1. A device for packaging value documents, comprising:

a transport platform for transporting value sheets in a first direction, the first direction being parallel to a surface of the transport platform;

and the longitudinal inspection device is arranged above the conveying platform and is positioned at the downstream of the adjusting mechanism or the same position so as to carry out secondary inspection on the turned valuable documents.

2. The boxing apparatus in accordance with claim 1 wherein the adjustment mechanism includes a translation portion and a clamping portion;

the translation part is arranged at the downstream of the transverse checking mechanism and can reciprocate along the first direction, and the clamping part is arranged on the translation part so as to reciprocate along the first direction along with the translation part;

Technical Field

Background

After the production of the valuable papers (such as banknotes), the valuable papers need to be boxed, and when the valuable papers are boxed, the checking work of the valuable papers needs to be completed in advance to avoid defective products.

At present, the inspection work of the securities is mostly finished manually, and the boxing operation can be carried out only after the inspection of the securities is correct, so that the whole boxing efficiency is not high.

Detailed Description

The technical contents of the invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

Referring to fig. 1, a packing apparatus for valuable documents according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a conveying platform 1, a grabbing mechanism 2, a transverse checking mechanism 3, an adjusting mechanism 41 and a longitudinal checking device 42. Wherein the conveying platform 1 is used for conveying the valuable documents 10, the grabbing mechanism 2 is used for grabbing the valuable documents 10, the transverse checking mechanism 3 is used for checking the valuable documents 10 (namely, checking whether the codes of the valuable documents in the transverse state are correct or other problems), and the longitudinal checking device 42 is used for carrying out secondary checking on the valuable documents 10 (namely, checking whether the codes of the valuable documents in the longitudinal state are correct or other problems); the adjusting mechanism 41 serves to adjust the value document 10 from a transverse position to a longitudinal position.

In the present embodiment, in operation, the valuable paper 10 is first grabbed onto the transport platform 1 by the grabbing mechanism 2, and the valuable paper 10 is in the transverse state (i.e., the state in which a faces upward in fig. 4); then, the conveying platform 1 drives the valuable paper 10 to convey along the first direction until the valuable paper passes through the transverse checking mechanism 3 arranged in the middle of the conveying platform 1, so that the checking work of the valuable paper 10 in the transverse state (namely, the checking of the surface A) is firstly completed by the transverse checking mechanism 3; then, the transport stage 1 continues to transport the value sheet 10 to the end, and the value sheet 10 is adjusted to the longitudinal state (i.e., the state in which B faces upward and a faces downward and rightward in fig. 4) by the adjustment mechanism 41, at which time, the inspection work of the value sheet 10 in the longitudinal state is completed by the longitudinal inspection device 42. Referring to fig. 2, in the above-described embodiment, it is preferable that the adjustment mechanism 41 includes the translation portion 411 and the grip portion 412, the translation portion 411 is provided downstream of the lateral inspection mechanism 3 and is capable of reciprocating in the first direction, and the grip portion 412 is mounted on the translation portion 411 so as to reciprocate in the first direction with the translation portion 411; the clamp portion 412 is openable and closable in the lateral direction, which is the direction transverse to the transport platform 1, to clamp or unclamp the value sheets 10, and the clamp portion 412 is rotatable about the lateral direction, which is the direction transverse to the transport platform 1, to turn over the value sheets 10, so that the value sheets 10 can be adjusted to a longitudinal state. Referring to fig. 1, in the above embodiment, preferably, the boxing apparatus further includes a transfer tray 5 and a transfer rail 6, the transfer rail 6 is disposed behind the conveying platform 1, and the transfer tray 5 is disposed on the transfer rail 6, so that the transfer rail 6 can drive the transfer tray 5 to move along the conveying direction of the transfer rail 6, and then collect and convey the inspected valuable papers 10 to the set position. Specifically, in this embodiment, the transport direction of the transport rail 6 is parallel to the first direction, the transport tray can be transported from the first position to the second position by the transport rail 6, wherein the first position refers to a position (i.e., the position shown in fig. 4) where the transport tray 5 is located below the clamping portion 412, the second position refers to a position (not shown) where the transport tray 5 is transported to the next process, when the transport tray 5 is located at the first position, after the value documents 10 are transversely and longitudinally inspected, the two clamping plates 4122 of the clamping portion 412 release the inspected value documents 10, so that the inspected value documents 10 fall into the transport tray 5, and the position where the value documents 10 fall into the transport tray 5 can be adjusted by the translation portion 411, and when the transport tray 5 is filled with the value documents 10, the transport rail 6 drives the transport tray 5 to move to the second position, to transfer the transport plate 5 filled with value documents 10 to the next process for subsequent processing. Therefore, the transfer plate 5 is matched with the transfer track 6 to realize automatic transfer of the valuable documents 10, so that the carrying time of the valuable documents 10 is saved, and the integral boxing efficiency is improved.
