Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

Further, as shown in fig. 3, the basket adsorbing device 4 includes a combination module 10, a magnetic module 11 and a guide wheel assembly 12, the combination module 10 includes a cable slot 13, a safety rope through slot 14 and a guiding and butting slot 15, the magnetic module 11 includes a guide sleeve 16 fixedly connected to the combination module 10, a magnetic slider 17 and a pressure spring 18 are arranged in the guide sleeve 16, an electromagnet assembly is arranged in the magnetic slider 17, one end of the magnetic slider 17 is located at the outer side of the guide sleeve 16, and the safety rope 7 sequentially passes through the guiding and butting slot 15 and the safety rope through slot 14, extends into the guide sleeve 16 and is fixedly connected to the magnetic slider 17.

The cable slot 13 is used for stably connecting the electric cable 6 with the hanging basket adsorption device 4 and transmitting electric energy to the magnetic slider 17, the guide butt joint slot 15 is used for butt joint and clamping with the end part of the guide rod 9, and the safety rope through slot 14 is used for enabling the safety rope 7 to penetrate through and be connected with the magnetic slider 17;

when the hanging basket body 1 and the ship board are required to be kept static, the safety rope 7 is tightened, the guide rod 9 is tightly abutted to the guide butt joint groove 15, and the magnetic slide block 17 is kept in contact with the ship board;

when the hanging basket body 1 needs to slide along a ship board, the safety rope 7 is tightened, the guide rod 9 is tightly abutted to the guide butt joint groove 15, the safety rope 7 is continuously tightened, the magnetic slider 17 is displaced towards the direction far away from the ship board by the safety rope 7, the guide rod 9 presses the combination module 10 and the guide wheel assembly 12, and the guide wheel assembly 12 is displaced towards the direction close to the ship board until the guide wheel contacts the ship board;

when the hanging basket body 1 needs to be far away from the ship board, the safety rope 7 is released, the guide rod 9 is slowly separated from the guide butt joint groove 15, and the hanging basket body 1 is prevented from shaking in the air.

Further, as shown in fig. 3, the guide wheel assembly 12 includes a steering base 19 that rotates around an outer side wall of the guide sleeve 16, the steering base 19 is connected with the guide sleeve 16 through a bearing, and a guide wheel 20 is disposed on the steering base 19.

Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, when the basket body 1 is lowered, the take-up pulley 8 tightens the safety rope 7, so that the guide rod 9 is combined with the basket adsorption device 4; when the hanging basket body 1 is lowered to a preset position, the take-up pulley 8 slowly releases the line, so that the hanging basket body 1 is gradually far away from the gunwale of the cargo ship, and when the hanging basket body 1 moves to the position above the deck of the pilot boat, the driving rope 5 continues to be lowered until the hanging basket body 1 safely falls on the deck of the pilot boat.

When the hanging basket body 1 is lowered, the safety rope 7 is tightened through the take-up pulley 8, so that the hanging basket body 1 is combined with the hanging basket adsorption device 4, the hanging basket body 1 descends and ascends along a ship board, and shaking is avoided; when hanging flower basket body 1 is transferred to preset position, slowly unwrapping wire through take-up pulley 8 makes hanging flower basket body 1 and hanging flower basket adsorption equipment 4 slowly separate, avoids the hanging flower basket body acutely to rock.

The hanging basket driving device 2 comprises a fixing frame and an electric wire roller 21, the fixing frame comprises a horizontal supporting rod 22 with one end extending out of the side of the cargo ship, a wire wheel group 23 is arranged at the end part of the horizontal supporting rod 22, and the wire wheel group 23 comprises a driving rope wheel and a cable rope wheel which are coaxially arranged; the middle part of the electric wire roller 21 is provided with a partition plate, one side of the partition plate of the electric wire roller 21 is wound with the safety rope 7, and the other side of the partition plate is wound with the electric cable 6.

Further, the device comprises a hanging basket fixing device 3 arranged on a deck of a pilot boat; the hanging basket body 1 is provided with an inserting mechanism which is connected with the hanging basket fixing device 3 in a matching mode.

The hanging basket fixing device 3 comprises a fixing table with an insertion cavity and a clamping structure arranged in the insertion cavity.

Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
