step 2, a control pedal 3 below the front surface of a right base 5 is stepped, a cylinder in the right base 5 is ejected leftwards to drive an ejection disc 4 to move leftwards, the ejection disc 4 is in contact with a rim of a tire 11 to be operated to drive the rim to move leftwards, and because two limiting plates 7 on the front side and the rear side above a left fixing frame 6 can limit the tire to move leftwards, only the rim in the tire moves leftwards, so that the tire bead of the unset tire is quickly reset;

and 3, when the tire bead which is not reset is reset, another control pedal 3 below the front surface of the right base 5 is stepped on, the cylinder in the right base 5 drives the ejection disc 4 to retract until the ejection disc 4 returns to the initial position, the control pedal 3 is released, the tire rolls out from the rear second inclined surface 9, and one-time tire resetting operation is completed.
