibration source center is disposed at the center of gravity of the box 10, the amplitude of the vibration source center is easily buffered by the box 10 during the vibration operation, and the amplitude is not obvious.

Wherein, the cleaning module 40 of the case assembly is installed at the lower end of the case 10 to realize that the cleaning module 40 cleans the object under the gravity of the case 10. For example, the cleaning module 40 follows the moving path of the cleaning device 1 under the gravity of the tank 10 to clean the surface to be cleaned (e.g., the floor surface). Different from the traditional cleaning device 1, the cleaning surface to be cleaned is cleaned only by depending on a single path direction, the box body assembly of the scheme generates amplitude under the vibration work of the vibration module 30, and because the cleaning module 40 is arranged at the lower end part of the box body 10, the cleaning module 40 can clean the surface to be cleaned along the path of the cleaning device 1 by moving the cleaning device 1, and axial vibration except the moving path is generated under the action of the amplitude, so that the cleaning and wiping effects of the cleaning module 40 on the surface to be cleaned are improved; and by deviating the vibration source center of the vibration module 30 from the gravity center position of the box 10, the vibration amplitude of the box 10 is further improved, and the cleaning effect of the cleaning module 40 is enhanced.

In this embodiment, the vibration module 30 in the box 10 is detachably mounted in the box 10, and a user can select whether to install the vibration module 30 additionally according to the own requirement, and can also select different types of cleaning modules 40 to install and use according to the own requirement.

In some embodiments, the vibration source center of the vibration module 30 is higher than the center of gravity of the tank 10, so that when the vibration source center vibrates to drive the water tank, the amplitude of the vibration is larger, the vibration effect is better, preferably, in this embodiment, the vibration source center deviates from the center of gravity of the tank 10 on the vertical plane and the horizontal plane, the vibration effect of the tank 10 is better, and the vibration wiping cleaning of the surface to be cleaned can be realized to the greatest extent when the cleaning module 40 is ensured to be cleaned.

In some embodiments, the housing 10 includes a housing cover, and the vibration module 30 is coupled to the housing cover such that a center of a vibration source of the vibration module is higher than a center of gravity of the housing 10.

By way of example and not limitation, referring to fig. 5, the vibration module 30 includes a driver 31 and an eccentric 32, the vibration of the vibration module 30 is realized by the rotation of the eccentric 32, the driver 31 is arranged at a vibration station, the fixation of the driver 31 is realized by the vibration station, the installation stability of the vibration module 30 is ensured, and the driver 31 is prevented from being separated from the connection of the box body 10 due to vibration when the eccentric 32 rotates; in this embodiment, the rotation center of the eccentric wheel 32 is the vibration source center; preferably, the rotation axial direction of the eccentric 32 is perpendicular to the moving direction of the cleaning device 1, so that the rotation circumferential plane of the eccentric 32 is parallel to the moving path plane of the cleaning device 1, and the vibration amplitude generated during the rotation realizes the vibration of the box body 10 in multiple directions in the moving plane of the cleaning device 1; therefore, the cleaning module 40 performs cleaning and wiping more obviously under the vibration action in multiple directions of the moving plane of the cleaning device 1 than in a single moving direction.

Referring to fig. 6, the cleaning module 40 includes a mop mechanism 41, the mop mechanism 41 includes a mop connector 410, the mop connector 410 is mounted at the lower end of the box 10, and in conjunction with fig. 10, the mop connector 410 can be connected to different types of cleaning mops, and the object can be cleaned by the mop mechanism 41. For example, the cleaning mop can be wiped and cleaned on the surface to be cleaned by moving the box body 10, and the vibration of the vibration module 30 is integrated to realize the vibration wiping in different directions, so that the wiping and cleaning effect is improved.

In some embodiments, the housing 10 has a receiving cavity 14 and a liquid receiving cavity 15 formed therein, the vibration module 30 is disposed in the receiving cavity 14, the liquid receiving cavity 15 is spaced apart from the receiving cavity 14, and the liquid receiving cavity 15 is provided with a liquid outlet opening to the bottom of the housing 10.

The box body 10 further comprises a disinfection module, and disinfection and cleaning of liquid in the box body 10 are achieved through the disinfection module. The disinfection module in this embodiment includes an electrode plate 60 and an electrolysis generator, the electrode plate 60 is disposed in the liquid accommodating chamber 15, and the electrolysis generator is disposed in the accommodating chamber 14 and electrically connected to the electrode plate 60.

By way of example and not limitation, the tank 10 is provided with an electrode station for fixing the electrode sheet 60 and the electrolysis generator, and an electrolysis station, to guarantee the fixing stability of the sterilization module during operation; the electrode plate 60 is arranged in the liquid containing cavity 15, and the electrolytic disinfection of the liquid in the liquid containing cavity 15 is realized through the work of the electrode plate 60; the electrolysis generator is arranged in the accommodating cavity 14 and is electrically connected with the electrode plate 60, and the electrolysis work of the electrode plate 60 is realized through the electrolysis generator; it should be noted that the invention can select whether to add a disinfection module according to the self requirement. The box body 10 comprises a limiting mechanism, the limiting mechanism comprises a buckling position 70 and a limiting groove 71, and the buckling position 70 and the limiting groove 71 are connected with the equipment body 20 in a matched mode, so that the connection stability of the box body 10 is guaranteed, and the separation between the box body 10 and the equipment body 20 in the working process due to the vibration of the vibration module 30 is avoided, wherein the connection limit between the box body 10 and the equipment body 20 has a certain movable tolerance value, so that when the box body 10 is driven by the vibration module 30 to generate amplitude, the box body 10 vibrates and the moving path of the equipment body 20 cannot be influenced too much due to the movable tolerance value; the buckling position 70 is arranged on the upper end face of the box body 10 and is used for buckling connection with the equipment body 20, so that the limit and fixation of the upper end face of the box body 10 can be realized; the limiting groove 71 is horizontally arranged on the side surface of the equipment body 20 and is used for being embedded and connected with the equipment body 20, so that the limiting and fixing of the two side surfaces of the box body 10 can be realized; in addition, the upper end surface of the box 10 may be provided with a limit groove 71 to realize the engagement with the device body 20, the side surface of the box 10 may be provided with a fastening position 70 to realize the fastening with the device body 20, and the form of the limit mechanism is not limited herein in the case of realizing the fastening and fixing.

An electrode connecting part 80 for electrically connecting electronic devices inside the box body 10 is arranged on one side of the box body 10, and when the box body 10 is installed on the robot main body, the electrode connecting part 80 is connected with a power supply device of the equipment body 20, so that power supply for the pad devices inside the box body 10 can be realized; when the case 10 is separated from the robot main body, the electrode connecting part 80 is separated from the power supply device, and can be efficiently mounted and dismounted; the internal electronic components of the housing 10 are not limited to the electrical connection between the electrode connecting portion 80 and the robot main body, and may be powered by other power supply methods such as an external power supply.

The housing 10 further includes a dust box 90, the dust box 90 being detachably mounted on a side wall of the housing 10 to form a dust chamber with the housing 10 for accommodating dust, debris and other debris. Wherein the dust box 90 is provided with an opening for the entry of refuse.

In this embodiment, the box body 10 includes a lower cover and an upper cover covering the lower cover, the accommodating cavity 14 and the liquid accommodating cavity 15 are disposed on the lower cover, and the replacement and disassembly of different modules in the accommodating cavity 14 can be realized by disassembling the upper cover, so as to facilitate installation and use for different user requirements, and the disassembly and replacement are performed by the cleaning module 40; the box body assembly meets different selection and matching of different functional requirements of different user groups, can realize the unification of the shell of the box body assembly, and can be used for customizing the product function by a customer.

It should be noted that, since the box assembly in the present invention adopts all the technical solutions of all the embodiments, at least all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the embodiments are achieved, and are not described in detail herein.

The invention provides a cleaning device 1, the cleaning device 1 comprises a device body and a box body assembly, the cleaning device 1 can be a cleaning robot, the specific structure of the box body assembly refers to the above embodiments, and as the cleaning device 1 adopts all technical solutions of all the above embodiments, at least all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the above embodiments are achieved, and no further description is given here.
