the two take-up pulleys 11 are fixed on the upper side wall of the transverse plate of the support frame 8 through bolts in a bilateral symmetry mode, and rotating shafts on the adjacent sides of the two take-up pulleys 11 are connected through connecting shafts;

the winding motor 12 is fixed on the left side wall of the left take-up pulley 11 through bolts, the winding motor 12 is connected with an external power supply, and an output shaft of the winding motor 12 is riveted and fixed with an output shaft on the left side of the left take-up pulley 11;

the limiting wheel 13 is suspended at the upper side of the upper roller 5, and a rotating shaft at the rear side of the limiting wheel 13 is in screwed connection with a vertical plate of the support frame 8 through a bearing;

the number two of the fixing frames 14 is two, the two fixing frames 14 are arranged in an L shape, the two fixing frames 14 are respectively sleeved in the upper idler wheel 5 and the limiting wheel 13, transverse plates of the upper fixing frame 14 and the lower fixing frame 14 are respectively welded and fixed on a vertical plate of the supporting frame 8 and the front side wall of the rear supporting plate 3, and the vertical plate of the fixing frame 14 is respectively screwed with the limiting wheel 13 and a rotating shaft on the front side of the upper idler wheel 5 through a bearing;

the sleeve plate 15 is suspended at the upper side of the front support plate 2, and the through hole on the sleeve plate 15 is movably sleeved on the convex rod at the front side of the second fixing frame 14 at the lower side;

the inserting plate 16 is movably inserted into the upper side of the sleeve plate 15 and fixed through a bolt, a through hole in the inserting plate 16 is movably sleeved on a convex rod on the front side of the second fixing frame 14 on the upper side, and the upper side of the front side wall of the inserting plate 16 is screwed with a transverse plate of the supporting frame 8 through a self-elastic hinge;

and the fixing buckles 17 are two, the two fixing buckles 17 are welded and fixed on the left side and the right side of the front side wall of the sleeve plate 15 respectively, the fixing buckles 17 are all tied with the connecting ropes 18, and the connecting ropes 18 are wound and tied up to be fixed on the take-up pulley 11.

Preferably, a first guide wheel 19 is fixed to the front side of the upper surface of the transverse plate of the support frame 8 through bolts, the first guide wheel 19 abuts against the connecting rope 18, and when the fixing buckle 17 is stretched through the connecting rope 18, the connecting rope 18 is guided through the first guide wheel 19, so that the connecting rope 18 is prevented from abutting against the side edge of the support frame 8, and the connecting rope 18 is prevented from being abraded.

Preferably, a second guide wheel 20 is correspondingly fixed on the left side and the right side of the front side wall of the transverse plate of the support frame 8 through bolts, the second guide wheel 20 abuts against the connecting rope 18, and when the fixing buckle 17 is stretched through the connecting rope 18, the connecting rope 18 is guided through the second guide wheel 20, so that the connecting rope 18 is prevented from abutting against the side edge of the support frame 8 and causing abrasion to the connecting rope 18.

Preferably, the lifting mechanisms 7 each include:

the number of the connecting rods 7-1 is two, the front ends and the rear ends of hinge seats at the lower ends of the two connecting rods 7-1 are fixed on the front side and the rear side of the upper surface of the base 1 through bolts, and the hinge seats at the upper ends of the connecting rods 7-1 are arranged in sliding grooves at the outer bottoms of the first fixing frames 6 in a sliding mode;

the pushing plate 7-2 is suspended above the base 1, and the front side and the rear side of the pushing plate 7-2 are respectively connected with the connecting rods 7-1 at the front side and the rear side in a screwing manner through hinge seats;

the number of the electric push rods 7-3 is two, the two electric push rods 7-3 are respectively embedded and fixed in a groove on the upper surface of the base 1 through bolts, the electric push rods 7-3 are connected with an external power supply, and piston rods of the electric push rods 7-3 are fixed with the lower surface of the push plate 7-2 through bolts.

Preferably, the limiting mechanism 10 further includes:

the two supporting racks 10-1 are respectively fixed on the front side wall of the vertical plate of the supporting frame 8 through bolts in a bilateral symmetry mode, and the lower sides of the supporting racks 10-1 are suspended in grooves in the rear side wall of the rear supporting plate 3 after passing through the upper side wall of the rear supporting plate 3;

the number of the limiting racks 10-2 is two, the two limiting racks 10-2 are arranged in grooves in the rear side wall of the rear supporting plate 3, the two limiting racks 10-2 are arranged between the two supporting racks 10-1, the limiting racks 10-2 are meshed with the supporting racks 10-1, and the lower sides of the limiting racks 10-2 are arranged in sliding grooves in the lower inner wall of the grooves in the rear supporting plate 3 in a sliding mode through sliding blocks;

the partition board 10-3 is arranged in the center of the groove on the rear side wall of the rear support board 3, and the front side wall of the partition board 10-3 is welded and fixed with the inner wall of the groove;

the springs 10-4 are provided in a plurality of numbers, the springs 10-4 are welded and fixed on two side walls of the partition plate 10-3 in an equal amount and at equal intervals, and the other ends of the springs 10-4 are respectively welded and fixed on one side wall of the limiting rack 10-2 far away from the supporting rack 10-1;

the guide post 10-5 is arranged on the lower side of the inside of the groove on the rear side wall of the rear supporting plate 3, one end of the guide post 10-5 is fixed on the inner wall of one side of the groove in a welding mode, and the other end of the guide post 10-5 penetrates through the limiting rack 10-2 on one side, the spring 10-4 on the lowest side, the partition plate 10-3, the spring 10-4 on the lowest side on the other side and the limiting rack 10-2 on the other side in sequence and is fixed on the inner wall of the other side of the groove in a welding mode.

Preferably, a guide block 21 is welded and fixed to the lower side of one side wall of the support rack 10-1, which is far away from the limit rack 10-2, the guide block 21 is slidably disposed in a sliding groove on the two side walls of the groove, and when the support rack 10-1 moves up and down, the guide block 21 slides in the groove, so as to limit the support rack 10-1.

The working principle of the specific embodiment is as follows: when the device is used, according to the thickness of a plate and the radian of a plate to be rolled, the two lower rollers 4 are driven to move up and down through the two lifting mechanisms 7 respectively until the two lower rollers 4 reach proper positions, then bolts on the sleeve plate 15 are loosened as required, the limiting mechanism 10 is loosened, the supporting frame 8 is moved upwards until the proper positions are reached, the supporting frame 8 is limited through the limiting mechanism 10, the bolts on the sleeve plate 15 are screwed, the sleeve plate 15 and the inserting plate 16 are locked, the plate is inserted from the lower roller 4 on one side and is positioned on the lower side of the upper roller 5 when the device is operated, the upper side of the plate is wound to the upper side of the limiting wheel 13 after the plate is rolled up, the plate is limited and supported, and therefore the processing of the plate is convenient, after the processing is finished, the rolling motor 12 is started, the rolling motor 12 drives the wire winding wheel 11 to rotate, the wire winding wheel 11 winds the connecting rope 18, the connecting rope 18 drives the sleeve plate 15 to rotate towards the upper part of the front side, so that the sleeve plate 15 and the inserting plate 16 are separated from the second fixing frame 14, then the coiled plate is taken down, the winding motor 12 is started reversely, the connecting rope 18 is released, the sleeve plate 15 and the inserting plate 16 rotate towards one side of the second fixing frame 14 under the elastic force of the self-elastic hinge until the inserting holes in the sleeve plate 15 and the inserting plate 16 are respectively sleeved on the convex rods on the second fixing frame 14, and the unprocessed plate is placed between the upper roller 5 and the lower roller 4 again for processing;

when the first fixing frame 6 is driven to move by the lifting mechanism 7, the electric push rod 7-3 is started, the electric push rod 7-3 drives the push plate 7-2 to move upwards, the push plate 7-2 pushes the upper sides of the connecting rods 7-1 at two sides to rotate towards two sides by taking the lower end as an axial point, so that the upper ends of the connecting rods 7-1 slide at two sides respectively, the lower rollers 4 are pushed, and the lower rollers 4 move to proper positions;

when the support frame 8 is limited by the limiting mechanism 10, the support frame 8 is moved upwards, the support frame 8 drives the limiting wheel 13 to move upwards, at the moment, the limiting rack 10-2 moves towards one side of the partition plate 10-3 under the pushing of the supporting rack 10-1, the spring 10-4 is further compressed, the movement of the supporting rack 10-1 is not influenced, after the support frame is moved to a proper position, the limiting rack 10-2 moves towards two sides under the elastic force of the spring 10-4 until the limiting rack 10-2 is abutted against the supporting rack 10-1, the supporting rack 10-1 is further limited, when the support frame needs to move downwards, the two limiting racks 10-2 are manually moved towards one side of the partition plate 10-3, so that the limiting racks 10-2 are separated from the supporting rack 10-1, the supporting frame 8 moves downwards until a proper position is reached, and then the limiting rack 10-2 is loosened, so that the supporting rack 10-1 is limited, and the supporting frame 8 is prevented from moving downwards.

Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of the embodiment are as follows:

1. the upper side of the upper roller 5 is provided with the limiting wheel 13, and the limiting wheel 13 can limit the bent upper side of the plate, so that manual support is not needed, and labor force is saved;

2. the upper roller 5 and the limiting wheel 13 are supported by a second fixing frame 14, the second fixing frame 14 is arranged in an L shape, and the second fixing frame 14 is fixed on the rear supporting plate 3 and the supporting frame 8 respectively, so that the upper roller 5 and the limiting wheel 13 can be supported while operation is not influenced;

3. a sleeve plate 15 and an inserting plate 16 are respectively arranged on the front side of the second fixing frame 14, the upper side of the inserting plate 16 is screwed with a transverse plate of the support frame 8 through a self-elastic hinge, and a fixing buckle 17 on the sleeve plate 15 is connected with the take-up pulley 11 through a connecting rope 18, so that the rotation of the sleeve plate 15 can be conveniently controlled, and the blanking is convenient;

4. the lifting mechanism 7 is arranged on the lower side of the lower roller 4, the lifting mechanism 7 can respectively drive the first fixing frame 6 to move up and down, and then the plate can be adjusted according to the required rolling degree of the plate, so that the operation requirement is met;

5. support frame 8 is connected with back backup pad 3 through stop gear 10 to can adjust the position of support frame 8 according to the diameter that panel rolled up to, and after adjusting, carry on spacingly through stop gear 10 to the position of support frame 8, satisfy required requirement.

Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes in the embodiments and/or modifications of the invention can be made, and equivalents and modifications of some features of the invention can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
