Referring to fig. 3-5, in the present embodiment, for further explanation of other embodiments, the gear cleaning mechanism 6 in the drawings includes two supporting plates 8 fixed on the mounting frame 1, a rotating shaft 9 is rotatably installed between the two supporting plates 8, rotating gears 10 are fixed on outer sides of the two rotating shafts 9, cleaning sleeves 11 are engaged and sleeved on outer sides of the two rotating gears 10, brush sleeves 12 for cleaning gear teeth on outer sides of the large pulley 5 are fixed on outer sides of the cleaning sleeves 11, a linkage assembly 13 is installed on one side of the surface of the mounting frame 1 corresponding to the supporting plates 8, and a collection assembly 14 for removing dust on the brush sleeves 12 is installed on the mounting frame 1 corresponding to the position of the brush sleeves 12.

Referring to fig. 3, 10 and 11, the surface of the mounting frame 1 shown in the drawings is provided with a mounting groove 39 corresponding to the position of the brush sleeve 12, a lubricating shell 40 is fixed in the mounting groove 39, the bottom end of the lubricating shell 40 is fixedly communicated with a liquid charging pipe 42, a sponge plate 41 is fixed in the lubricating shell 40, a squeezing bushing 43 attached to the sponge plate 41 is fixed at the top of the lubricating shell 40, the top of the squeezing bushing 43 contacts with the brush sleeve 12, and squeezing pieces 44 are fixed at both sides of the squeezing bushing 43;

wherein, the extruded part 44 includes the contact plate 45 of fixing in the extrusion bushing 43 outer end, clean the cover 11 outside and be fixed with the extrusion pole 47 with contact plate 45 looks adaptation, extrusion bushing 43 outer end bottom is fixed with the contact bar 46 with lubricated shell 40 outer edge board sliding connection, and contact bar 46 outside cover have with extrusion bushing 43 bottom and lubricated shell 40 outer edge board surface offset reset spring 48, extrusion bushing 43 outer end bottom is fixed with the spacer pin with lubricated shell 40 outer edge board sliding connection.

It should be noted that: this scheme is through seting up mounting groove 39 on installing frame 1 to utilize internally mounted's lubricated shell 40 and sponge board 41's effect, make clean cover 11 when rotating at every turn, can extrude sponge board 41, extrude inside lubricating oil, and absorb through clean cover 11, paint to the gear outside, thereby reduce gear wheel rotational friction power, make to rotate more smoothly, design liquid filling pipe 42 simultaneously, satisfy the supply to lubricating oil.
