Background

In the prior art, in order to facilitate the installation of the hydraulic support, generally, after the hydraulic support is transported to the front end of the adjusting and moving device, traction devices on two sides of the adjusting and moving device are adopted to pull the hydraulic support to the hydraulic support adjusting and moving device, and then subsequent direction adjusting and placing operations are performed. Most of the existing traction devices are shown in fig. 1, and a steel wire rope or a chain is used as a traction rope to pull a hydraulic support, so that the position transfer of the hydraulic support is simply and efficiently completed; however, as shown in fig. 2, since the size, especially the width, of the hydraulic support is generally smaller than that of the adjusting and moving device, the steel wire rope or the chain inevitably interferes with the movement of the adjusting and moving device during the use process, so that the steel wire rope or the chain is abraded greatly, even the steel wire rope or the chain is broken, and the actual service life of the traction device is greatly influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problems, the invention provides the wear-resistant chain hydraulic support adjusting and moving device which is exquisite in structure, stable in action and good in using effect, can effectively avoid excessive wear of a traction chain and the adjusting and moving device due to movement interference in the using process, and can effectively guarantee the actual service life of the adjusting and moving device.

The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the adjusting and moving device comprises a base frame 4 and a traction mechanism connected to the base frame 4, the traction mechanism comprises a traction chain 3 and a traction chain retracting and releasing mechanism 1, and the traction chain 3 is retracted and released through the traction chain retracting and releasing mechanism 1;

the traction mechanism further comprises a pulley mechanism 2, the pulley mechanism 2 comprises a frame 21, a connecting seat 22 and a pulley 23, the frame 21 is connected to the traction chain retracting mechanism 1, the connecting seat 22 is hinged to the frame 21, the pulley 23 is hinged to the connecting seat 22, and the traction chain 3 is wound around the pulley 23 from back to front and then returns back.

The frame 21 is frame-shaped, the root of the connecting seat 22 is hinged in the frame 21, the top of the frame 21 is fixedly connected with an upper limiting plate 24, and the bottom of the frame 21 is fixedly connected with a lower limiting plate.

The linear driving device is a traction oil cylinder, and the frame 21 is fixedly connected with a piston rod of the traction oil cylinder.

The base frame 4 of the adjusting and moving device is also fixedly connected with a linear slide rail 40 parallel to the linear driving device, the frame 21 is fixedly connected with a slide block matched with the linear slide rail 40, and the slide block is slidably connected in the linear slide rail 40.

When the invention is in practical use, one end of the traction chain can be connected to the hydraulic support through the hook.

On the other hand, when the traction chain is released by the traction chain retracting mechanism, namely when the traction chain is loosened to be pulled, the traction chain does not produce large acting force on the pulley any more, so that the pulley and the connecting seat swing downwards under the influence of gravity to return to the lower limit position, and the problem of movement interference between the pulley and the hydraulic support is avoided when the direction of the hydraulic support is adjusted.

On the whole, the scheme can effectively avoid the traction chain and the adjusting and moving device from generating excessive abrasion due to movement interference in the using process, thereby effectively ensuring the actual service life of the adjusting and moving device and having a series of advantages of exquisite structure, stable action, good using effect and the like.

As shown in fig. 1-5, the adjusting and moving device comprises a base frame 4 and a traction mechanism connected to the base frame 4, the traction mechanism comprises a traction chain 3 and a traction chain retracting and releasing mechanism 1, and the traction chain 3 is retracted and released through the traction chain retracting and releasing mechanism 1; the number of the traction mechanisms is two, and the two traction mechanisms are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the base frame 4. Therefore, the two traction mechanisms can be synchronously retracted and extended to drive the hydraulic support to translate, so that the hydraulic support is pulled to the base frame from back to front; and the two traction mechanisms can drive the hydraulic support to rotate when being retracted and released, so that the direction of the hydraulic support on the base frame can be adjusted.

The traction mechanism further comprises a pulley mechanism 2, the pulley mechanism 2 comprises a frame 21, a connecting seat 22 and a pulley 23, the frame 21 is connected to the front portion of the traction chain retraction and release mechanism 1, the root of the connecting seat 22 is hinged to the frame 21 through a fixing shaft, the pulley 23 is hinged to the connecting seat 22, and the traction chain 3 is wound around the pulley 23 from back to front and then returns back. Namely, the traction chain is wound around the pulley 23 from one side of the pulley far away from the fixed shaft, so that the pulley and the connecting seat can be freely turned up and down around the fixed shaft.

The frame 21 is frame-shaped, the root of the connecting seat 22 is hinged in the frame 21, the top of the frame 21 is fixedly connected with an upper limiting plate 24, and the bottom of the frame 21 is fixedly connected with a lower limiting plate. Therefore, when the pulley and the connecting seat swing up and down, the up-and-down movement limit position is limited.

Furthermore, the upper limiting plate is positioned above the fixed shaft, and the lower limiting plate is positioned below the pulley. After the connecting seat and the pulley are subjected to external force, the connecting seat and the pulley can be turned upwards to a certain angle until the connecting seat and the pulley abut against the upper limiting plate; when the external force is lost, the device can be turned downwards to be in a horizontal state under the action of gravity.

When the linear drive device is extended, the traction chain is wound around the pulley 23 on the side away from the linear drive device, and therefore the pulley 23 is used as a movable pulley to pull the traction chain; at this moment, the traction chain also will produce the effort on the pulley to force pulley and connecting seat upwards to overturn, thereby "lift up" traction chain, avoid traction chain when dragging hydraulic support, produce the friction with other positions of transferring the device, thereby can effectively guarantee to transfer the actual use effect and the actual life who moves the device.

And when linear drive device contracts, then loosen drawing of pulling chain, at this moment, no external force effect will be on the pulley, and pulley and connecting seat will be under the influence of gravity, and the lower extreme position is got back to in the downward swing to when hydraulic support transfers to, avoid pulley and hydraulic support to appear the problem of motion interference.

The linear driving device is a traction oil cylinder, and the frame 21 is fixedly connected with a piston rod of the traction oil cylinder.

The base frame 4 of the adjusting and moving device is also fixedly connected with a linear slide rail 40 parallel to the linear driving device, the frame 21 is fixedly connected with a slide block matched with the linear slide rail 40, and the slide block is slidably connected in the linear slide rail 40. So that the linear reciprocating motion of the pulley mechanism is more stable.
