Specifically, the telescopic rod 12 is fixedly connected to the upper end face of the fixed seat 9, and the accommodating chamber 14 is movably connected to the outer surface of the telescopic rod 12.

In this embodiment, the extension rod 12 connects the fixing base 9 and the accommodating chamber 14, and the accommodating chamber 14 provides a moving space for the extension rod 12.

The axle body surface decontamination mechanism comprises a receiving groove 19, an arc-shaped dust removing knife 20, an arc-shaped cleaning cloth 21 and a receiving groove driving mechanism, wherein the receiving groove 19 is sleeved below the axle body, the arc-shaped dust removing knife 20 is arranged in the receiving groove and extends along the circumferential direction of the axle body and cuts foreign matters on the lower surface of the axle body, the arc-shaped cleaning cloth 21 is arranged in the receiving groove and extends along the circumferential direction of the axle body and wipes the lower surface of the axle body, and the receiving groove driving mechanism drives the receiving groove to move along the extending direction of the axle body. The screw rod driving mechanism comprises a driving sleeve 36 which is arranged on a hub and is coaxial with the hub and provided with an inner gear ring 34 and an outer gear ring 35, an outer gear 37 meshed with the outer gear ring, an inner gear 38 meshed with the inner gear ring, a first intermediate gear 39 rotationally connected with an axle body, a second intermediate gear 40 meshed with the first intermediate gear, a screw rod driving gear 41 meshed with the second intermediate gear and connected with a screw rod, a first clutch 42 and a second clutch 43 connecting the screw rod with a driving shaft of the inner gear, wherein the first clutch connects a rotating shaft of the outer gear with a rotating shaft of the first intermediate gear, the second clutch is disconnected when the first clutch is closed, and the inner gear and the outer gear are both connected with the axle body. One end of the axle body is provided with a first reversing switch 44, the other end of the axle body is provided with a second reversing switch 45, when the receiving groove is detected by the first reversing switch, the first clutch is electrified, the second clutch is not electrified, and when the receiving groove is detected by the second reversing switch, the second clutch is electrified, and the first clutch is not electrified. A water inlet flow channel 46 is arranged in the receiving groove, and a plurality of water outlet holes 47 which are distributed along the circumferential direction of the axle body and spray water towards the axle body are arranged on the inner circumferential surface of the receiving groove; the process of decontaminating the axle body is as follows: the receiving groove carries out reciprocating motion along the extending direction of the axle body, in the process, the arc-shaped dust removing knives scrape off foreign matters which are adhered to the lower side surface of the axle body and have the protruding height larger than the requirement, then water flows into the water inlet flow channel and is sprayed out from the water outlet hole to moisten the lower side surface of the axle body, and finally the arc-shaped flexible sealing bags are filled with fluid to bulge the arc-shaped flexible sealing bags, so that the arc-shaped cleaning cloth and the axle body are abutted together to wipe the lower side panel of the axle body. The inlet end of the water inlet channel is connected with the outlet end of a cooling water circulating pump of the engine through a water inlet pipe 49 provided with a first control valve 48, and the arc-shaped flexible sealing bag is communicated with the water inlet channel through a second control valve 50. The invention also provides a limit tube 51 extending in the direction of extension of the axle body. The one end of inlet tube links together with the exit end of the cooling water circulating pump of engine, and the other end is equipped with the spiral section 52 that can stretch out and draw back that extends along axle body extending direction, and the spiral section is located spacing intraductal, spacing intraductal being equipped with on global along the slip mouth 53 that extends of spacing tub extending direction, sliding connection has rigid tube head 54 in the slip mouth, and the one end of rigid tube head links together with the runner that intakes, and the other end links together with the one end of spiral section. The inner surface of the receiving groove is provided with an arc protrusion 55 along the circumferential edge of the axle body, and the water outlet hole is formed in the arc protrusion. In use, the wheel hub is fitted with a wheel 56.
