Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

The invention aims to provide a blind ureteral stent extracting device, which aims to solve the problems in the prior art.

In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.

The blind ureteral stent extracting device in the embodiment comprises a catheter 1 and a guide wire 2, as shown in fig. 1, a first lumen 3 and a second lumen 4 penetrating through the catheter 1 are arranged in the catheter 1, and the first lumen 3 and the second lumen 4 are symmetrically arranged; one end of the guide wire 2 penetrates through the tail end of the first lumen 3 and then penetrates out of the head end of the first lumen 3, then penetrates through the head end of the second lumen 4 and then penetrates out of the tail end of the second lumen 4, and the guide wire 2 is provided with scale marks, so that the guide wire can be accurately observed, and the length of the guide wire 2 entering the bladder can be recorded. A groove 5 is formed in the position, between the two tube cavities, of the head end of the catheter 1, the center of the groove 5 is located on the axis of the catheter 1, and the guide wire 2 drives the bent ureteral stent tube 6 to enter the groove 5 when tightened, so that the ureteral stent tube 6 can be conveniently taken out.

The catheter 1 is also internally provided with a third lumen 7 penetrating through the catheter 1, the third lumen 7 is a channel for injecting physiological saline, and the third lumen 7 is positioned between the first lumen 3 and the second lumen 4.

The operation steps of taking out the ureteral stent 6 by applying the blind ureteral stent 6 taking-out device provided by the invention are as follows:

1) taking out the blind ureteral stent 6 taking-out device (shown in figure 1), smearing paraffin oil on the surface, and placing a novel device through urethra.

2) Proper amount of warm physiological saline is injected into the bladder through the lumen III 7 (the amount is determined according to the size of the bladder of the patient).

3) The guide wire 2 is slowly and lightly fed into the bladder, and the entering length of the guide wire 2 is observed and recorded (the entering length of the guide wire 2 into the bladder is determined according to the size of the bladder of a patient), so that the entering guide wire 2 is in a ring shape in a side view, as shown in fig. 2.

4) The whole device is slightly and integrally rotated, so that a lantern ring formed at the head end of the guide wire 2 is sleeved on the ureteral stent 6.

5) The guide wire 2 is tightened, folding the ureteral stent 6 and into the recess 5, as shown in fig. 3.

6) The whole device is slowly and integrally drawn out, and the ureteral stent 6 is taken out.

The principle and the implementation mode of the invention are explained by applying specific examples, and the description of the above examples is only used for helping understanding the method and the core idea of the invention; meanwhile, for a person skilled in the art, according to the idea of the present invention, the specific embodiments and the application range may be changed. In summary, this summary should not be construed to limit the present invention.
