Referring to fig. 7, the counterweight chamber 247 includes an inclined plate 2471, a second telescopic bar 2472, a baffle 2473, and an air pressure assembly 2474, the air pressure assembly 2474 includes an air pressure chamber 24741, a push plate 24742, a first air pipe 24743, a second air pipe 24744, a first air return assembly 24745, and an air outlet valve assembly 24746, the push plate 24742 is installed in an inner cavity of the air pressure chamber 24741, the first air pipe 24743 and the second air pipe 24744 are installed at one side of the air pressure chamber 24741, the first air return assembly 24745 is installed at an end of the inner cavity of the first air pipe 24743, the air outlet valve assembly 24746 is installed at an end of the inner cavity of the second air pipe 24744, the pipe diameter of the first air pipe 24743 is smaller than that of the second air pipe 24744, the upper jacking assembly 2475 includes an air sealing plate 2475 and a sliding block 24752, the air sealing plate 24751 is installed in the inner cavity of the upper jacking assembly 2475, the sliding block 24752 is installed at an upper end of the air sealing plate 24751, the upper end of the sliding block 24752 is connected to one side of the lower end of the inclined plate 2471, the inner cavity of the counterweight chamber 24247 has an inclined plate 2471, a second telescopic bar 2472 is installed at one end of the inner cavity of the inclined plate 2471, a baffle 2473 is installed at the other end of the second telescopic bar 2472, an air pressure assembly 2474 is installed at one side of the inner cavity wall of the counterweight chamber 247, an upper top assembly 2475 is installed at the bottom surface of the inner cavity of the counterweight chamber 247, when the rolling ball 2464 rolls along the inclined plate 2471 in an accelerated manner, the rolling ball 2464 rolls to the lowest point of the inclined plate 2471, the baffle 2473 installed at one side pushes the baffle 2473 installed at one side rapidly, the baffle 2473 hits the push plate 24742 at one side rapidly, the push plate 24742 moves to one side, air in the inner cavity of the air pressure chamber 24741 is rapidly filled into the inner cavity of the upper top assembly 2475 from the second air pipe 24744, the air can rapidly push the air sealing plate 24751 to ascend, the inclined plate 2471 installed at the upper end after the air sealing plate 24751 ascends, the lowest point at one side of the inclined plate 2471 starts to ascend, the inclined plate 2464 can reversely descend, and the rolling ball 2464 can enter the upper end of the inclined plate 2463 again from the ball inlet 2465 conveniently, the angular rotation of the top plate 243 is facilitated to be performed again next time.

The invention provides another technical scheme: a use method of a protection device for bending plate comprises the following steps:

s01: placing the plate at the upper end of a bending table 22, pressing down the upper end of the fixed plate by a lower pressing plate 13 through a first hydraulic device 12, and then bending the bending plate assembly 24 through a second hydraulic device 23;

In summary, the following steps: the invention provides a protection device for bending a plate, when a thicker plate needs to be bent, the plate is placed at the upper end of a bending table 22, a lower pressing plate 13 presses down and fixes the plate, then a second hydraulic device 23 operates to drive a bending plate assembly 24 arranged at the upper end to push up and bend the plate, a top plate 243 pushes the plate upwards with certain thrust, when the plate is broken in the bending process, the plate blocking force at the upper end of the top plate 243 is suddenly reduced, the bending plate assembly 24 can be momentarily accelerated in the rising process, the first balancing weight 2414 arranged in an inner cavity of a second telescopic groove 2411 is moved downwards by the acceleration force, the first telescopic rod 2412 arranged at the upper end is driven to retract while the first balancing weight 2414 moves downwards, meanwhile, the first balancing weight 2414 presses the first wane 2415 downwards, the top rod 2417 at the other end is quickly tilted upwards by the first wane 2415, the top rod 2417 can drive the first magnetic block 2418 to move upwards, the first magnetic block 2418 and the second magnetic block 2461 have the same magnetic force, so that the second magnetic block 2461 pushes the inclined plane plate 2463 installed at the upper end through the second connecting rod 2462, the inclined plane plate 2463 drives the rolling ball 2464 placed at the upper end, the rolling ball 2464 can roll out from the ball outlet hole 2466, the rolling ball 2464 then rolls to the upper end of the inclined plate 2471, the top plate 243 can rotate towards one side due to the change of the gravity of the inner cavity of the top plate 243, so that the top plate 243 is far away from the fracture of the plate, the top plate 243 is prevented from being scratched and damaged by the fracture of the plate at one side, the replacement frequency of the rolling ball 243 is reduced, the top plate 243 can be protected, after the rolling ball 2464 rolls along the inclined plate 2471, the rolling ball 2464 rolls to the lowest point of the inclined plate 2471, the baffle 2473 installed at one side is pushed by the impact force of the rolling ball 2464, the baffle 2473 quickly impacts the pushing plate 24742 at one side, the push plate 24742 moves to one side, so that air in the inner cavity of the air pressure chamber 24741 can be rapidly filled into the inner cavity of the upper ejection assembly 2475 from the second air pipe 24744, the air can rapidly push the air-tight plate 24751 to ascend, the air-tight plate 24751 ascends to push the inclined plate 2471 arranged at the upper end, the lowest point at one side of the inclined plate 2471 begins to ascend, the rolling ball 2464 can reversely fall and roll, the rolling ball 2464 can conveniently enter the upper end of the inclined plate 2463 again from the ball inlet 2465, and the angular rotation of the upper plate 243 can be conveniently carried out again next time.
