Fructus kaki (figure 1), also known as wild persimmon and black date, belongs to the genus Diospyros of Ebenaceae, and is widely distributed in northern areas of China, and is mainly divided into a nucleated region and a seedless region, and the seedless black date is popular in the market due to convenient eating. The tea is rich in vitamin C and anthocyanin, has rich nutritional value, and can improve the oxidation resistance of a human body and delay aging; the potassium element content is high, and the potassium element content is very important for controlling blood pressure and maintaining heart health; meanwhile, the food is rich in dietary fiber, on one hand, the dietary fiber promotes gastrointestinal motility, and on the other hand, the secretion of digestive juice is increased, so that the food has a good effect of relaxing bowel, and in addition, the dietary fiber can also play a role in reducing blood fat and blood sugar; therefore, the fruit is a green and healthy health care fruit. Detailed Description

The invention provides a method for preserving monarch drug migration, which comprises the following steps: carrying out cobalt 60 irradiation after vacuum packaging of the monarch drug spindle; the irradiation dose of the cobalt 60 is 6-10 kGy, preferably 7-9 kGy, and more preferably 7.5-8.5 kGy. The irradiation dose of the invention can achieve the effect of corrosion prevention without influencing the fruit quality.

In the present invention, the pressure of the vacuum is preferably-85 kPa; the time of the vacuum is preferably 1 s. The invention firstly carries out vacuum packaging and then carries out irradiation treatment, thus avoiding the condition that monarch drug migration is infected by new pathogenic bacteria.

In the invention, the monarch drug migration preferably comprises dried seedless monarch drug migration (seedless black date), and the drying temperature is preferably 37 ℃; the drying time is 12 hours; the water content of the dried monarch lotus seeds is 8-25 wt.%, more preferably 10-20 wt.%, and most preferably 10-15 wt.%. The invention adopts the dried seedless kaffir lily, has low water content and can prolong the storage and preservation period; and the drying treatment can not be normally carried out after the vacuum packaging.

Before the drying, the method preferably further comprises sorting, cleaning and air drying; the sorting mode preferably comprises the following steps: dividing into first-class fruit, second-class fruit and third-class fruit according to the size of the fructus emicalis; the standard of the first-level fruits is preferably that the monarch emilia sonchifolia is large in size, complete and free of damage; the standard of the secondary fruit is preferably that the monarch emilia sonchifolia is small, large, complete and free of damage; the standard of the third-level fruits is preferably that monarch emilia mobilis is damaged and is not directly sold as a raw material of a processed product; the cleaning mode preferably comprises the following steps: the first-stage fruits and the second-stage fruits are respectively cleaned by an automatic fruit cleaning machine, so that the surfaces of the fruits are clean; the number of washing is preferably 1; the washing time is preferably 2 min/time; preferably, the air drying is carried out by using an air dryer; the standard of the air drying is preferably that no water drops are on the surface of the air-dried monarch drug substance obtained by air drying.

Before the vacuum packaging, the method preferably further comprises the steps of canning, placing the deoxidant and the drying agent and sealing the can; the invention has no limitation on the canning and can sealing modes, and the modes known by the technicians in the field can be adopted; tin foil paper can sealing is preferably adopted in the specific embodiment of the invention; the oxygen scavenger is preferably an oxygen scavenger with iron powder as a main component, and is more preferably a li wei food deoxidizer; the desiccant is preferably a food-specific desiccant, more preferably silica; the sources of the oxygen scavenger and the desiccant are not particularly limited in the invention, and the oxygen scavenger and the desiccant can be obtained by conventional purchase by a person skilled in the art.

For further illustration of the present invention, the following detailed description will be made with reference to the drawings and examples to provide a method for keeping monarch drug fresh, but they should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.

Example 1

1. Materials: fresh and mature monarch eminence (seedless black date)

2. The method comprises the following specific operations:

(1) dividing the fruits into three grades according to the sizes of the fruits and the integrity of the fruits by a fruit sorting machine, wherein the fruits are large and are positioned as first-grade fruits without damage; positioning secondary fruits which are small but complete and have no damage; the positioning third-level fruits with damaged fruits are not directly sold and are used as raw materials of processed products; selecting 48 monarch cleavers (seedless black dates) with uniform size from the level 1 fruits;

(2) cleaning the monarch emilia (seedless black date) by using an automatic fruit cleaning machine for 1 time, wherein the cleaning time is 2 min/time, and then carrying out air drying, wherein the standard of the air drying is that no water drops are on the surface of the air-dried monarch emilia (seedless black date) obtained by air drying; drying the air-dried monarch lotus seeds at 37 ℃ for 12 hours to ensure that the water content of the dried monarch lotus seeds (dried seedless black dates) obtained by drying is 10-15 wt%;

(3) evenly packaging 48 pieces of fructus eminensis (seedless black date) into three groups, filling (figure 3), adding deoxidant (liwei food deoxidant) and desiccant (silicon dioxide), sealing with tin foil paper, and vacuum packaging, wherein the vacuum pressure is-85 kPa for 1 s;

(4) the irradiation sterilization is carried out, and the irradiation dose of the cobalt 60 is set to be 6 kGy.

Example 2

The irradiation dose of cobalt 60 was changed to 10kGy, and the other conditions were the same as in example 1.

Comparative example 1

Vacuum packaging and sterilization by irradiation were not performed, and other conditions were the same as in example 1.

Comparative example 2

The cobalt 60 radiation sterilization was not performed, and the other conditions were the same as in example 1.

Comparative example 3

The irradiation dose of cobalt 60 was changed to 2kGy, and the other conditions were the same as in example 1.

The mildew number of 60d, 120d and 180d of the products obtained after the irradiation treatment of the example 1, the example 2 and the comparative examples 1 to 3 is investigated, and the investigation results are shown in the table 1 and the figures 4 to 7.

As shown in table 1 and fig. 4 to 7, while the monarch emilia mobilis (seedless black date) in the 3 groups of monarch emilia mobilis (seedless black date) in the examples 1 and 2 has zero mildew rate in normal temperature storage of 180d, the monarch emilia mobilis (seedless black date) in the 3 groups of monarch emilia mobilis (seedless black date) in the comparative examples 1 to 3 has different degrees of mildew in normal temperature storage of 180 d; the embodiment proves that the monarch emilia chinensis (seedless black date) after irradiation treatment can well ensure the storage effect.
