The technical scheme adopted for achieving the aim of the invention is that the emergency stop locking device of the AT comprises a spring piece and an emergency outer pull arm.

The lower extreme of spring leaf is fixed on the oil pan of gearbox, is connected with the fixed pin on the spring leaf, and the fixed pin perpendicular to the face of spring leaf just is close to the upper end of spring leaf.

The lower end of the emergency outer pull arm is connected with the emergency gear shifting shaft, the emergency gear shifting shaft is located under the spring piece and perpendicular to the plate surface of the spring piece, and the emergency outer pull arm is located on one side, back to the gearbox body, of the spring piece.

The emergency outer pull arm is provided with an eccentric hole and a pin hole for inserting a fixing pin, the length direction of the eccentric hole is consistent with that of the emergency outer pull arm, the upper end of the eccentric hole penetrates through the upper end face of the emergency outer pull arm, and the lower end of the eccentric hole is communicated with the pin hole.

The eccentric hole forms a gap on the side wall of the emergency outer pull arm facing the spring piece, and the gap is arranged along the length of the eccentric hole.

The present invention is further illustrated by the following examples, but it should not be construed that the scope of the above-described subject matter is limited to the following examples. Example 1:

Referring to fig. 1, the lower end of the spring plate 1 is fixed on an oil pan of the gearbox by a plurality of bolts, the spring plate 1 is connected with a fixing pin 3 in a welding or riveting mode, and the fixing pin 3 is perpendicular to the plate surface of the spring plate 1 and close to the upper end of the spring plate 1.

Emergent outer arm-drag 2 adopts the parallel key to be connected with emergent gear shifting shaft, and emergent gear shifting shaft screw in nut 5 is spacing corresponding to emergent outer arm-drag 2 axial, and emergent gear shifting shaft is located under spring leaf 1 and perpendicular with the face of spring leaf 1, and emergent outer arm-drag 2 is located one side of spring leaf 1 back to the gearbox body.

One side of the emergency outer pull arm 2 facing the spring piece 1 is provided with two grooves 4, and the two grooves 4 are respectively positioned at two sides of the pin hole 202.

When the emergency gear engaging function needs to be stopped, the emergency outer pull arm 2 is rotated, the fixing pin 3 is inserted into the pin hole 202 again, the groove 4 is designed, the stress on the spring piece 1 in the return process can be prevented from being too large, and the AT automatic gearbox can return after the emergency gear engaging function is realized.

It is worth to be noted that, in the embodiment, the AT automatic transmission emergency gear engaging locking device is adopted, and the AT automatic transmission emergency gear engaging locking function is realized through the innovative matching design of the locking spring piece and the emergency outer pull arm, so that the emergency gear engaging of the transmission caused by abnormal operation when the transmission is not in gear can be effectively avoided; meanwhile, when the gearbox breaks down, the emergency gear-engaging function of the gearbox is realized, the normal running of a vehicle is not influenced, the emergency gear-engaging can be realized by using a vehicle-mounted tool, and the operation is convenient.
