The ear wall hair scraping system 6 comprises a second limiting sliding column 601, a third internal thread sliding frame 602, a third screw rod 603, a third driving wheel 604, a telescopic straight scraper 605 and a bearing seat 606; the second limiting sliding column 601 is welded with the mounting frame 3; the third internal thread sliding frame 602 is in sliding connection with the second limiting sliding column 601; the third screw 603 is rotatably connected with the mounting frame 3, and the outer surface of the third screw 603 is in transmission connection with a third internal thread sliding frame 602; the axle center of the third driving wheel 604 is fixedly connected with the third screw 603, and the third driving wheel 604 is connected with the fixing system 7; the upper part of the telescopic straight scraper 605 is fixedly connected with a third internal thread sliding frame 602; the bearing seat 606 is welded to the second limiting sliding column 601, the bearing seat 606 is rotatably connected to the third lead screw 603, and the bearing seat 606 is connected to the first mounting plate 506 through a bolt.

The method comprises the steps of firstly controlling a telescopic straight scraper 605 to extend downwards, further pressing the pig ears to be tightly attached to the surfaces of the pig ears by a blade below the telescopic straight scraper 605, then controlling a water spraying head 5013 to spray boiling water to the pig ears, driving a third driving wheel 604 to rotate by a sixth driving wheel 7010, driving a third lead screw 603 to rotate by the third driving wheel 604, then driving a third internal thread sliding frame 602 to move leftwards by the rotation of the third lead screw 603, then sliding the third internal thread sliding frame 602 on the surface of a second limiting sliding column 601, further driving the telescopic straight scraper 605 to move on the surfaces of the pig ears by the third internal thread sliding frame 602, scraping the pig hairs on the ear walls, and carrying out reciprocating motion to scrape the pig hairs on the ear walls.

The fixing system 7 comprises a power motor 701, a first rotating shaft rod 702, a fourth driving wheel 703, a second bearing frame plate 704, a first pinion 705, a fifth driving wheel 706, a second pinion 707, a fourth electric push rod 708, a telescopic rotating shaft 709, a sixth driving wheel 7010, a third bearing frame plate 7011, a first telescopic fixed taper spine 7012 and a second telescopic fixed taper spine 7013; the lower part of the power motor 701 is connected with a working machine bed plate 1 through bolts; the first rotating shaft rod 702 is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the power motor 701; the axle center of the fourth driving wheel 703 is fixedly connected with the first rotating shaft rod 702, and the outer annular surface of the fourth driving wheel 703 is in driving connection with the second driving wheel 509 through a belt; the lower part of a second bearing frame plate 704 is welded with the working machine bedplate 1, the upper part of the second bearing frame plate 704 is welded with an installation frame 3, and the second bearing frame plate 704 is rotationally connected with a first rotating shaft rod 702; the axle center of the first flat gear 705 is fixedly connected with the first rotating shaft rod 702; the axle center of the fifth driving wheel 706 is fixedly connected with the first rotating shaft rod 702, and the outer annular surface of the fifth driving wheel 706 is in transmission connection with the first driving wheel 504 through a belt; the second flat gear 707 meshes with the first flat gear 705; the fourth electric push rod 708 is rotatably connected with the second flat gear 707, and the fourth electric push rod 708 is connected with the second bearing frame plate 704; the telescopic rotating shaft 709 is fixedly connected with a second flat gear 707; the axis of the sixth driving wheel 7010 is fixedly connected with the telescopic rotating shaft 709, and the outer annular surface of the sixth driving wheel 7010 is in transmission connection with the third driving wheel 604 through a belt; the third bearing frame plate 7011 is rotatably connected with the telescopic rotating shaft 709, and the upper part of the third bearing frame plate 7011 is welded with the mounting frame 3; the first telescopic fixed stabs 7012 are connected with the mounting frame 3; the second telescopic fixed stabs 7013 are connected with the mounting frame 3.

Firstly, manually placing the opening facing the upper auditory canal at the inner side of the pig ear towards the left above the mounting frame 3, manually spreading the pig ear, then controlling the first telescopic fixed prick 7012 and the second telescopic fixed prick 7013 to be simultaneously pushed out and pricked into the pig ear, further fixing the pig ear, then controlling the power of a power motor 701 to be switched on, further controlling the power motor 701 to drive a first rotating shaft rod 702 to rotate, then driving a fourth driving wheel 703, a first flat gear 705 and a fifth driving wheel 706 to rotate by the first rotating shaft rod 702, further driving an auditory canal processing system 5 to rotate by the fourth driving wheel 703 and the fifth driving wheel 706, and simultaneously controlling a fourth electric push rod 708 to contract, namely driving a second flat gear 707 to move by the fourth electric push rod 708, simultaneously driving a telescopic rotating shaft 709 to extend by the second flat gear 707, further moving the second flat gear 707 to a position meshed with the first flat gear 705, then the first spur gear 705 drives the second spur gear 707 to rotate, and then the second spur gear 707 drives the telescopic rotating shaft 709 to rotate, and then the telescopic rotating shaft 709 drives the sixth driving wheel 7010 to rotate, that is, the sixth driving wheel 7010 drives the ear wall hair scraping system 6 to operate, thereby completing the fixing of the pig ears and the power transmission of the whole device.
