Background

In order to make the surface of circular iron sheet more smooth, need polish to the surface of circular iron sheet, it is artifical manual to polish to the surface of circular iron sheet at present generally, and the sand piece is held when artifical manual polishing, then makes the sand piece remove along the surface of circular iron sheet repeatedly to polish to the surface of circular iron sheet, this mode needs to spend more time and energy, and polishes inefficiency, and work load is big.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention is realized by the following steps: an industrial iron sheet polishing device comprises a first frame, wherein one side of the first frame is hinged with a cover; the bottom in the first frame is connected with the first support frame, and a first support plate is connected between the end part of the first support frame and the first frame; the top in the first frame is provided with a motor, and the motor is connected with a rotating rod; the top of the first frame is connected with a fixed column close to one side of the motor, the lower part of the fixed column is rotatably connected with a first belt wheel, the rotating rod is also connected with the first belt wheel, a first transmission belt is sleeved between the first belt wheels, and the bottom of the first belt wheel on the fixed column is connected with a polishing wheel; and the lifting mechanism is arranged between the first frame and the first supporting plate.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the lifting mechanism includes a holding rod, the holding rod is slidably connected to the other side of the first frame, a first rack is connected to the holding rod, the first rack passes through a first supporting plate, a hollow lifting plate is disposed in the first supporting plate, and the hollow lifting plate is connected to the first rack.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the circular iron sheet can move upwards through the lifting mechanism and is tightly attached to the polishing wheel, the polishing wheel can be driven to rotate through the motor, the polishing wheel can polish the surface of the circular iron sheet, and therefore the effect that the surface of the circular iron sheet can be polished automatically, time and labor can be saved, and polishing efficiency can be improved is achieved.

2. The round iron sheet can be clamped and fixed on the lifting mechanism through the clamping mechanism, so that the round iron sheet can be prevented from moving during polishing, and the surface of the round iron sheet can be better polished.

3. A large amount of circular iron sheets can be stored through the material pushing mechanism, the circular iron sheets can be pushed to the feeding mechanism through the material pushing mechanism, the circular iron sheets can be conveyed to the lifting mechanism through the feeding mechanism, manual operation is not needed, the circular iron sheets are placed one by one, time and labor are saved, and the polishing efficiency can be further improved.

Detailed Description

According to the figures 1-3, the invention comprises a first frame 1, a cover 2, a first support frame 3, a first support plate 4, a motor 5, a fixed column 6, a rotating rod 7, a first belt wheel 8, a first transmission belt 9, a grinding wheel 10 and a lifting mechanism 11, wherein the upper part of the right side of the first frame 1 is hinged with the cover 2, the right side of the bottom in the first frame 1 is connected with the first support frame 3, the first support plate 4 is connected between the top of the first support frame 3 and the left side of the first frame 1, the front side of the top in the first frame 1 is provided with the motor 5, the output shaft of the motor 5 is connected with the rotating rod 7 through a coupling, the top in the first frame 1 is connected with the fixed column 6, the fixed column 6 is positioned at the rear side of the motor 5, the lower part of the fixed column 6 is rotatably connected with the first belt wheel 8, the rotating rod 7 is also connected with the first belt wheel 8, the first transmission belt 9 is sleeved between the two first belt wheels 8, the bottom of the rear first belt wheel 8 is connected with a grinding wheel 10, and a lifting mechanism 11 is arranged between the first frame 1 and the first supporting plate 4.

When the surface of the iron sheet is to be polished, the equipment can be used, firstly, the iron sheet is placed on the hollow lifting plate 113, then the holding rod 112 is moved upwards so as to enable the first rack 111 to move upwards, the first rack 111 moves upwards to push the hollow lifting plate 113 to move upwards, the hollow lifting plate 113 moves upwards to drive the iron sheet on the hollow lifting plate to move upwards, and when the iron sheet moves upwards to be attached to the polishing wheel 10, the holding rod 112 stops moving upwards; then, the motor 5 is started to enable the rotating rod 7 to rotate, the rotating rod 7 rotates to drive the first belt wheel 8 on the rotating rod to rotate, the first belt wheel 8 on the fixed column 6 can rotate through the first transmission belt 9, the polishing wheel 10 can rotate in this way, and the polishing wheel 10 rotates to polish the surface of an iron sheet; after the iron sheet is polished, the motor 5 is closed, the holding rod 112 is loosened, the hollow lifting plate 113 moves downwards to reset under the action of gravity, the cover 2 is opened, the polished iron sheet is taken out, and finally the cover 2 is covered, so that the polishing operation can be repeated. So this equipment can make circular iron sheet rebound and wheel 10 of polishing hug closely through elevating system 11, can drive wheel 10 of polishing through motor 5 and rotate, wheel 10 of polishing rotates and can polish to the surface of circular iron sheet to reached and to polish to the surface of circular iron sheet automatically, can labour saving and time saving, can improve the effect of efficiency of polishing.

As shown in fig. 3-5, the present invention further comprises a clamping mechanism 12, wherein the clamping mechanism 12 comprises a lower pressing block 122, a supporting spring 123, an inclined plane sliding block 124, a tensioning spring 125, an arc limiting plate 126 and a supporting rod 127, sliding grooves 121 are formed on the front and rear sides of the top of the hollow lifting plate 113, the arc limiting plate 126 is slidably connected in the sliding grooves 121, the supporting rod 127 is connected to the bottom of the arc limiting plate 126, the lower pressing block 122 is slidably connected to the middle of the top of the hollow lifting plate 113, two supporting springs 123 are connected between the lower pressing block 122 and the hollow lifting plate 113, the two supporting springs 123 are bilaterally symmetrical, two inclined plane sliding blocks 124 are slidably connected to the bottom of the hollow lifting plate 113 through guide slots, the two inclined plane sliding blocks 124 are longitudinally symmetrical, the inclined plane sliding blocks 124 are respectively in contact fit with the lower pressing block 122 and the supporting rod 127, and two tensioning springs 125 are connected between the two inclined plane sliding blocks 124, the two tension springs 125 are bilaterally symmetrical.

After the round iron sheet is placed on the hollow lifting plate 113, the lower pressing block 122 can move downwards under the action of gravity, the supporting spring 123 is compressed along with the lower pressing block 122, the lower pressing block 122 moves downwards to enable the two inclined plane sliding blocks 124 to move outwards, the tensioning spring 125 stretches along with the lower pressing block, the inclined plane sliding blocks 124 move outwards to push the supporting rod 127 to move upwards, the supporting rod 127 moves upwards to push the arc limiting plate 126 to move upwards, the round iron sheet can be clamped and fixed after the arc limiting plate 126 moves upwards, the round iron sheet can be prevented from moving during polishing work, and therefore the surface of the round iron sheet can be better polished; after the round iron sheet is taken down from the hollow lifting plate 113, the lower pressing block 122 can be moved upwards to reset under the action of the supporting spring 123, the inclined plane sliding block 124 can be moved inwards to reset under the action of the tensioning spring 125, and the arc limiting plate 126 is moved downwards to reset under the action of gravity. The round iron sheet can be placed on the conveyor belt 133, then the motor 5 is started to enable the rotating rod 7 to rotate, the rotating rod 7 rotates to enable the worm gear 135 to rotate through the worm 134, the worm gear 135 rotates to enable the right side roller shaft 132 to rotate through the second belt wheel 136 and the second conveyor belt 137, the conveyor belt 133 rotates along with the worm gear, the conveyor belt 133 rotates to enable the round iron sheet to be conveyed rightwards, therefore, the round iron sheet can be conveyed to the hollow lifting plate 113, and after the surface of the round iron sheet is polished, the motor 5 is turned off; the circular iron piece can be conveyed to the lifting mechanism 11 through the feeding mechanism 13.

As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 6 and fig. 7, the pushing device 14 is further included, the pushing device 14 includes a second supporting plate 141, a second supporting frame 142, a material storage bucket 143, a cylinder 144 and a material pushing plate 145, the left side surface of the second frame 131 is connected to the second supporting plate 141, the bottom of the second supporting plate 141 is connected to the top of the rack 130, the top of the second supporting plate 141 is connected to the second supporting frame 142, the material storage bucket 143 is connected to the second supporting frame 142, the middle of the bottom of the second frame 131 is provided with the cylinder 144, the material pushing plate 145 is connected to an expansion link of the cylinder 144, and the material pushing plate 145 is slidably connected to the second supporting plate 141.
