i) mixing and stirring uniformly: and (3) mixing and stirring the spirulina powder obtained in the step f) drying into spirulina powder, the ginkgo nut powder and the coconut powder, and the five-color soybean powder and the coarse cereal powder obtained in the step i) crushing uniformly to obtain the finished plant mixed solid beverage.

Using the method described in example 4, the plant mixed solid beverages prepared from the raw materials described in examples 1 to 3 were labeled A1, A2 and A3, respectively, and the A1, A2 and A3 products and the commercially available milk powders were tested, and the test results are shown in the following table:

And magnesium is a control switch for calcium in the skeleton to enter blood, so that the calcium in the blood cannot be timely moved into the skeleton when the content of magnesium is insufficient, and people are easy to calm down when the content of calcium and magnesium ions in the body is unbalanced, the magnesium ions are few and the calcium ions are too high.

The contents of dietary fiber and chlorophyll are not contained in the animal milk powder at all.
